Great place to shop, employees always so nice abd helpful. Only thing air conditioner wasn't working and poor employees suffering inside the store as it was very hot today. Management please take action.

Had sign posted on door that said be back in 15min sat and waited for 35 min nobody ever came back to unlock doors to let customers in all their Clothing,Charcoal and Fans were still sitting out front of store. Store lost alot of business at least 15 cars came and left. Poor Business.

If I could give zero stars I would! I’ve lived here for almost 18 years and never in my life have I seen a store so cluttered and poorly managed! Store will say online it’s open and have an open door, today I walked in and was immediately YELLED AT to get out and that they were closed! While the door was unlocked and open!! This place just needs to be shut down till they can get better management or something done!!

If I could give it a-5 stars I would.. This place is never open and when it is its to filthy to go in. Its 6pm on a sat and its locked up tight. 20 people have come and gone. Its seeping money. Why does it stay open?

This place would be better if they did not have merchandise. In the middle of each aisle. Im not just talking about a little stuff. Im talking about stuffy that is taking up 90% of the aisle the entire length of it. You can barely get thru. If someone came in a wheel chair they would not be able to make it thru any aisle in the entire store.

Random times the store will be closed with a sign on the door that they will be open at 3. You go by at 3 and still no one is there. It’s very cluttered and could be managed better.

The store was very nasty, carts in the aisle, floor needs cleaning and definitely needs zoning. I have worked in retail for 32 years, this makes no sense. It's like this every time I go in it. Can't find what you want. Management needs to come up with a plan of action. I will not be visiting it anymore.

I normally stop at this location for Pokémon cards for my son. Tonight I came in with my grandson (15 yrs old) and I have never been so embarrassed. The lady behind the counter was telling grandson that he needed to loose wait if he wanted to meet a girl. She was worried about his screen time when he was trying to calculate his purchase and make sure he had enough money. She starts talking to him about weight, high cholesterol and even erectial disfunction. Oh my Lord I can not believe she said this to him in front of everyone.

Springfield location was cluttered with many aisles impassable but I don't frequent this location enough to know if that's the norm. Employee's were friendly and working to remedy the issues. Visited this store because the Pooler location (beside Popeye's not Food Lion) was closed .... @ 10:30 am ....?

Unprofessional. I am not the one too complain, or take items back but I did today for the first time. I bought multiple items here. I brought back the Juice and muffins the same day with receipt after finding yucky green mucus in the juice, and a small bug in the muffins. I was told it was not a bug it was a blueberry😂 when you can clearly see it was NOT a blueberry, and also was told I just have to shake.up my juice that it is normal... I have bought many many v8 juices and neither of them had green yuck floating around and stuck in the corner, and I doubt anyone would drink from it. I did not get a ”I apologize” or ” We will take care of it for you.” just people who want to pretty much say I am wrong, and their is nothing wrong with their products😂 please hire people with better customer service.

For 2 months this store is randomly closed anywhere from 2 to 4 times a week, today it has been closed for 7 days,straight but they let vendors in but not the public, they need to permanently closed this store

I usually enjoy this store it is conveniently located about 4 blocks from my house well tonight I went in there about 5 minutes till close all I wanted was a drink and i walk in the door and see a few people in line then the cashier said sir we are closed I looked at my phone and seen it was 9:55 and said yall still got five minutes I cant just grab a drink. she said I said no sir !! So I left. But what is the point of putting hours of buisness on the door if they are not valid will not be going back for a while and i shop there all the time i think her name is kendra she usually nice must be having a bad day i dont know but I'm disappointed i went and spent my money at enmarket instead

I give two stars for this reason: This store has over priced almost everything. Some things are a bargain. But if you are going grocery shopping DONT go here. If it's a quick grab and go, 3 stars it'll be. Bonus fortuna

Long lines and poor customer service. I was in from out of town and couldn't get help from anyone and waited 25 minutes in line watching other workers unloading boxes while the line continued to back up.

Great prices and people. Now open until 11pm which is great for us in the area since everything else is closed by then.
