The staff was very knowledgeable, honest and courteous. I really appreciated the various packages offered depending on the needs of your pet. The staff handled my dog's first grooming appointment very well.It was great to being able to drop off your dog in the morning and get text notifications when your dog was ready for pick up. This establishment also offers cat grooming and pet boarding. They are very conveniently located off of GA 21 before entering springfield.

Didn’t even know this place existed. Had an appointment in Guyton for work and just happened to have our dog with us. He’s a very large German Shepherd. Saw the store driving by and thought let’s give them a try and we can pick our GSD up after we’re done. Never had him groomed before. They took him in on the spot and WOW. He looked and smelled amazing when we picked him up. They cut and trimmed his nails, blew out his THICK undercoat. Gave him a blueberry FACIAL and even brushed his teeth. All for a more than reasonable price. He looks GORGEOUS. Not only will we be bringing him back but we will also be making an appointment for our female Sam as well. Highly recommend. Quality work for sure.

Easy to make an appointment and reasonably priced. Good location near my home. My little dog was treated very well and groomed beautifully, smells and feels great too (so soft).

Wyndie is the very best groomer I have ever been to. I do not mind driving a bit out of my way bc I know she’s 100% professional and always grooms my dog to the highest standard. Would ever use anyone else.

Unfortunately I had my husky in for a spa day with Diva Dogs, she came home with tuffs of hair still visible, I didn’t call and complain instead when I attempted to rebook a follow up appointment, the owner ( a gentleman) was super rude when I requested she be blown out extra and asked me if she still had a flea problem? Um sir my dog wears a seresto collar and it’s super difficult for her to get fleas due to her fur, in which he hung up on me with no further explanation. I highly recommend finding any other groomer 😳

The cuts are average for the cost. However never had trouble getting the pup in. The biggest issue I have is they didn't place the flea collar back on. So now this hair cut went from $60.00 to $110.00 due to repurchasing a $50.00 collar. Thanks Diva Dogs.

Was told I’d be charged for 2 days for the amount of time I left my 2 pups, while we spent one night out of town. Had my hubs pick me them up when we returned and they charged him for 3 days. They refused to refund the third day and tried to say I had to be there in the morning to pick them up (picked up at 1:30 or 2 as they told me to be there before 3) when they had specifically told me they wouldn’t be there that morning. Was not professional at all, Ray hung up on me.

I have been taking my two dogs to Wendi for almost two years now - I found her place when we moved to the area and I am very pleased with the grooming service she provides. She know exactly what I want and my fur babies always look so nice when I pick them up. I highly recommend Diva Dogs!!
