Staff should make sure customers have all the bags of their paid items. I did not get a bag and it's a 23 mile drive one way. Now I'm burning gas to go back another trip. 92 miles.

This has to be the nastiest store I’ve ever been to. The whole parking lot is full of trash the bathroom trash was over flowing and there was probably 25/30 empty toilet paper rolls on the floor. The toilet was filthy and there wasn’t any soap to wash your hands. The employees act like they don’t hear or see you.

We found everything we needed, we got to the register and had unloaded most of our items at#2 register and the lady walk off and went outside without saying anything, the young lady from register one came and said she had left, she was apologizing and all that, my wife was beside her self, the young lady in one help carry the items to register one and started ringing up the items but the hand scanner was working, she said I will have to get the manager, she step outside the door and called for someone and it was the lady who walk away outside talking to a friend, not much of a manager who was away and doesn't say one word to the customer that she needs to leave, her name was Shea, the worst customer service I ever experience because someone had rather socialize rather than do their job
