Terrible customer service. The miserable little troll cashier makes the already dismal DG atmosphere even more intolerable. You wouldn’t believe that possible, but it is when you hire petty, degenerate people not suitable to interact with other humans.

I we’re here the weekend Saturday they need better customer service and friendly cashiers, they don’t know how to speak respectfully and welcome you into the store. One of the cashier had a bad frown on her face like someone force her to work there. This Dollar General Location needs to do better and hire people who’s wants to work and be friendly.

No one will answer the phone here. I dropped off a fed ex package for overnight delivery and it still hasn't been sent off. Fed ex says it will be picked up the next business day every day and no one at this store will answer the phone. How hard is it to pick up the phone???

If I could not star This place is horrible on service they make u stand around the corners just waiting to be cashed and take their so a** time. This is not the first or even second time this has happened to me here. Needs to work on their customer service. They slam stuff down act like they don’t even want to work . No communication they just slam your stuff and walk away when I ask to take something off. Things are never the price that u see when u go to cash out there more than it says the price on-the tag on shelf’s. This place can make the happiest of people mad . Needs better employees

Friendly service. Evening employees are usually the ones I see. They're always nice, polite and helpful.It's better than other locations I've visited where the employees were talking on their phones with ear buds while waiting on customers. I don't think that should be allowed

The store was semi crowded and there were few workers in sight, but the guy at the counter was very helpful, Covid protocols were in place and everyone was served at social distance. I felt safe and was assisted as soon as possible

Large inventory for a small town location, just not as much variety of brands, as would be expected due to location. Still arguably the best store in town.And the employees there are exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful!

I wouldn't give this store 1 start but that is as LOW as it can go! Furthermore I can NOT believe that I am actually reading some of these recent comments and wondering WHO paid these fake people to write the lies?!!! This store is the most unorganized and most dysfunctional store I have ever been in! There is always stuff in the isles! You can NOT move through one lane let alone the other lane w/ a buggy! Half the prices are NEVER marked! And they can't keep any real decent help! If they were paying more attention the store instead of one nasty rude black lady that use to work at the Family Dollar(dont know if she still works at Dollar General NOW or not) but didn't want the asst manager position because she would lose her TANF! YES!, you read that correctly she would lose that extra money on EBT & her low azz rent! Didn't matter that she's driving a 60k SUV. To follow me around a store and tell me that my energy drink "HAD" to be paid for first before I could shop! Ummm why?! Id pay for it when I paid for the other few items. If you learn anything about this store it's whole new foreign language in good ole Sparta Ga! The story is JUST NASTY!

Onrle of the worst dollar generals I've been in. 700 totes and all the merchandise is in the stockroom. I Can't buy anything if its sitting in the stockroom and not on the sales floor.
