I stood in line for at least 15 minutes with 3 other people while they were trying to fix some problem they had. They had another register in and woman working behind the counter. I dont know why she couldn't start checking people out. Her and the other girl just stood there looking around. I meant do you really expect people to stand there not knowing when or even if they'll be checked out. I stood there so long my back started hurting so I had to leave. Ridiculous.

I had the worst experience ever at this Dollar General! There was a possible shoplifter and I saw them and alerted the Manager of it really discreet upon her checking me out! Later down the road the supposed shoplifter was following me and waved me down to ask “Why did you tell them that I was stealing?!” I said to her “Because you looked like you were stuffing something in your shirt!”…(Which They Were!”)This was wrong on so many levels and very unprofessional! Due to my job I had to go back a couple days later and the same Manager is there so Upon entering No Greetings and she is on the phone totally ignoring me as I waited! Well all I can say is she never got off the phone and I’m very professional so I handled my business and I left! I did Dollar General Survey to speak to The DM and I haven’t heard from anyone! I was an avid shopper at this Dollar General but I’m not comfortable nor do I feel safe there nor would I recommend this place to anyone! The Customer Service is Awful!!!!

I like that my favorite stores are getting new merchandise-now they need bigger stores!! I like even better that all the newer dollar stores are built away from "in town" crowds! I travel everyday with my job, all over ga & surrounding states & I try to visit every one that I see! Haven't been to one yet that was unfriendly! Great job!

Always courteous and timely of checking you out for quick exit if needed..clean and organized as well..Very hard at work restocking and they actually clean up even when they don't actually have any extra time..very happy always when they see me and greet me from entrance to exit..

This is by far one of the hardest Dollar Generals ever to shop in. Very few of the employees are helpful and friendly. You can't get down half the isles with your buggy. Someone really needs to take lessons from the one in Adrian and implement them in Soperton

Sorry help poor management it's getting worse every day..we shopped there 5_10 times a week and have almost completely stopped.. tried it today and was extremely dissatisfied with shelves out of order and customer service and had to argue with cashier when asking for help..she replied I'm on register and the other person here is doing what he's supposed to do..I replied yes he's back there on the floor talking on his phone... hope we don't have to go there for anything else we do have a Fred's and family Dollar.. thanks

With the upgrades to the grocery area this store got a much-needed upgrade. It does have one downside that needs to be noted all the movies or at least almost all the movies are previously viewed or in some other way defective compared to a brand new copy.

Definitely beats Family Dollat on every level. Store may be a little messy but I think they're a bit understaffed so it's completely understandable but the people there are so friendly and very helpful. My go to store in Soperton for pretty much everything.

cashier made rude grunting sounds like a hog when I handed her a 100 dollar bill so o could put 50 of it on a pre paid card. I got fired up. She does not need to be working at front register.

Lot of empty under stocked items and always a messy unarranged store and under staffed , dirty floors , fell like you need a bath when you come out.

This place is always super busy in the evenings, the lone cashier had a line a mile long had a few complainers but she handled it like a pro.

Reserve small town sharing 8000 customers Max between Family Dollar and now a new Fred's our Dollar General has going downhill quite a bit everything seems cluttered and just messy.
