Chicken was dry as hell and no flavor.Brisket had zero flavor but was exceptionally tender.Barbecue was edible, though they don't give you buns with it.Brunswick stew was basic as hell. Edible.Baked potato was not good. They also only give you butter.Ribs were god awful, zero flavor and you need wolf canines to rip it off the bone!!!Over hyped and over priced mediocre place.Whoever runs this place don't know what they are doing. You bring shame to the south calling this a BBQ joint.Zero flavors.

We were driving down I-16 and took a 10 minute detour to Boneyard BBQ. Well worth the reroute. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Everyone tried something different. BBQ, brisket, loaded potatoes, fried okra, and then homemade banana pudding all delicious. Great BBQ.

Update:We stopped at Boneyard BBQ on our way to Savanah...Great BBQ, sides, atmosphere (they've expanded their space) and fabulous prices!Stop in on your way "to or fro"...only 12 miles off I-16.Great local BBQ place with many more choices. Dine-in or carry-out.Friendly staff. Good prices.What more could you ask for!

The food is excellent!! The staff is friendly and will stop and chat while refilling your glass and actually talk to your children. The prices are good and plenty of seating. We will be going back!!

Coming from two Texans whose first day was in Georgia so yes now yall get to take the bad rep. We walk in and place a Togo order and it took 48 mins to get our food out. I asked the lady to put onions and pickles on it and she started at me confused saying “This isn’t Texas” don’t call it BBQ then lady! (Clearly it wasn’t) the meat was fatty and wasn’t even seasoned and the sandwiches come without BBQ sauce like what!??😂 Will never be back that’s for sure.

Now this is a must stop. Best brisket I’ve ever had and Brunswick stew is also fantastic. I met the owner very sweet lady she loves her country music. Everyone was sweet as they could be and I will stop every time I pass through.

I'm not usually a fan of BBQ places because where I'm from, we don't get good BBQ. This place? Ridiculously delicious. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection and was very cost friendly! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about their menu and offered recommendations to suit what we were looking for. This will definitely be a repeated visit when we're in GA

Excellent customer service, great food and prepared fast, my only hang up is the small portion of food for the decent prices. My plate was very light that it didn't even feel like I had any food in it when I picked up my to go order...=(

My family and I came from out of town for the nearby haunted house with little in town to pick from we chose this establishment! The food was amazing as well as the customer service. We live over an hour away and will be returning simply to eat here again!

Going off our most recent visit, which was on Saturday, June 11, 2022, I'd have to say this: GREAT food, but not-so-great service. The waitress delivered our drinks and was kindly never seen again. I'm unsure if she went on break or left at the end of her shift, but we never saw her again. Another waitress (who was juggling the cash register as well) brought us our food. It seemed to take us a while to get refills on our drinks and we never got an offer for dessert. HOWEVER, the food was VERY good. Among the four of us, we had BBQ, baked potato, brisket, and a variety of sides. It was all cooked to smoky perfection! Perhaps we just picked the wrong day to go service-wise.

I'm not a fan of fried catfish actually I'm not a fan of catfish really. But for a barbecue place that serves fish and shrimp on Friday and Saturday I got to tell you they made me a fan of fried catfish. And I'm feel like they're a little heavy-handed on the salt but I don't put any salt in my food cooking or eating so maybe I'm extra sensitive to it but from the green beans to the shrimp the fish there was salt everything except for the baked potato. But everything considered I will definitely be back. their prices are very reasonable. Better than their competitor that's in Vidalia. Plus they have mustard-based BBQ sauce here. Haven't tried any of the barbecue yet. But I'm looking forward to it. I believe it'll be just as good or better than the catfish.

We had brisket, baked beans, potato salad, brunswick stew and a fried pork chop. The food was really good. I didn't like the bbq sauce, too much vinegar for me and the brisket needed a little salt, otherwise a great meal...oh yeah there was also a corn bread flap jack. Very good! The owner and the young lady taking our order were both very friendly. We were just passing through headed home from Jekyll Island. Good quick stop.

The prices are good and the food is well made to how you want it. You won’t find cooking like this much anywhere else. They have a great selection of country cooking for you to chose from. The staff makes sure your food is fresh and they check up on you regularly to make sure. 10/10 would come back again.
