Why does the chicken taste like gizzards now? Is it old? Use to be my go to for meats but idk I may have to change stores 😩

Food quality is okay. Biggest downside is the store is in dire need of remodeling.Edit: Bumping up to 3 stars as they are trying to update the store slowly and have added some newer items for variety. Would like to see a more variety in their salad greens. Prices are reasonable for a small town grocery store.

Nice little store! I am thrilled to have a clean and well stock store right in my backyard. The markup on certain products is absurd, but the meat prices are fair. HOWEVER, expect the meat to go sideways several days before the "use by", so either consume or prep and freeze 3 to 4 days before the use by date.Someone tried to give me some song and dance about the blood on the packaging going bad, but at my age, I know spoiled meat when I see it and smell it.I was just there tonight, friendly staff.

Freshway is a pretty good store. They have great prices on meat and produce and the staff is very friendly too. I still want to see them carry better mill at a better price but still a great store overall and locally owned.

The store could use a little updating, but I've never been disappointed. As a teacher in the community, I love the round-up program. Staff is great. Would love to see some gluten-friendly bread options.

Great deals. Entrance of stores could use an update or maybe just a cleaning. Deals are excellent. Some cashiers & bag boys (men) could use a lesson in Customer Service & Personal Hygiene. Meat department has friendly service & seems to take pride in their job. Lady in Deli could use a Smile on her face.

Very nice older grocery store. I've always been treated with respect while shopping here & the cashiers are polite & professional. One young lady even opened her register instead of taking her break when she saw a line forming & didn't have an attitude while checking our groceries. Definitely a gem for the store!

Have been a loyal customer for a while, however the customer service is losing its quality. My mom, whom is disabled has had bad customer service experiences from her last 3 trips. The store itself is a great place and only place to shop. I'm hoping it changes tremendously with management and the customer care quality.

Social Circle Freshway Market was a good place! Social Circle needs Aldi’s, Lowe’s, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Walmart, Chuck E Cheese, Publix, HomeGoods, Bojangles, Arby’s and Freddy’s. We need them in Social Circle too coming soon!

This little store is so great! Just a mile from the house, always has what we need, when we need it. The nicest staff! Excellent prices and some of the best meat around! We've had some amazing home cooked meals using only groceries purchased from Freshway Market!

Last few times I've gone to Freshway, there's been no sanitation productions at the entrance. Totally unsat. Overall, for small town and store, it's kept clean and neat. Prices high for the area. It's all the community has overall so you have to shop very wisely.

Store has a small town feel to it. Prices are high but the sales are usually good. They do an amazing round-up option to your end purchase price, and all proceeds go to the children in the town for free school supplies every year.

Freshway is a small grocery store but you can bet their meats are fresh. They will even cut your meats the way you like it. They’ve butterflied my fresh chicken breast, clipped my wings, freshly cut my steaks. And I can’t forget the wonderful reduced prices they have on Sunday. So if you want fresh meats at a reasonable price, or if you’re just wanting to grocery shop for food, fresh fruits/vegetables, breads etc. this is one of the best places to go in this area.

I always go to Freshway they always have great meat products fruit vegetables pretty much whatever you need in the entire staff is just so friendly and they don't mind helping you if you have a problem. I love the owner because he makes sure that his business is clean and his employees always have a smile on their face

Don't shop here much because it's ten miles from home; but this is one first class grocery provider! In the veggie section it's almost like they are standing at attention, ready for ur inspection. Very good produce mgr.I think. Having 3 day meat sale; prices 30. Percent lower than competitors

I really only go here for their meats, very nice quality and extremely well priced. The fruits and veggies are not that great of a selection or quality. All other dry goods are limited options and slightly higher than most big box stores. Overall I just go for the meats

I generally like Freshway when the sales are going on. However, it can be very pricey! Oftentimes, it runs out of items that normally would be well stocked in other grocery stores like ground turkey of all things! Many times I have to leave there to go to other grocery stores in surrounding counties for things they don't have and it is very inconvenient and annoying!

A couple of your cashier's myst have woke up on the wrong side if the bed today. Very rude never have I seen any one like that at freshway.

Went to freshway today buying 600 plus dollars in food all the cashiers except the one ringing me up sat around talking to the baggers while they talked and watched us bag our own groceries telling us the baggers only bag on certain registers.... walked out leaving groceries. Terrible service! Won't be back at least they will earn their pay putting those groceries back would not recommend freshway at all.
