We went here tonight for a quick dinner. They were so so welcoming. The food was super good and the drinks were priced well! The personal pan pictured is the 10 inch Otters Holding Hands pizza, it was super yummy! The outdoor space is a great place to enjoy a pizza and I few drinks! Would definitely recommend.

What a cute little place with amazing customer service and just all around friendly vibes. Since I moved to Georgia from Jersey I’ve been looking for a place that has some decent thin crust pizza and I surely found it. I can’t rate what the “sit down restaurant” experience would’ve been because I only just walked in and ordered to go but in that brief interaction I had with the young lady that greeted me I felt really welcomed (I only regret not remembering her name). Pizza wise I literally couldn’t even take a picture of the whole thing because when I saw it I didn’t wanna wait to taste and before I knew it half was gone 😭. Overall great brief and friendly experience I will definitely be going back 😎😃

My daughter and I love new dining experiences; we took a trip down to Social Circle today to eat at Critters Outdoor Pizza. We ordered a 10-in pepperoni pizza and a garlic bread along with all of the sauces on the side. The garlic sauce is really good, the possum sauce is an amazing garlic alfredo and of course we all know Mike's hot honey. The pepperoni pizza and the garlic bread were both absolutely delicious! I love the thin crust and ingredients to the edge. Cookie, our server was great!Overall an amazing experience and we do plan on coming back!

We get take out all the time here. If you are looking for Domino's or Papa John's type pizza, this is not for you. If you want thin crust type, this is the place. I like the char on their pizzas. It goes well with the out of the box toppings. HOWEVER, if you want a cheese or pepperoni or something more classic, order that and ASK FOR LESS OR NO CHAR! They are always happy to oblige.I'll be honest, when they first opened there was some inconsistency, but we've had no issues anymore. This is a go to place for us now. Highly recommend.

Awesome place! I can't wait until it warms up to enjoy the patio space! Great staff! My first time there (I didn't catch her name) but the young lady at the counter was so, so very helpful and has great energy! I had several questions being my first time so great experience in the door! 😊NEW menu so I've addd pics to help others. I was able to enjoy a beverage while I waited. It only took ~15mins which was great! She did say they are working on a fountain as well as beer taps so yeah! The pizza was reeeaally good! Thin crispy crust (I love)...(there is also a GF/cauliflower option for those who may need it), toppings had a MUCH better flavor than "the chains." I'll be back for sure!

I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 cheese breads. I paid extra for 2x cheese on the pizza. I didn’t even get regular cheese topping! The cheese bread and pizza were so good last time. This is absolutely horrible. When we called to complain the owner told the associate that this was fine for cheese bread and 2 times extra cheese on the pizzas. Not sure where they’re used to buying pizza but clearly isn’t anywhere worth getting it! DO NOT BUY PIZZA FROM CRITTERS!!! WORST pizza and cheese bread I have EVER seen. HERE ARE SOME PICTURES! This is the paper thin cheese bread and the two extra cheese topping pizza!!!! And they refused to make it right. Don’t buy pizza here!

My wife and I and 2 other couples decided to try Critters out this past Friday evening. I started following their Instagram and was intrigued by their message of high quality local sourced ingredients, and have been looking for a local pizza place near our home. However after our experience, I must say the hype did not live up to the reality for us. The first thing we noticed was that the health score was an 81. Although this isn’t the worst score, it’s also not the best. BUT if the pizza and service was on point that easily can be overlooked. Next concern for us was that it took over an hour to receive 2 cheese breads and 6 small pizzas. Again, easy to overlook if the pizza and service were good since it’s a Friday night and it’s busy. However once we did receive our pizzas it was not at the quality I’ve seen on their social media. 3 out of the 6 pizzas were an under-done sloppy mess. The toppings were hurriedly thrown on top with whole slices missing toppings. It appeared that they were being rushed out of the ovens and the quality suffered. We had to send back a whole pizza because of how under-done it was. The prices were also a little steep but again, easily overlooked for a quality pie. All of that to say, I believe this place has great potential and I would love for it to succeed. In my humble opinion, I think the efficiency in the kitchen needs to improve to get food out quicker but also make sure each pizza maintains a consistent quality. I don’t mind waiting for great pizza but it also shouldn’t take over an hour for thin crust pizzas. I hope the improvements are made because Critters has an amazing local pizza joint vibe. Consistency and efficiency is key.

This was our first time ordering from here and we're very excited because we heard nothing but good things. We ordered 2 10" pizzas for 4 adults and there was barely enough food for everyone with only 2 slices. The problem is they are thin, paper thin and the toppings are stingy so they are not filling. We counted 6 small leafs of Spinach on the whole pizza.I might give them another chance but I would hope for some more toppings next time and maybe some actual cheese. The sauce was the best part.

Sadly, I won’t be going back. Super aggravating that the cook is loudly bragging about the pizza (my pizza) he just created. Then hands me a burnt 28 dollar pepperoni pizza. Not a “charred” pizza, a burnt pizza. Also, the online menu is actually wrong. All 20” pizzas don’t come with a garlic sauce and picked peppers. The Social Circle pizza was good. Other employees seemed nice.

The atmosphere is cool with the outside seating. Pizza wise The Social Circle is really good but the Just Critters all meat pizza was mediocre. It was very salty and not enough sauce. So next time I’ll try something else or stick with The Social Circle. The real problem was we had to wait almost an hour to get our pizza. It was busy but not slammed so I don’t get why it took so long. I’ll give it one more shot and try it again but if it takes that long next time I won’t be back.

Visited Critters on Halloween for pickup and was pleasantly surprised with how kind and courtesy the employees were on such a busy evening. I was offered a water with lemon while I waited on my order. This might not seem like much, but just the fact I was offered shows a level of courtesy you don't often see, especially when a restaurant is slammed.I ordered a large pepperoni, a large Bless This House (their version of a supreme pizza, I think), and an order of their Vampire Repellant cheese bread. The pizzas were fantastic and had the perfect amount of toppings without overwhelming the flavors of the cheese, sauce, and crust. Bonus points for crisping the edges of the pepperoni. The Vampire Repellant was no joke; I was sweating garlic after finishing. My only negatives are the size options and pricing. They only have two sizes, small (10") and really, really big (20"). There were 4 of us and some kids eating, so we opted for large pizzas. Two large pizzas and cheese bread (with tip) was over $80. To be fair, these were 20" which are quite a bit bigger than typical large pizzas. Still though, toeing the line of $100 for two pizzas and cheese bread was a bit of a shock. We still love the place and will definitely go back, but the pricing and size options will make this one of our "Special Occasion" pizza joints.

All the 1-star reviews seem to be from those expecting a Domino's/Papa John's/Digiorno style pizza. Critters' is thin crust with higher quality toppings than the standard delivery joint--as a result, the crust is meant to have a crisp char on the bottom, isnt overloaded with toppings, and takes more time and skill to prepare. My mom and I ordered two 20" pies and were happy to have leftovers. It's definitely more expensive than other restaurants in SS, but I personally feel it's worth it for the quality and amount of food. Will be returning!

Pizza was OK. Taste was good, but nothing fantastic. However, we waited 50 minutes for 2 10 inch pizzas. Right after we got our pizza, other table's food started coming out in 10-15 minutes. They said it was "backed up" because so many orders were coming in, but I saw maybe 3 tables without food when we were seated. There were WAY more people there when orders started coming out quickly. I'm pretty sure our order was forgotten and they didn't put it in until we went & checked on it after 40 minutes. We spoke with a manager, who apologized, but offered no discount to compensate us for our ridiculous amount of time waited.

We've yet to have a bad experience here. The food is reasonably priced, and while the menu is short, it's good. We've never been met with anything less than a bright smile, and they are always checking in to keep our kids happy and entertained, even though we never wait long. We almost always eat in because we enjoy the service and the location. The only thing I wish is that there was a way to make the outdoor dining cooler. The fans are nice, but they mostly just keep the air from being stagnant. The cool air doesn't really reach us. I can see it being a difficult thing to juggle as the fresh air is so nice, and it would be a different atmosphere if they added any real A/C or anything. This Summer's heat has just been rough.

The atmosphere was great but the service and food were not. Waitress never came by to check on anything. Only had canned drinks with no refills.Had very little options for alcohol. The pizza was way too thin and if I'm eating cardboard at least put a decent amount of toppings. We ordered original cheezy garlic bread and it was majority hard crust little to no bread at all. The part that was bread was all our kids could eat cause everything was so hard. The plastic utensils were so flimsy you couldn't cut anything on the paper plates. Everything seemed so cheap I couldn't believe how overpriced the check was. Honestly if there were a mellow mushroom close by they would ruin critters business.
