ONLINE ORDER/DELIVERY 4/27/24 Daughter ordered. Delivery person arrived. My daughter called me, said to sign for the order. I opened door, person handed me her phone to sign. I signed, daughter said "check to see if its all there". I checked, 2 items worth $340 missing. The girl handed me her phone with the order, I showed her the 2 items that were missing, she went to her car to check the truck, came back said "i don't have it". My daughter said to let her take back everything. First call to WM resulted in "we'll cancel it", when that didn't happen, 2nd call resulted in "there's nothing we can do since there's a signature on it" even after telling WM we have door video that the girl said she doesn't have it. My suggestion of prevention: #1 is your delivery dept checking the order? #2 Is the delivery driver checking the order? #3 the driver should ask the customer to sign AFTER checking their bags (especially an order over a certain amount) I have submitted a Corp WM Customer Service complaint, submitted my review of the order, sent an email to the store's Regional Manager and spoke to the store's Delivery Supervisor.

Updated review -two years later. The store has gone through many changes for the better.The parking section was horrific. The garden center is the best between the supercenter in lawrencville Duluth and lilburn. I found a few exotic plants. I also unfortunately found cactuses that had flowers crazy glued to them :( overall great experienceBathroom was very clean. Staff was helpful.

Yesterday I purchased a tire online from this store. The store does not offer same day installation, so my wife picked up the tire and took it to a tire place for installation. Once there, we realized that I had ordered the wrong size. I initiated a return online and ordered the correct one. My wife drove back to the store to return the wrong tire and pick up the new one. At the car care center, she was directed to go inside and return the tire at the customer service center. Customer service told her that she had to return the tire at the car care center. She got frustrated and left the store. I drove to the car care center and was greeted by Thomas, to whom I explained the little story. He immediately offered to walk me to customer service so they could help me with the return. He had a couple of customers that he was attending to, so he asked me to wait while he took care of them first. Which, I did and then he walked me to customer service and helped me get the tire returned without any issues. We then returned to the car care center where he delivered the new tire to my vehicle. Thomas’ demeanor, his patience and attention turned an angry customer into a happy one. Having been in retail for so many years, I know that it’s an industry that is unforgiving, but when you are passionate about helping people, it’s also an industry that is extremely rewarding. Thomas represented Walmart well and I am glad I had the pleasure of meeting him.

Went in store to buy a camera I saw online for $129. The person working in electronics had to get the camera out of a locked case and when I saw the price I inquired about the price that I had seen online. I explained I did not want it if it cost $169. He said it wouldn't be a problem, they would price match at the register. He carried the camera to the front of the store and gave it to the cashier himself. I then waited in a 43-minute long line, 3 days before Christmas. When I got to the front of the line, the cashier told me that they would not honor the price online. I was irritated because I just waited 43 minutes and asked if there was anyone there that could approve the price match. She called the manager over. HE WAS SO RUDE. I was trying to explain what had just happened, and that I just waited in a 43-minute long line because the electronics dept had just told me that it would be price matched at the front of store. He did not even let me speak. The manager literally said "I'm going to stop you right there. I'm not going to be able to help you" before I had even started explaining anything. If the manager has that poor of customer service skills...... Damn..... This is why people hate shopping at Walmart.

The deli department needs help they are very short staffed I informed the supervisor. They have a long wait time in the line in the deli for the hot plate side.

I like that I live close to a couple of Walmarts but I will honestly say that the one time I went into this particular store I was sorely disappointed to find a very limited selection of CDs. I know we're in the modern world now where everybody is shying away from CDs and CD players but I still live in a world where I still enjoy those electronics. Sad to say though that the limited selection of CDs was very disappointing and the customer service sucked. The man that works in that department was not friendly at all and very belittling and condescending and that's not the customer service that I expect given the fact that everyone knows Walmart employees are not paid what they are worth but that doesn't mean that they have the right to talk down to a customer. So with that being said I wish there was a bigger selection of CDs.

Stopped in today to pick up a couple items real quick including a bday gift for my nephew. I attempted to get a box of basketball cards for him when a rude employee tried to talk down to me and tell me to stay where I was and wait 20 minutes to grab the box. I asked could she not just hand them to me and she told me no I could wait the 20 minutes until she was done. Great job lady you just got Amazon another customer. Also maybe remove the earbuds and you would have heard me the first 3 times I attempted to get your attention.

Walmart is Walmart. If you know you know. Walmart is one of those places that's the same no matter what city, state, or neighborhood you're in. The same customer service, the same cleanliness, etc. The pickup sucks for all locations. There's so good days but most days aren't good. The wait time after check-in is horrible, even if you're the vehicle waiting. It is what it is.

Placed an order for delivery of 3 bags of fertilizer and got the other Items ordered except that. What’s the point of home delivery if you have to goto the store to pick it up. 1st and last order. Was hoping they wouldn’t drop the ball like Sam’s club next door did with my order but guess it’s common place within the company. I could have gone and picked it up myself and not had to tip for delivery. Epic Fail Walmart in Snellville.

I occasionally visit this store as it's usually clean and with a good selection.Due to my work schedule I can only shop late at night so I entered the store at approx 10:30pm on Sunday 8/23/23.After quickly making selections and standing in a long line at self checkout, I was told at 1105pm that the store was closed and I would be unable to checkout.Now I understand closing the store at 11pm but you had several people waiting in line at self checkout, several of them in electric scooters and one who was mobility impaired. The front end staff thought it was some joke in telling us we couldn't purchase our items. As people checked out in front of us, the registers closed one by one with people still in line.The District policy is to allow registers to remain open until 1130pm in the event there is a line at checkout. After 1130pm, registers are closed and then reopened at 1230am to allow overnight associates to checkout their own items. That's what the majority of stores do.So instead of allowing us to pay for our goods there are now several full carts of meat, fish, produce, etc. that will instead get warm and spoil all because the store would not allow people that had been in line to pay for their items.What a waste of everyone's time and a waste of good food.Update 11/19/23: A fine experience with pleasant staff.

Always fully stocked and service,a quick place to get your short list of items! I use this place often because of convenience. Not like the Lage Walmart and walking.Self check is always open and available, again ,not like larger Walmart. And no one grabs and checks your bags and receipts!

Walmart prices have gone up tremendously. It doesn't help that you also have to check out and bag your own groceries. If I have to check out and bag my own groceries, I should get an employee discount.I spent $120 at Walmart on Thursday. A year ago, the same amount cost about $90.😵😵💫😵💫😫😫

This Walmart is okay but it’s never any sit down buggy s because their always dead and the workers are just standing around at the door when you ask why isn’t it charge … their was a total of 5 sit down buggy’s that was dead . While they are standing around talking or on their cellphonesI needed the buggy’s because of my swollen legs … walking around the store I ask about something and I’m always told from workers that they don’t work in that department smh so I just stop asking when I go to this Walmart

Very pleasant! The place was very clean and was Covid-19 ready. At the checkout, I dealt with two cashiers and both were very courteous and showed appreciation for my contribution to this particular Walmart.

Went to buy a Walmart gift card. Got one off the rack and waited in line for 25 min at cashier only to be told cashiers can't handle them. You have to pay for gift cards at the service desk which has a line almost to the front door. Now I had to wait another 30 minutes, just to buy a gift card. I don't care who handles them just put a sign on the gift card rack telling people. I did speak to a supervisor who had lots of excuses. I suggested a sign and she just shrugged her shoulders. Typical Walmart! Immediately afterwards I went to Target to get another gift card. I was in Target less than 4 min. Then I got one at Hobby Lobby in less than 5 min. Then one at Home Depot in 5 min. Walmart is the worst place to do business and my last resort in the future.

I visited your Walmart location mentioned in the subject line yesterday. I was in search of a toaster oven/air fryer. I reviewed the display model and proceeded to the checkout line with my intended purchase. The item was ringing up at $179.00, although the sign and display clearly show the price at $149.00.I left the checkout line, returned to the display rack, and took several pictures (attached) which clearly show the exact model and price. The cashier and another young man were extremely helpful. The young man scanned the barcode into an app on his telephone and confirmed the price was showing at $149.00. The cashier called for a keyholder to do a price override.Dominick, the keyholder arrived and simply stated that he would not do a price override because the item was ringing up at the correct price. When the young man showed him the app with the price matching the display tag, he asked him if he wanted to be fired, he said he "was in a firing mood and that he might fire everyone this week." I was shocked at his rude and belligerent treatment of his staff and his indifference to helping the customer resolve a pricing issue. I asked to speak with the store manager and was told that there was no store manager in this location.I asked Dominick if there was a reason why he was unwilling to assist me with this item and he said, no- the price is ringing up correctly, you must have a different model. He never even looked at the item. I asked if there was another display in the store with other models because this is the only item matching this description on or near the appliance section. He just shrugged his shoulders and said, I will not give it to you at a discount. I explained that I wasn't looking for a discount. I just wanted to be charged the posted price for the item.I told him that I did not want the item if it was not for sale at the posted price and asked for his name, he refused to give it to me and told me I needed to return the item to the shelf. I refused and told him that I do not work for Walmart, he can return the item or leave it there.I have encountered a lack of customer service in many retail stores and just chalked it up to a lack of help in this post-pandemic world but this was by far the rudest encounter I have ever experienced. This young man degraded and humiliated his employees in front of a customer and had ZERO interest in even looking at the merchandise to try and sort out the pricing difference. He is the epitome of incompetence. I was given his name after he walked away by another employee.While I do not expect that Walmart will do anything in response to this complaint, I sincerely hope for the sake of those employees that this young man receives some much-needed training. I intend to call this location today to see if there is indeed a manager and if Dominick lied to me in order to avoid a complaint.These types of encounters cause loyal customers to shop elsewhere. I for one will never return to this store.

Out all the Walmart Super Center's I've been to this is the best one of all that I've shopped at. Very pleased with the setup and the staff members. Big selection of clothes, Shoe's, and everything else. I will drive the extra miles to find what I need.

I like shipping at this Walmart in Snellville. The shelves are stocked and organized most of the time. I do not like the vendors/sales groups near the electronics department and at the entrance doors.

I go to the Scenic Highway Walmart often. This review is about the horrific experience I encountered during curbside pick up yesterday evening. This is not the first time I had a long wait, but due to the holiday there was additional customers and literally nowhere to park. There are 17 pick up spots, but a Walmart + truck was in the 17th spot, so there are only 16 available spots. I arrived around 4:45 PM and was unable to park until 5:09 PM. Around 5:45 PM I inquired about the delay and was told there are a lot of people ahead of me. There were at least 3 - 4 workers so I am not sure why this process was so time consuming. I spoke to an Associate named Prince and explained that I was here to pick up one item. I was insulted and advised that is why the pick area is backed up. I showed him my order and that the other 7 items that I ordered the day before had in fact been delivered. This single item pick up was for an item that could not be shipped. You receive a message around 10:30 AM advising that your order is ready for pick up. At 4:15 PM you check in on the app advising that you are on the way, this should be an easy pick up. I don't believe that the orders are ready and that they are pulling the orders as customers arrive. Furthermore, people are walking up to the door, not in a numbered parking space and are receiving their items ahead of those checked in and in a number parking space. Around 6:00 PM I walk to the door and found and spoke to the manager, Julian. At first he seemed as if he was going to correct the system. He came back a few times with other customers orders and then began to tell me my drawls (drawers) would be out soon. He said this a few times as if I was going to be insulted and also that there was no urgency with this request. I purchased a 5 pack Reebok high performance brief boxers for a child as one of the gifts for Salvation Army Angel I adopted this holiday season. There is a deadline to drop off gifts, so yes timing was of the essence. To make matters worse, I received a 10 pack of Hanes adult male boxers, traditional cotton, not high performance. I went inside the store to see if they sold out of the children's underwear. To my surprise, the shelves were full of the ordered product. I went to Customer Service and the line was very long. I spoke to a manager and she directed me to an associate Michael that would assist me. I returned from my car and Michael was helping another customer. Savannah assisted me quickly and promptly and I left feeling overwhelmed, yet relieved. There is something broken with the pick up area. As I stated this is not the first time I experienced a delay. Another customer stated that she was there the day before and it was worse. Please train and fix your pick up department. This is so nerve racking,

Team lead with name Lu wasn’t helpful at all and couldn’t help me get a price for a Christmas pjs, I found it myself then when we finally got to the register and let her know all Christmas items were 75% off she couldn’t give me any discount for the pj and was rude and said don’t take it if you don’t want it and walked away from me.

Feel sorry for employees there that have to deal with the idiots with walkie-talkies. Shows they let anyone be a coach. What is a meaning of coach. They are supposed to help improve the team players aka the workers that actually work. The walkie-talkie idiots just walk around looking like buffoons.

Online shopping and pick up is not so great anymore. Within 7 days, merchandise not available, delivery driver arrived, took pic of where he left pkg (unauthorized unattended area) but obviously picked it up after snapshot b/c 5 mins later he was gone and there were no pkgs as photo indicated. Then 2 days ago 2nd location said they didn't have an order for me (I guess not, text said I had picked it up but I hadn't even been there yet.Then they claim they found my order which was NOT my order at all. Check your pickup orders b 4 you leave. After several calls to Customer Service, I was refunded and given coupon to apply towards my next ONLINE order! It's not enjoyable and convenient anymore; it's carelessness and drama.
