On Oct 31, I placed an SAME DAY pickup order for two 16x20 canvas. I was unable to pick them up the same day because of life circumstances. I arrived to the Walgreens Friday afternoon (Nov. 3rd) to see if they were done because I never received an email saying “completed”. They were NOT ready and haven’t been started on. The manager, Kenneth, said he gave “someone” a call to let them know they were out of the size I needed. I never received the call and informed him of that. He became annoyed from me trying to understand what happened with MY order. Kenneth then said we can fulfill it now. I then ask when will it be ready. He said tomorrow and walked off.I should been the one with an attitude not you, Kenneth. I gave them 3 EXTRA days to complete my order…. No you never called “someone” to let them know.I do not appreciate the customer service. Will not be returning.

I use Walgreens for 99 % of my Prescriptions / they are always on Point with being COURTESY , and offering to assist , I had need of some special help on 11/18/2023. had a prescription filled , could not make the CLOSING DEADLINE , The Pharmacist Because I needed the Anti - Biotic offered to drop it off to my Home ABOUT 2- MILES AWAY , WHEN SHE GOT OFF OF WORK , Wow, Wow , Wow, ABOVE AND BEYOND , THANKS SO MUCH A PEOPLE PERSON PERCY STEPP. /

I called about information on something I knew nothing about. The person who took my call was Ben and he was amazing. Ben took the time to help me and explain everything to me. He even read the instructions to me over the phone, which I didn't ask him to do. He just did it out of kindness. Thank you Ben for your patience and effort. Great experience. Walgreens he's a keeper!

Very busy place,Pharmaceutical staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, even when volume is almost overwhelming. Walgreens should give them all a pay raise.

Went in and when it was time to pay I asked for my cash rewards. Aubrey or Audrey was ignorant and wasnt a bit concerned in helping me. In fact she told me to go to photo register after she rang my 3 12 packs up. Had to insist on her getting someone to come show her. Even through all of that when she gave change, I said appreciate it and she just ignored me. Just a warm body pushing buttons on a register. However the young gentleman that came to assist was pleasant. Do better Walgreens

UpdateWhile on hold for the 4th time from being disconnected I decided to come in to see exactly what was going on at this point the phone is not a priority from my observation I heard my call ring until the call disconnected on me while in line waiting to speak with someone. So if you have an urgent matter I would suggest NEVER to call just come here because I wasted 1hr on the phone holding in a total of 4 calls!!!I haven't had to use the pharmacy as frequent as I have the last few months and I must say this pharmacy is horrible. I've dropped off a prescription and waited for the email/text confirmation. Once I didn't receive it in a timely manner I called to find out that when I dropped my prescription off it was not processed. Spoke w/ pharmacist or the manager in pharmacy she didn't make it any better no sympathy/empathy was expressed just unnecessary excuses and just overall lack of concern.They are horrible when it comes to the phone. I understand waiting to speak with someone, but for 30+ minutes just to have the call disconnected while on hold is RIDICULOUS. At this point someone for the phone and someone for the drive thru is NEEDED. I can imagine that they've been doing this for years and it's acceptable! I'm going to find a new location after my last script is filled.

I don't do reviews, but I just had to. I hope it helps them improve and find solutions to their issues. I don't live in the area. We're a military family and only come by to visit family. Unfortunately, I have been here 3 times because our insurance takes Walgreens, and all 3 times have been awful. As a matter of fact, I forgot how horrible they were and I was reminded the third time I went. My son was very sick and I dropped off a prescription. They said it'd be ready soon, and I'd get a phone call. 3 hours later, I had to call several times. When I spoke to a gentleman, he said they only had half of the prescription and I should come get half now and I'd come back for the other half a couple of days later. Great pharmacy used to be extremely professional. Not anymore.Forget the rest of the store. Poorly staffed, terrible customer service. They really do not care for one’s business there.Suggest other stores for anything besides Rx.At this Walgreens the staff breaks come before customer service.Let me update, when one sends a Rx refill, and the app says it will be ready by 12:45 PM.Show up at 1:15PM, no knowledge from the pharmacy staff. The pharmacy tech tried to help, but the pharmacist is basically not helpful.“Come back after lunch break is the comment.”I think it maybe the pharmacist does not like me, or others.

I had an appointment for my son to get the COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine at 12:15 pm today 7/30/21 and arrived at 12:12 with the completed forms. We were asked to have a seat. After 35 mins of waiting I checked to see what the hold up was. No one else was waiting at the time for the vaccine and no one was inside the store in line for anything. I pointed out to the cashier that she had not taken my insurance card and asked if they needed it. Of course she needed it. The cashier told me to allow a few lore minutes 🤨. No apology or explanation was rendered. I came up again at 12:53pm and asked again what the hold up was. The cashier approached the pharmacist which was in my view and she mumbled something about working on something. Again no apology was given and I was asked to allow a few more minutes even after I made them aware I had to get back to work and my appointment was not honored. At 1:07 pm my son finally was called for his vaccine. The cashier gave it to him 😡😡😡 I don’t even know if she is qualified to do so. Didn’t explain he had to wait for 15 min and didn’t say what side affects would be and didn’t tell us about the Tylenol and not take ibuprofen. Glad I had my vaccine already and I knew about this already. To top it off I asked for the pharmacist so I could get her name and she tried to ignore me so I had to ask the cashier to tell her to come speak with me. The front cashier was nice & patient, but the manager Andy was unprofessional & lacked customers service skills. I had several clearance items that rung up wrong. Andy did a total void, but didn't even acknowledge the situation at all & while i was talking about the clearance he walked off to help other customers so, i left those items behind due to his rude behavior. He also made an unprofessional comment to a customer about the hold up stating "she has so much to say". I enjoy shopping at Walgreens, hopefully Andy can do better next to provide the service that walgreens is known for.

I set an appointment to take a COVID test for 4:30pm. I drove over an hour to get here. I was on the line at 4:00pm… it was about 8 cars from the drive-thru window… approximately 100 feet. As slow as the lien was moving I didn’t get to the window until about 5:20pm and they tell me that they cannot give me the test because I missed the cutoff time. How do I miss a cutoff time for an appointment that I was 30 minutes early for when it’s their own slow pace making me late? Unacceptable. And the worst part is that the pharmacy wasn’t even closed. They close at 7pm… 7pm…. 7pm! Unacceptable. Unacceptable.

This pharmacy has become the most inefficient pharmacy I have ever visited. Wait times are over two hours both inside and the drive thru. Walgreens, you need to train your staff to be more efficient. This is absolutely stupid and ridiculous. Who has all day to pick up scripts????? This is stupid!!

The ladies in the Pharmacy Dept. Are marvelousWhen you come in you are greeted by your name. This makes a customer feel like they are in a Mom & Pop Pharmacy, which is a good feeling.I live In Snellville, I can go to the Walgreens on 124 however; I prefer to drive over to 78In-order to feel comfortable.

DO NOT get your prescription filled here. They do not answer the phone and you will wait for an hour after they quote you 30 minutes. Especially don’t come if you’re in pain. They are the slowest moving group of pharmaceutical people I have ever experienced. Stick to the Walmart Neighborhood Mart!

I literally came back to back days for their make up sales. But what stood out to me and also made me want to come back the next day was the sales associate. Her name was Susan, she was a complete sweetheart and showed amazing costumer service which lead me to write this review. (I sat in the parking lot to write it) lol, I will definitely make this my to go Walgreens!!

Absolute TERRIBLE service, can not get someone on the phone and extremely long wait times. Pharmacist actually ask what mg was the prescription supposed to be for. This pharmacy should be shut down for actual training in efficiency and customer service.

Rude, slow and unfriendly.I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before a single person acknowledged me. And when one of the three women finally spoke... she was border line rude. Hate I scheduled my booster at this location. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Sit on hold for 20 minutes to be hung up on all I want to know is if my prescription is ready that the dr called in. Called back and someone came on really quick saying to please hold. Now just ringing and will get disconnected by the phone system. Super poor customer service! I have been a long time customer since 1995 I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!!!

Horrible customer service. Tech was too worried repeating the same thing over and over to even listen to my actual question. Insurance company had to call the pharmacy directly to have issue resolved. Pharmacy tech was rude and condescending clearly she does not like customer service.

This was the worst Walgreens I’ve ever purchased from. I ordered a photo gift on November 12th and it offered a pick-up time of November 12th at 7:40 PM. When I arrived to pick it up the NEXT day, it still was not ready. I man named Steve asked me to wait 20 minutes because the employees didn’t put it together yesterday after they printed the photo.It was the worst customer service and they refused to give me a discount for this.

The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE! I came here while shopping Uber Eats and the gentleman working basically told me that because I was driving for Uber eats he doesn’t have to help me, and told his coworker not to help me either. I felt very disrespected, and as a fellow customer service professional it was even more unpleasant.

Pharmacy does not answer their phone and will keep you holding for 15 minutes and more without answering. I was trying to refill a prescription and the automated device said it was connecting with an agent. I have been waiting for over 30 minutes while they tell me that 2 people were ahead, then 1, then they were busy answering calls. They can't be busy answering calls because no one has answered my call and I am a customer waiting.

This walgreen is so unorganized been here three time to get my meds and they say o it’s at another location well transfer it duuuhhhhh so she did I informed I’ll be back the next day still meds where not ready had to wait 30 mins more mins I tell you what that’s one good way to kill someone is to deprive people of there meds when they have to take them in times schedules

Pharmacy will put you on hold forever and in the end, they will hang up your call. They don’t apologize for their long hold either.
