This Walgreens is incredibly disorganized, especially the pharmacy. On multiple occasions, I've paid for my prescriptions online, only to arrive at the store and be asked to pay again due to system issues on their end. Even when I showed the email receipt, they insisted on a second payment. I had to contact corporate to secure a refund, and they were apologetic for the store's mistakes. The last straw was scheduling a Covid test online for this location. The instructions said to check in at the counter, but upon arrival, the pharmacy staff directed me to the drive-through. After waiting in line, I was informed they lacked the necessary materials for the test. It's frustrating that they didn't communicate this earlier. Clearly, there's a significant lack of coordination among employees. If certain services can't be provided, their website should reflect that.

Again, I received more rudeness from the black woman pharmacist who answered the phone. She didn't even say hello or Walgreens. I'm so tired of Walgreens doing nothing about the employees of this location. I will be contacting corporate and whomever else to get this rectified. Being rude to sick people is the dumbest thing ever..The pharmacy here needs to be shut down. 75 percent of the employees are rude, including some pharmacists. I'm sick, so I have no time to argue bk and forth about my health and my money or prescriptions. Today, Rangi was rude for no reason. Please get customer service training for all the employees because I'm definitely not gonna continue to be disrespected.

No wonder Walgreens are closing stores if they hire pharmacists as rude as these women are. They had our prescribed item in stock but it was expired, they didn't accept the price that was initially offered on our 2nd item, so $18 went to $38. We canceled the prescriptions and they laughed at us.

I love the pharmacy here. The pharmacist is very helpful and goes above and beyond. The cashiers are also very friendly and helpful.

Can't believe how rude these pharmacist are. I mean from jump like all I did was say hello and this woman had a attitude with me. Been going here since the rite aid closed down so like ten years or so but never again. Honestly if you hate your job don't be here some of us are ill, in pain, and just trying to get are prescription and I'm tired of this selfish, inhumane, uncessary treatment.

I wish I could have given ZERO stars. The cashier was patient and very helpful. I specifically came in for Palmolive dish detergent that was on sale for $.99 with an additional $.25 off with online coupon. The cashier tried numerous times to get my coupon to work. She called her manager which came over and cancelled out the transaction and simply told her to ring it up again. I logged in to 2 different accounts, used 2 different phone numbers, handed the manager my phone and let her " clip" the coupon herself. Nothing work. The manager "Melodie" walked away to ring a few customer up and never came back. The cashier said she doesnt know why she just wont over ride it because it's on the app and sales paper. My thoughts exactly. I asked the cashier to tell her to come back. The 3rd time and her response was theres nothing I can do. I cant override it. I knew that was lie. I asked for her manager and she said to call the store on Monday. By that time the sale will be over. Melodie was to busy getting back leaning over the photo counter talking to the guy cashier than providing customer service. Her I care care less attitude speaks volumes. I drove 3 miles to another Walgreens and did the same thing. I have no idea why the coupon you advertise does not work. But this time around without ANY discussion the cashier did whatever she had to do to get me the price that was advertised on my app and your sales paper. She even apologized for the inconvenience. It's a shame that this is the type of people you leave in charge to represent and run your company. Again the cashier was a sweetheart and tried everything she could to help. But her manager did absolutely nothing and seemed irritated to have to keep coming over to assist me.

Walgreens on Centerville Hwy in Snellville has a way of making customers feel invisible, especially when doing a pick up at the photo center. This behavior has been consistent throughout my experience. I order online for convenience, but dare to use the curbside option because who knows how long it will take for someone to come out - it’s clearly not their priority. Then when I go in the workers have their heads down as if I’m not even there. I wonder what could be so important that you can’t even look up to acknowledge a customer standing in front of you. So disrespectful!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I sent a photo book to print there and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready even though I got a notification that it was. Keith Kerry (the team lead who never knows anything) told be to come back in an hour. I went back the next evening and the same man was like, “Oh we’ll print it now.” I sat in that store for 1 hour because he couldn’t get the machine to work right. Order cancelled. Months later I gave them a chance and sent a poster board to print. Next day I go to pick it up. Same man…Keith…can’t find the poster board. How do you misplace a 16x20 poster board. After 20 mins I left. Don’t send anything there to print. Matter of fact, just don’t go to that store period!

I belonged to a CVS for 20+ years, and never really had a problem. I moved to the area, and this store is literally 5 minutes away, so I thought I'd try them. They're both the same, right? Wrong! I'm trying to get a medication filled, and they keep sending texts stating it's delayed because it's out of stock. Then, I get a text stating it's delayed because of insurance reasons. I call, I'm out on hold for 10 minutes, someone picks up, and apparently sets the phone on the counter, because I can hear the drive thru conversation and what not. 5 minutes later, I'm on hold again. There are so many pharmacies out there, don't waste your time with this one, like I have.

Good eveningThis evening with my daughter went to get some cosmetic very excited to get new products for our hair which everything we were looking for we got but at the end when we went to paid the older gentlemen in the cash register was very nice and polite saying thank you for our patience but later a young lady went to help him because of some errors with the cash register this young lady was very rude to the employee did even explained to him what was the error or even letting him know what she was going to do nor directing the customer to go the other register while his register was still programming . I was next in line so I went to him while the cash register still programming the young lady at the other register yell this is the only cash register open while still helping the other customer. This young lady which I did even bother to take her name need more customer training on how to treat employees and customers.

Unfortunately, Courtney seemed very bothered by my approaching her at the cash register. When I walked up to the register there was no greeting, instead I was met by a dead stare and a very noticeable sense of agitation. I asked her a question and instead of her answering it, she looked down mumbled something and began walking away. It took another associate to intervene and take over to assist me. I frequent this Walgreens very often and having this extreme lack of customer interest and service is very disappointing. If there are associates who become visibly agitated by customer interactions they should not be at the registers.

Just left walgreens several days ago I was in there read a sign saying that covid test by drive through is appointment, the girl in the pharmacy sec. Told me they do walk ins as well. I went back today to have my 12 year old tested and the rude old man I assume is the pharmacist need to learn how to speak to people. If I was his boss he would of been fired. He is rude, disrespectful and has a very rough harsh tone of voice. Some people need to learn how to talk to people appropriately. Because they might end up talking to someone and the person they decide to be rough, rude or harsh too will not be having a great day. I'm from nyc and this is why alot of people don't like the people from up north cause we ain't taking nobody b.s. he wanted to be rude and I was worse.

For the main purpose of Walgreens is to be a pharmacy they do not treat their pharmacy customers well. They never have enough staff so you have to wait for everything. I should not have to wait 5-10 minutes to drop off a prescription. You get faster service through the drive through, but if you want to drop off a prescription and wait for it that doesn’t work for you.

I specifically went to this location to get my prescription filled mind you I do not have any health insurance so therefore I have to pay out of pocket . I was met with Lisa a pharmacist technician that did not inform me about the prescription savings club not only did she omit that information but she LIED and told the pharmacist that she informed me about the prescription saving club . She LIED she never told me about this program . She is example of why everyone does not deserve to work in the health care field because she just doesn’t care . She is an example of why black people do not receive the same health insurance , resources , or information because she refused to tell me about this program . Lisa I hope you read this , YOU are apart of the problem this is the reason why black people die at a faster rate than white people In the hands of healthcare providers because people like you fail to inform and give life changing information that could help ease the cost of prescription. I hope you resign and work somewhere that does not deal with health care you do not deserve to work in the health care field. Your actions are unacceptable and will not be tolerated .Thank you to the pharmacist that told me about the prescription savings club , you display love , care , and upheld your oath , we need more people like you to work in the health care field because you display compassion .

I understand that the power went out. But my prescription was supposedly ready 4 hours prior to my arrival. I called to verify and then they said they would have it ready in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, the young tech with glasses and the partially bleached hair looked at me like I was bothering her, while I was waiting at the counter. I was then informed the power went out and they had to get my prescription ready. No update after 20 minutes until I walked back up to the counter. A simple, "We are so sorry, please give us 20 minutes" would have helped an already terrible situation. I drove 30 minutes to get here for this prescription and was late for all of my engagements afterwards. I will go to Publix next time.

I think they have a good staff at this location, pharmacy staff patient and helpful when I have a question, front register has always greeted me ,pleasant conversation checking out. Store is well cared of, no scattered mess in isles. Plenty of parking and even clean outside. There are a lot of lot of businesses that leave peoples trash laying around

I've been a customer of the pharmacy here for over 10 years. I live two cities over and have only kept my prescriptions here because of my favorite pharmacist- Dewey. I've noticed that quality customer service is slowly getting worse and worse at this location. Whereas before it was standard to get a "hello how are you" and an, "I'll be with you in a few mintues- sorry for your wait," it's turned into no eye contact at the drive thru, no warm greeting, very short responses- almost like it is inconvenient that I am there....even in the past when I had issues with my prescriptions, I would get a very nice call, email, or text letting me know so. That is not the case anymore. Basic service and stale staff is what you get- no more, no less...I'm not sure if the staff is overworked and stressed to the point of forgetting basic customer care, or if walgreen's as a brand has lowered their standards.. either way their service and overall quality is declining more and more.I will unfortunately be transferring my prescriptions outside of the Walgreens network completely due to my not-so-wonderful experiences over the past few years.

This Walgreens pharmacist is the absolute worse I have ever dealt with. I am new to the area and this drug store is closed to me. With multiple back surgeries, Lupus, Degenerative disc disease, sickle Cell and other ailment . I explained to Kerry, the worst pharmacist, that I cannot keep driving around for my meds to be filled, he gives you attitude and horrible customer service! Doesn't even try to emphasis with the customer. This pharmacist will end up costing this Walgreens. I give them alot of money each month...but because of Kerry I am moving all mine back to CVS!

Consistently horrible "service"!! They were so bad with my mother's prescriptions that we switched her to another pharmacy further away. Now Rite Aid got bought out by them and acquired my own Rxs. Based on prior experience with my mother's prescriptions, plus the outright rudeness of the Walgreens employee who took over at Rite Aid the last week before they closed, I went to another pharmacy to get my Rxs filled. Even though I had the Rite Aid bottles with all relevant information, they said they would have to call Walgreens and have ALL my Rxs sent to them, and they would call me and let me know when this was done. TWO DAYS later, nothing! The new pharmacy claims they have called Walgreens twice and both times they say Walgreens promised to send the information, but never did. I called Walgreens and they say they "see no record" that my new pharmacy called. They said I cannot direct them to send my Rxs to the new pharmacy, that the pharmacy needs to call - I said the new pharmacy has already called twice! I got the new pharmacy to call a 3rd time, and they finally got the 2 Rxs I was trying to get refilled now. But Walgreens gave them some doubletalk about my remaining Rxs (which are 90 day prescriptions that won't need refilling for another several weeks), that they still have to put the Rite Aid information into their system (more than 30 days AFTER the merger was completed and they closed the Rite Aid Store?!?!?!) and THEN they will send it. Don't hold your breath on that one. THE worst pharmacy out of at least 7 I have used in my lifetime. Avoid them at all costs!

Warning! This place is horrible. The pharmacy employees act like they are doing you a favor. The person I spoke with had a serious nasty attitude. Saying some customer service training is needed is a under statement.

Waited in the cashier line for 5 minutes because the person in front of me had a rain check which neither the cashier nor her manager could understand. The item I purchased was not in the cashier's price list so somebody had to go and check, another lost minute or two. Finally, the product I went in specifically to purchase based upon seeing it on the Walgreens web site was not even listed in the Pharmacy database. From here on I go to the Walmart across the street, goodbye Walgreens, I won't miss you.

Really bad service at this Walgreens first of all tjey make you wait for your prescription then they dont even help finding what your looking for. This past Thursday afternoon around 3:05 pm i had stopped to get some things i needed and i was there for less then three min. When i walked outside with my 5 month old baby i saw that someone broke in to my car and stoled my purse braking my passangerside window it was very scary i still can't believe tbey dont have cameras outside in the parking lot . I will never be going to that Walgreens again. Please if you do go be very careful.

This is the most horrible place to get a Covid-19 Booster shoot. I was waiting for over and hour. For a booster. Everyone there needs to find another job. You have employees walking around talking on cell phones while it’s 8 people in line to be helped. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!

I asked a simple question about a price quote of an sd card to avoid going to Wal-mart..never again..I usually use Amazon but I need more space on my phone..I have no need to use this location..I'm moving closer to Downtown pretty soon but this location is close to my Grandma..I kept getting transferred to about three or four different people..the professionalism has really declined over the last couple of years in this area and everything else went up..I'll just go back to coming out here for Jimmy John's and to see my Grandma..no more business will be handled out here anymore..its very annoying..

Is it now Walgreen's policy to allow employees to eat while they are checking you out? I was also shocked when the young black man asked me to place my basket in the stack near the front door on my out?There was not even anyone in line behind me, expect he needed to back to that bag of chips.
