They have NESSPRESO Machines at TARGET. It makes wonderful coffee and espresso. There was a young woman of color I think Tasha or Natasha ( sorry dear ) she made a simple purchase something of an excellent experience.Well done. Encourage her when you get your Nespresso.

This target wasn't just clean the staff were very friendly. We made it in right before close and Michael in electronics helped us find a power bank. Upon check out Crystal with the gorgeous freckles left us realizing why target is worth it. 🎯 Affordable, yet classic ,white and red. Thank you Target.... we will be back. )

I am finding so many great things at Target. Plus it’s so easy to shop in store or via the app. They make pick up and returns so convenient and easy. Added bonus of having Target Circle and getting 5% off and Circle deals. I’m addicted !!!!

I haven’t shopped at Target in quite some time but because I had won a Target Gift card I placed an online order. I found the store was bright, cheerful, decorated nicely, extremely clean and well stocked. After getting my online order, I strolled through the store and eventually wound up purchasing addition items in store. As a result of today’s Target experience I now plan to shop at Target more often.

Definitely can improve on doing hourly cleaning. The smell was unpleasant, bathroom stalls were more uninviting in person than these photos. Made me come to the conclusion I’ll just wait til I’m home than use these stalls… they all look identical but they’re three out of the five stalls in there…

Enjoy shopping at a store that always looks good and the associates are always offering help. Picked up a few items, went through check out with no wait then got in line and picked up an online order. The associates were pleasant and are an asset to the company.

love this target! easy to navigate and great prices. only issue i’ve ever had is an older black lady at self checkout wouldnt ease up and stop breathing down my neck. i understand monitoring the area but please the comfortability of customers is stillimportant.

Today I had a very bad costumer service. There were 2 employees at the register in the electronic section. Right at the front we were looking with my husband at the ring cameras. My husband was trying to get there attention and the lady her name is Crystal looked at him and he was like excuse me can I get these, and she just totally ignored him, he then again try to get there attention looking at both of them and raisinghis hand, they continue to ignore him until, I came out from the back of him to see them straight and asked, Can we get one of the cameras, then the guy came up and said oh yeah. Like why are they there if they don't want to work. Then it seems like Ms. Crystal is a manager or a Team leader. I am not sure and I hope she's not because she doesn't have costumer service quality. If you are there well I know you don't get pay for free just to walk around and talk to your co-workers.

This Target can get pretty crazy, especially on weekends/holidays. Because of it's location, traffic can be a nightmare getting in and out of this location. As far as Targets go, it's pretty standard. Customer service is very hit or miss, but to be expected these days. Beats slumming it in the Wal Mart, lol.

customer service NEVER answers the phone here. I have been calling for THREE days - have tried all different times of day & night. there was an issue with my curbside pickup order & I cannot/will not go into the store to address this due to medical conditions. this is unacceptable.

I was suppose to receive $50 off my purchase for applying for a credit card. It did not go through and customer service ( in person AND on the phone) could not help me. I was told Tom”try again” being forced to spend ANOTHER FOFTY DOLLARS to see if it would go through. NOT HAPPY

Falling in love with my neighborhood Snellville Target. The changes to the store are prefect. The store is very clean. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The ease of checkout is quick. Love it.

Everyone that was a male in this target was rude. I simply place an order online for curbside pickup. Every item in my order was cancelled with the exception of 1 item. I asked the young man outside who brought the item to me if he knew why my other items were cancelled he rolled his neck and eyes stating in the rudest way “I don’t know I just bring the items out” and at that moment sent me a email stating per MY request my items were cancelled. I told him I didn’t request my items to be cancelled. He then repeated himself still being rude I told him okay I no longer need your help. I went in the inside of the store and every item I needed was there.. so again why was it initially cancelled? I spoke to the manager Greg who heard me but really wasn’t listening and I could tell he didn’t really care. He told me he would look into it but didn’t ask for any additional information he would need to be able to understand why it wasn’t processed correctly. I also told him how rude the guy was who brought my item out and he stated “oh that’s just the runner” I knew then all of that was a waste. Employees at this target are really not good for the target brand. This location will definitely not get a revisit from me. Worst target I have ever came across.

I love this Target! The employees are friendly as well as helpful. This Target is clean and organized. The shelves are well stocked. The Baristas at the Starbucks are great too! The customer service is great too! Overall this is my favorite Target store!

Their inventory does no match their stock in the store. Regardless if it says they have it in stock. Even when I arrived and asked for an employee for help, she checked her own inventory, she said its on the shop floor and we both coudn't find it. Their disney section is a complete mess.

We have always had good experiences at this store. Today was no exception. Employees are helpful and friendly. They were out of a few items, but they were stocking shelves. I do wish the store was a little bigger. Easy to return something, especially if you have receipt on your phone. They are in process remodeling and asked where a few things were.

My friends and I were trying on clothes and we were waiting for our friend to finish up and all of a sudden a couple of target employees freaked out and all I heard was there was piss in the fitting room and I saw a couple of beers being thrown away and the manager handled it very unprofessional. She made one of the employees grab the clothes with their bare hands and hang it up I don’t think they planned on throwing it away either. I don’t think I plan on coming back and I’m disgusted on how the manager handled it. She also told one of the girls that they found it so they should be the one to clean it up. I feel so bad for the girls that worked that day. Completely absurd of how management had gone downhill since 2010 I’ve lived here for years and and to see the store go from what it use to be is very concerning

I have been shopping at this Target for years. The store has a new layout. Usually my shopping experience is very pleasant. Yet this time the store was a mess. Clothes were very unorganized. Most of the tables were in disarray. Clothes from the hangers were on the floor. The rest if the store appeared well organized. But the all clothing departments needed help.

Love the ease of Target's return policy. If you forget your receipt, they can find it via the card you used. I also like that you don't have to bring the physical item back in order for them to adjust the price match.

This is my favorite Target in the Snellville/Lawrenceville area. Always organized & clean. I often find items in the grocery department at better pricing than at Publix or Kroger. Also, the Target brand tortilla chips (all flavors) are always very fresh & better than most name brands.
