It's a great store. Always clean. Always have been greeted or asked by employees if I needed help or just saying good morning, Good day, good evening. They are organized, helpful as well as knowledgeable. As their saying goes "Where shopping is a pleasure." In my opinion, whoever created that one line of a gem statement obviously knew they were going to live up to their statement. Good for them & us.

Went to the store to get sub sandwiches. Lisa in the Deli was awesome. Her customer service was great. She had taken much care to make the sandwiches perfectly. She was very professional asking how we wanted our sandwiches made. We were very pleased with her overall customer service.

MY RECENT PURCHASE ON 02/29/24 WHICH INCLUDES 2 GERBER TODDLER MEALS AND TO MY SURPRISE THEY WERE EXPIRED!! AFTER HEATING IT UP TO SERVE MY BABY I REALIZED IT GAVE OFF A WEIRD SMELL. THINKING ITS WAS JUST BABY FOOD, I ATTEMPTED TO FEED MY BABY THE CEREAL BUT HE SPAT IT OUT. I THEN TOOK THE WRAPPER OUT THE TRASH TO SHOW THE EXPIRATION DATE OF 02/24/24. HOW LONG HAS THIS BABY FOOD BEEN SITTING ON THE SHELF??I AM NOT DRIVING BACK TO THE STORE TO COMPLAIN BECAUSE I HAVE COMPLAINED IN THE PAST ABOUT THE SERVICE AT THIS STORE AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TO COMPENSATE MY COMPLAINT.I HAVE SPOKEN TO A COUPLE OF MANAGERS AT THIS STORE AND LEFT MY TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR A RESPONSE AFTER A COUPLE OF MY ONLINE ORDERS WAS NOT FULLFILED.. -MY TWO LAST ORDERS FOR THE DELI SANDWICH WAS NOT FULFILLED, I WORK NIGHTS SO I PUT IN MY ORDER IN A TIMELY MANNER USUALLY TO BE PICKED UP AN HOUR BEFORE STORE CLOSING, WHEN I GOT THERE MY TICKET FOR THE ORDER WAS SITTING ON THE TABLE AND NOT MADE, WITH THE DELI COUNTER CLEANED DOWN TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR THE NIGHT!I ASKED THE DELI ATTENDANT WHY IT WAS NOT MADE ALTHOUGH I PUT IN THE ORDER 2HRS AHEAD - HE SAID “WELL I CAN MAKE IT NOW!” I DIDNT HAVE TIME TO STAND THERE FOR HIM TO MAKE IT FOR ME BECAUSE IM HEADING TO WORK - HENCE WHY I PREORDERED!!I LOVE PUBLIX BUT MY RECENT INTERACTIONS HERE HAS NOT BEEN SATISFYING! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The deli/chicken area, the food is good, very good. What I DO NOT LIKE is the service. The employees are nice, however, I was waiting in line 10 minutes, maybe a little more, the server was making a sandwich for a couple, I was waiting for chicken. A lady walked into the store went right up to the chicken side - stood there maybe 2 minutes, when someone from the back came and helped her. Didn't bother to ask me if I was next or if they could help me.What kind of service is that?

Greetings!I came by a couple of weeks ago and realized you had sushi and California rolls but unfortunately nothing all veggies/vegan. One of ur employees by the name of Richard pleasantly greeted me and offered his assistance. He then promised to speak to the manager to recommend having that option made. I returned today and it was there. The only one left just in time for me. And guess what, Richard was there again checking if I was ok not knowing it was me🙂 I had to remind him.I truly appreciLOVE Richard’s care and concern. This Publix seems to be one of the busier ones due to the convenient location and the area itself. Even when there is a crowd or a big line, the employees job of tending to the clients needs weather it's finding a specific grocery product or a recommendation by a store employee, they are tentative with in store customers and will be with you your whole shopping experience of necessary.

The deli needs work! They are fully staffed with no line and I had a pick up order for 9:50am and it's now 10:15 and still don't have my 2 subs. They also don't have any rotisserie chicken ready. Management needs to reevaluate how they do things!

Simone in the Deli makes the best subs. If she’s not there I’m not buying one. You can also ask for her. I’m telling you she’ll change your life with one of her subs. She is also very nice and very patient.

I shop at this Publix multiple times a week And overall, I love most of the products, and the employees are always great. However, I believe they are selling expired skin care products as I recently bought two bottles of Cetaphil moisturizer and they were watery and burned my skin. I’ve bought a different bottle at a different store and I realized that the packaging had been renewed a pretty long time ago. Therefore, Publix was selling, expired skin care With the old packaging. Super disheartening as somebody who struggles with acne and eczema as this made my skin Very red and inflamed. I hope someone can be most more thorough and what they like to put on the shelves.

I shop here all the time..but this time was very odd and very strange..went to the seafood section I'm standing there forever I literally had to go back behind the door that says associates only to demand assistance The guy with the earring in his ear kept saying he couldn't hear me I told him what I wanted 4 times I swear I had to go back behind the door again to tell the lady manager that I'm not sure if he is hearing impaired but he keeps saying he can't hear me She surprisingly said he is not I'm like well what is going on then.. they told me to come back after seafood is thaw and he gave me the wrong order This turned into to a 30 minute ordeal with other customers walking off and complaining The customer service at this store has gone down hill and is Atrocious

Went to Publix today 11/8/23. I picked up my cake order In about 3 minutes from arriving at the store. I looked at the line for the subs and there were only about three people in line so I said great they should be fairly quick because generally I wait for at least about 30 minutes. Today I got in line at 4:56 PM and I did not leave the store until 6:07 ridiculous! And no, I did not buy other items. I went and got straight in line, but it took over an hour for me to get one sandwich made.

If Publix knows that there is always a line for the sandwiches... Why aren't their always two people working the sandwich stations. There are only THREE people ahead of me and I have been standing in line for almost 30 minutes and one of the people standing in front of me walked off. now there are 4 people in line behind me and the line is NOT MOVING. Placed an online order. Apparently, they didn't have the bread requested, so they decided to just not make the sandwich rather than ask me if I would want something else. Also, I asked for light sauce but the sandwich was nothing but sauce

The deli at this location is horrible. The wings are old and dried out. They do not have the tradional popular Mardi Gras wings. The side items look old and dry (macaroni). The employees wander around and do not greet or offer to help customers.I frequent Publix a lot in other neighborhoods. This one is by far the worst. We must do better.

I love all publix. I feel like you can never go wrong with them as far as choices. Publix always has a wide variety of the same product. But I do feel like they lack a little in the cake section. It's not too many options to choose from. You either get a cookie cake or something that they have in season (Don't get me wrong, they are all delicious). But It might just be this location, since it does sit on a main hwy. Who knows.

Store is always clean & stocked. During peak hours there's a wait at the register but it moves pretty fast. My favorite Publix location thus far. I just hope customers stop parking in front of the door while they wait on the ATM or for someone to run in to get a few items. That parking lot is way too tight & busy!

IF YOU ORDER AHEAD PLEASE GIVE YOURSELF AN EXTRA 30 MINS AFTER DUE TIME BEFORE PICKING UP! YOUR SANDWICH WILL NOT BE READY ON TIME! I ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT WHEN PICKING UP TO GO ORDERS AT THIS LOCATION.Update: I tried again. Ordered 9:14am for pickup 9:45. Arrived at 10:22am & my sandwich wasn't ready. There was no long lines but I simply couldn't wait I was on my way somewhere. Had to get a refund from customer service. This Publix deli is incompetent. I have never had this experience at other locations.

The location is reasonable. This Publix store is visited by a wide variety of people. The handmade sandwiches are awesome.
