This store has gone DOWNHILL. I walked in on Friday to purchase cat food and to purchase an angel fish. The dog trainer was on the 2nd register about to sign off. To get his dog's attention who was laying down by his side, he kicked the dog! I was immediately concerned and very sad for the dog. I gestured as to say, poor baby, and the very angry man, yelled at me! He said, you cannot come near this dog! Can't you read?! I was very taken aback to say the least. I expressed how unacceptable and nasty his attitude was towards a customer and his dog. Not only did I witness him being abusive to his very calm, mild mannered dog but he was very rude to me. Imagine how the dog is treated in private if he was that bold in public. I reported the incident to the store manager. However I don't have much faith that it was taken seriously. Also, their fish tanks are a disaster. Dead and dying fish throughout due to lack of regard and quality care. It's very sad.

I take all 3 of my dogs to get groomed by Valeria. She handles my dogs so well even though 2 of them are very anxious. Always so kind and does an excellent job! My Pups and I love her so much!!

Takes very long to even look at applications for a job online. I even handed a copy of my resume in person and they still haven't even try to contact me to see if they want me or not. I know this review section is basically for customers but I'm a little bit frustrated in not getting any contact on the job I applied for

Loved coming here to get my fur son his first official groom. He is 4 1/2 months old. He is a Miniature Schnauzer and they took such good care of him. Just like my kids I need to trust you to leave them. I felt very comfortable and at ease leaving him. They called mid way through to give me an update on his behavior and everything was good. I must say that was the reassurance I needed. We will be back. I was finally able to see his eyes again.

Valeria cuts my dogs hair and does an amazing job every time. She has been the only groomer my dogs have been comfortable with. Amazing staff!

Me and my Littles walked around looking at least 1 hr, not 1 time did someone greet us, ask if we need help with anything etc. I saw 2 employees and they seem to be busy on the cell phones and sweeping. I had to loudly ask for help. That took some time as they were busy. Lol. We were the ONLY customers there.

I originally booked an appointment with the Buford Petsmart, but after reading the reviews I decided to not take him there. I called the Snellville location to see when they had another opening and they told me I could come in at 11am. Upon arrival, the staff was really friendly to Harlem and I. We went over how I wanted him groomed, pricing and the time. I even called an hour after dropping him off to make sure he was okay since this was his first grooming and the staff was so helpful! They did an amazing job with his cut and we will now become regulars! S/O to the Scenic HWY staff! This store is my favorite.

I visited this location 3x times in 3 years. The most recent visit was December 12, I had to return an unopened can of wet cat food and wanted to buy another can. I asked the cashier when I walked to asked if I could exchange the product. The can was in a petco bag and the snooty employee said to me “you do realize that’s a petco bag”, “ I said it know I have it in this bag because it’s the only bag I had, my receipt is a Petsmart receipt”. This white young female employee was nasty and rude. I immediately found the wet kitten food I wanted. I proceeded to go to the checkout line where she was working and I told why I was exchanging/returning it. She looked at the receipt and said she couldn’t return because it was not on the receipt. The location i bought it from scanned one can of food twice instead of separately. So this rude employee had an attitude talking about she might to get a manager key for the exchange. I told her okay I’ll wait, then she proceeded to scan the returned can and scanned the can I wanted to purchase. These employees always have a bad attitude. I will never return to this location again.

It is a smaller store compared to the Lawrenceville Location on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd.It has all of the things the other store has just in smaller quantities and in more of a compacted area.One thing I saw in the Isles was clippers for the dogs fur, so that was nice (although our dog does not need them), and, dog tents with a shaded dog cot, and sleeping bags, who knew a dog would need that??It was clean and organised - just markedly smaller.

The groomer at this PetSmart location was great with pet (MoJo). He's a large Shepherd and she (Larkin) managed him well and kept me abreast to what was going on with him each step of the way. Great job! Great Service!

Although I kept up with his baths (somewhat), I had Neglected my dog's full grooming as I have been dealing with the loss of my dad. This was the first time I decided to allow anyone else to do it. Larkin was great! She was attentive, empathetic and kind. She transformed MY baby boy Blue back! I will definitely book his grooming with her again! Thanks so much again Larkin! You nailed his grooming down to a T and even exceeded my expectations 💙💙💙

Petsmart,oh pet smart. You were the home of my hamster willow for 3 weeks. (Thanks for that by the way.) Pet smart is the place to go to purchase TONS of pets. I adopted a beta fish and a hamster from there before, the death of my fish was my own fault. (rip nova) but my hamster is still healthy and living.🤗

Beware, If you question the young manager's knowledge you will be called a racist amongst other insults. Just go to the Loganville location, it's worth the extra mileage to avoid the anxiety. I've shopped at this store since it opened, so disappointing.
