they told me my dog was okay and was able to notget shaved completely down. i called twice to make sure everything was okay. I come to get my dog and she is shaved to the bone , no type of style , and all around looked extremely stressed and deranged. she was very frantic and kept using the bathroom, once we got home she stayed in the exact same spot laying down looking ill . this service apparently took 7 hours

I had used your services for many years and I always liked the services. I hadn’t been to the store in about a year so I decided to try again. I had several issues 1 was pricing. On the website it was shown as 38 and 42 for bath and cut. In the store I was asked to sign a waiver on a clip board for each dog. When I picked up my dogs I was charged 57 Each dog plus a service fee of like 7 dollars plus a 10 brush out fee. Mind you the girl ran the comb through the dogs hair in front of me and everyone in line and there was no mats or knots in her hair. So I was charged both dogs of different weights 7lbs. And 11 lbs the same price plus all this extra stuff and it was not disclosed to me what the price was going to be because apparently the price was on the backside of the waiver that I was given on the clipboard to sign. Not told the price was on the back.1 dog was all cut up she has scabs now on her throat, side of neck and backside.The other dogs hair cut was left all uneven choppy worst haircut ever and also had been scrapped or razor burned with the razor on her muzzle. She has scabbing now as well.So definitely NOT happy with the service!

wish Alberto J was still working there, he did an awesome job on one of my dogs, left her so beautiful and clean, on the other hand Sydney H did absolutely nothing on my other baby, would not even trim her nails, completely disappointed to see my dog looking exactly the same as before I took it there. Definitely trying to find a different place to take them!!

I was very disappointed with the treatment there. I start waiting 10 minutes with my dog outside to even be received. I asked to trim her face and nails did not do it very well charged an extra $7 for that you can give back it was bad, very bad. Did not charge or trim nails thanks you. The machine was down could not pay with card, had to go to the supermarket to ask for cash back in my card and paid extra fee for that, the manager’s suggestion with very poor treatment. You will never see my face in a Petco again. Thanks very much for the ugly experience

Our groomer, Morgan, was exceptional. This was my dog's first time getting groomed and Morgan handled her with care and gave me excellent feedback. Service was completed on time.

Unfortunately they are not capable of grooming a 5lb Yorkie. My babies face was lopsided, one side longer than the other. Took her back to get “fixed” and while the young lady tried her best it was still not right. Sje was also shaved down to her skin and the excuse was her hair was matted, meanwhile I combed her out before she got there. No style at all they just cut my babies hair off! She was suppose to have a complete grooming but yet today her dr tells me her anal glands are completely full and her ears are terrible. Called and spoke with Lizbeth the manager who told me their anal glands can fill up in 24hrs, funny because I’ve never had this issue when she’s gone to other groomers, she also stated, “ I can’t help how quickly her ears got dirty”. Pretty much no accountability just excuses! Save yourself time and money, Petsmart is cheaper and does a wayyyyy better job! Not even an apology just excuses!

Grooming appt went very well. It took longer than anticipated, but I’m glad it did. The staff was cognizant of my little man getting all worked up for his 1st big boy hair cut, and took a break to allow him to calm down. Once they felt he was ready, they slowly re-introduced him to the space and tools in order to move forward. I felt it was a great experience and I’m glad the staff is soo patient and knowledgeable about the fur babies they care for.

Very pleased with the quality of the grooming for both dogs; however, I thought I was getting a ‘free’ groom for Cyrus (the bigger dog), but I only received a $30 credit (the smaller dog). Not impressed with the program.

My dogs appt was at 1pm, they told me 3-4 hours. Well I hadn’t heard from them by 5 so I went up there and they hadn’t even cut his hair, only given him a bath. They lady looked surprised when I said “ he’s been here 5 hours and still no cut ?” She preceded to go grab him, he’s shaking like crazy, nervous.. she sped through the cut in 10- mins then we were done. All in all, I will not be back for that service again.

I have been here before and never had any issues with the grooming. However during my most recent visit, it was horrible to say the least. There was no clear communication in informing me about the age requirements for the dog for grooming which is fine however they lacked communication in giving me clear updates on the time it would take for the grooming to be done. They gave me a time estimate of 2-3 hours for when the grooming would be done but kept pushing the time further back saying that my dog still was not dry. Also within those 5+ hours, the moment my dog was released not only was he still wet but immediately had to use the bathroom which indicates that they did not let him go to the bathroom between the grooming time which is very unsettling since he is only 4 months old and not able to hold it in.I just wish they took better care of my dog considering he was there 5+ hours. I did tip my groomer to be nice but regret it now, I just wanted to get my dog and leave.... I just regret the decision to ever bring my dog here.

Very nice visit as usual. My Mini McKinley has always been groomed at the Snellville location and I’ve always found the services and the groomers to be great. The new grooming area is really nice as well.

Elizabeth took over for our previous groomer (Taylor) and did a fantastic job with Bruno. He’s accustomed to being pampered and he’s very docile and gentle and responds to being handled as such. Thank you, Elizabeth!

Morgan and Mariah were great with our dogs. Morgan used a "Happy Hoody" on Cassie to relax her while using the blower. She reported to me that Cassie was fine with it. They treated both dogs with loving care.

This doesn't have anything to do w grooming but instead w stock. On 3 different occasions I have visited this store and found no Tomlyn immune support. This time they were also out of well and good prebiotics. stock is terrible. I went to Duluth petco found tomlyn but no probiotic. She however ordered it for me and it's being shipped to me

I've been bringing my dog here for the last year with no issue. He's happy and clean when I pick him up. But the last two appointments I've had, were not of the same quality. His head still smelled last time and so I know they didn't wash it. The appointment before that, was the shortest appointment he's ever had. It was a rush job and he didn't smell that great. I spend $60 everytime I bring him. I gave the girls the benefit of the doubt tip ,but I won't be using them anymore.

My dog is definitely hard to handle when getting his nails done. I SO appreciated the girls doing such a great on his nails, despite him being incredibly difficult and hard to handle. He's a strong dog (part pitbull), but they did a great job of handling him to get it done. It's impossible for me to do it by myself at home, so I'm so glad they could help me out. He's a wiggler and way too strong for me to handle doing his nails alone. They comforted him while doing it and really made me glad i brought him to them.I'm definitely going back! I hope they don't start dreading me coming in and having to deal with my super squirming dog lol

Groom was overall what I requested. The groomer tried her best, but there were some rigid cuts that I did not care for. Her hair will grow back, so I scored the style an eight because the attempt was made. I did send pictures and stated that I did not want a fox-like look, which I received. However, she received tons of compliments, so I would try your services again.

Bella was nt happy at all after she returned. she did smell fresh, usually, her coat is soft and a bit softer. I personally could not tell that she was bathed. I am terribly disappointed. If I decide to return, I never want that particular groomer again.

Helen did an amazing job with my Havanese, Mason! She asked me the length I wanted and she cut to exactly that. This is my second time using Petco grooming and I will continue to come here with my pup!
