I come in here several times a month for my pets. The grooming department always does a great job and they are very nice. Some of the workers on the floor act as if they don't want to help you. Everytime I come in I happen to encounter Dani and I really try not to bother her because her attitude isn't the most pleasant. She acts as if you are bothering her asking her to get something for you that requires a Petco associate. I will continue to shop her but will ask other associates for assistance

Came in today at 10:25am to do a return. The cashier who helped me was very rude. I did not get her name but she is early 20s, black, skinny, wearing glasses, a wig & piercings in her face. All I wanted was to get cash instead of putting the return back on my card. I kept telling her I no longer have that card anymore she was very rude & said that it would be more work for her to do. First of all, it took 2 clicks and it was done. I work in customer service, I would never tell a customer that they are making My job harder. Very poor customer service. She acted like she did not want to help me. I was very nice until she gave me a horrible attitude. I will NOT be returning to this location. Pet Smart is up the street. Managers needs to do a better training on customer service.

Associates were everywhere but the front checking customers out. It was about 10 minutes of waiting, with a line starting to look like the one at the DMV before someone came up. Great deals, but doubt I’ll be returning here.

I took my 5mth old Cane Corso to get groomed and Gabi did an amazing job. She came out looking like a new pup. Her coat was so shiny and she was so happy. This was her first time at a groomer and she said she did very well. I will definitely taking her back monthly for a good pampering

The customer service at this Petco location is terrible. Last week I came in to purchase food for my pet and the cashier made a mistake. She kept using the F word while speaking with another cashier who appeared to be a manager. I didn’t say anything because it appeared that she was nervous and didn’t realize I heard her. I come back to this same location to make another purchase and a new cashier walks up and didn’t greet me. She checks me out and hands me the receipt as if she was annoyed and started texting on her phone. I had to ask her for a bag and again she appeared annoyed. I thanked her and she doesn’t say anything else. My issue is although understanding people may be dealing with things outside of work there’s a time and a place and it seems like simple customer service doesn’t exist. You don’t always have to be cheerful but a simple “did you find what you needed” or “have a nice day” is helpful.

I come in here often to buy for my Yorkie and usually have no issues. The cashier Ella has changed that! No greeting when I walked up just what is my phone number. Then she threw the change and some dropped. Instead of her picking it up, she looked at me to pick it up. She needs customer service training ASAP!

This is the 4th time taking my pup Milo here for grooming! And Helen is amazing! She's caring and very gentle. She did a great job with his haircut😊 👌🏻👌🏻Happy with the results,great service, and nice people working there too!

I had the most amazing experience at Petco Snellville location today. I was assisted by assistant store manager Valentine (also goes by Kira) who went above and beyond to ensure I got the best products that fit the needs of my new puppy. She was extremely knowledgeable about the food ingredients of kibble and soft foods, shampoo products, toothpaste, treats, toys, ear solution. You name it, Valentine knew all about it. She helped me narrow down the products that would actually work for my dog who has skin allergies and also ensured that I get best possible savings. She also introduced me to Petco Vital Care savings program and explained in detail all provisions of it that I could not pass on the additional savings. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, personable, professional and very trustworthy. One could clearly sense her love and passion for pets and her career. She took her time walking me around the store and showing me different products. In fact, she spent over an hour with me as this is what I needed to ensure I got everything I needed for my new pup. She also helped maneuver my cart and my 90 pound one year old pup around the store. This lady was amazing. Beyond anything I’ve encountered before. When you go to this Petco, look for her! I rarely write reviews but this was a must!So grateful for you Valentine!

This is the first Petco location I walked in and was immediately greeted with customer service. The white female tattooed employee spoke to me when I walked in December 12, 2023. I walked around looking for prices on kitten supplies. I sparkled up a conversation with another employee named Dani, she was pleasant and nice. She price matched a product from the website. I will be back to this location.

Went in for doggie diapers they had some, but only black had to have them. I wish yall had a bigger variety, though for females, especially. Maybe some with lace bottoms and different colors.

I never post reviews, but I feel compelled to do so after this. I called this location prior to ensure they had fruit fly cultures before avoid making the drive only for them not to have any. A femaile employee 1st seem confused about the item I inquired about, but then put me on hold to check. After a few mintues, she returned and said they did.I drove 25 minutes one way only to get there only to find NONE of the cultures are active. Not one fly moving any around in any if the 12 containers on the shelf. ALL completely dead and dry.

It was nice, but they had a few tanks, which were both dirty and sick, with some illness and some fish just looked rather unhealthy and not in good condition I had planned on buying some plants but the chance of adding a illness to my tanks is too high

Horrible experience. I was not going to post because I had a situation with my dogs hair being very matter after being groomed and the bows were placed in her hair. Several people, even strangers, have pointed out how uneven the cut is in her face. Helen was the groomer in Snellville. I will never go back. Please take more care into your craft because this is not acceptable.Edited to say: The groomer manager, Corrine, contacted me. I took my dog back in and she corrected the problem areas herself.

This store was well organized and staff were friendly. They had variety of pet supplies and also sold some fish, guinea pigs, lizards etc. They also have pet grooming where you can see your pet getting while they are working with them.

Took my little Shi Tzu, Ruby, to be groomed here. They give you a coupon that can be used for 50% off certain in-store items, so I also picked up a descent collar for less than $8! They did great with grooming Ruby who showed no signs of distress when I picked her up, unlike some other grooming places I have taken her.

I have been here before and never had any issues with the grooming. However during my most recent visit, it was horrible to say the least. There was no clear communication in informing me about the age requirements for the dog for grooming which is fine however they lacked communication in giving me clear updates on the time it would take for the grooming to be done. They gave me a time estimate of 2-3 hours for when the grooming would be done but kept pushing the time further back saying that my dog still was not dry. Also within those 5+ hours, the moment my dog was released not only was he still wet but immediately had to use the bathroom which indicates that they did not let him go to the bathroom between the grooming time which is very unsettling since he is only 4 months old and not able to hold it in.I just wish they took better care of my dog considering he was there 5+ hours. I did tip my groomer to be nice but regret it now, I just wanted to get my dog and leave.... I just regret the decision to ever bring my dog here.

It was OB's 1st time at the clinic and we had a excellent experience. Juan and Dr.Donna were the best everything was explained to us thoroughly and they were super friendly and took excellent care of OB even though he would let them trim his nails. LolThank you to everyone at the clinic and we will see you in a few weeks
