My boy DUXEUS had a great day today! After all the commotion this week and last with the flooding of our ground floor, he was basically stuck upstairs all day long,no real family time. I saw an advertisement for a FREE VISIT to this place called PET PARADISE for first-time visitors. Yep, he had a 4 hour DAY AT PLAY! He had one on one time with his chaperone ,and they gave him a GREAT REPORT CARD! He was so happy to get out and run around! I felt so good in my heart for my boy!! Thanks to ALL STAFFERS there! State of the art spot, extra clean, and EVERYONE had this sweet personality!

Awful service. My mother sent our dog there to be groomed. We've never had a problem until now. They injured two of our dog's paws which has impaired his ability to walk. He has been bleeding from both paws. We called to address the issue and instead of soothing the problem, they suggested to see their on-site vet where WE would have to cover the charges for the visit. So they injured our dog then told us we would have to pay out of pocket for treatment. What sense does that make? DO NOT send your dog here, because if a mistake is made or an accident happens they WILL NOT help you or take accountability!

Today was my first time taking my Cane Corso to a doggy day camp, and I was pretty nervous about him being around other dogs without me for the first time. But the way the staff eases them into the day camp settings and tests their temperament is amazing! I watched on their live cameras, as they introduced my dog to a few other dogs, then eventually the whole pack. It also says a lot for people to be able to handle my 105 pound dog without being scared, as even people I know to be “dog people” can be intimidated by his size, even though he’s a big teddy bear. I loved being able to watch him play on the cameras, and even saw how quickly they clean up after the dogs there. I wanted my dog to spend the day there because I plan on boarding him while I’m out of town, so I wanted to see how it went, and I’m definitely using them for his boarding! I also like that they have an on-site vet, it makes me feel comfortable if something were to happen.

Grooming service is just okay. I tried to do the holiday pupgrade but couldn’t because of the bath package I booked. I have a short haired dog so a brush out is never needed and a wash and go is listed on their collateral as “recommended for short haired dogs”. From my understanding, I couldn’t add the “spa” upgrade with the teeth brushing and nail trimming so I just added them separately. Nails were barely trimmed, suggested I come back in two weeks. No fragrance, probably washed in unscented shampoo. Staff is friendly! I will not be going back.

This review is about the staff and I can't thank them enough for being patient with my dog. This was his first time being boarded and I have to say that they were great. My dog was a complete BUTT! They called with reports on him and I truly appreciated that. He finally warmed up to one of the mangers and I thank her for the patience she gave him to like someone there. I have figured out that I will need to take him periodically so that he can get use to the place and not be such a BUTT!Thank you Pet Paradise Snellville for your great staff and for making this pet parent comfortable.

I booked a mini groom with Kayla for my Cavapoo baby on December 31st for January 13th at 9am. On my way to the appointment I call to let them know I'm running 7-10 mins late. The young lady says that is fine I will let the groomer know. I get there, get my baby checked in, and wait for Kayla the groomer to come out and grab my baby. To my surprise, Kayla did not come out someone else did. So, I said I booked with Kayla. I was told Kayla is not there. Mind you, no one ever called me prior to my appointment to let me Kayla would not he there. Even when I called to let them know I was running late she did not say.... hey by the way Kayla isn't here today are you comfortable with another groomer grooming your baby. I was then asked if I would like to reschedule, I said yes..... then someone else stepped in and said we can't reschedule because Kayla broke her wrist and we don't know when she'll be back. So, they knew she wouldn't be back any time soon and didn't try to call the people who booked appointments for her and let them know the situation so they can decide if they want to keep their appointments or not. I do feel this location needs to do better. I've been seeing a lot of new faces, so I'm not sure if the change in staff is the issue or what. And just for context, I go to this location for daycare, boarding, vet, and grooming. So, I'm very familiar but it feels like it has really been lacking. I hope they get it together soon.

Very unorganized. Called to set up 1st time groom appt. They said my ph# was already in use. So someone would call back to fix & set up my account. Got an email to say all set & appmt set. Then got an email for deposit on the groom??? I called. No record of me, my account nor the appmt. ..horrible 1st time with them. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I spent a lot of my time trying to resolve their problems. Will not try again.

Our family was pleased with the service received. While at Pet Paradise, Dakota enjoyed meeting new friends. He was even able to celebrate his "Gotcha Day" there.It gave us a peace of mind to be able to receive reports and see videos of him while away. We've only had him for 1 yr and this was our first time having to leave him. We were so pleased that we plan to bring him back again! 🐶

Love this place! My dog Thor goes almost everyday to socialize and get his puppy energy out. The workers seem to care about him as much as I do! And he loves it there! He's always so excited to go to "daycare." I definitely recommend this place!

Came in to visit the locate to see if it may be a good fit for my dog baby Chance. Zorie was an amazing tour guide! Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions before I could ask. I can’t wait to bring Chance in for his temperament test and start giving him some awesome day camp days! The facility tour was great, very clean and they have a great system to ensure the dogs get both indoor and out door time.

Very unsatisfied with how they handled my situation. I had made an appointment 3 weeks ago to have my pup groomed and called today for confirmation and they said they had nothing scheduled. They told me about other dates for my pup to get groomed but I had already asked off for the supposed scheduled day. I asked if I could receive any sort of discount because someone didn't put my appointment through and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I heard so many great things about this place but man did they disappoint.

Called and canceled our reservation 10 minutes before. We drove all the way from VA and every other location was at capacity.We originally booked in October and they called to confirm our reservation a week before.Very disappointed with the lack of care and concern.

We boarded both of our dogs for the first time ever and had a wonderful experience. We were called for questions/concerns. Our dogs smelled wonderful when we picked them up. They stayed for 3.5 days and were bathed in the last day. Check in and check out was super easy. Definitely recommend & look forward to boarding our dogs in the future again.

I was very excited about sending my dog to Pet Paradise. The facility was beautiful and clean. I completed my paperwork online days before Kobe's reservation. I described his temperament, energy levels and his fears. I wrote "Kobe has severe anxiety about being in the room with the door closed. He has chewed holes in door before." Apparently this was not reviewed as Kobe was left in a room for 2 hours before his temperament test was conducted. I called to check in on him after not seeing him on the live cam. I was advised that he had been rubbing his nose on the door and drooling a lot. I stated that he has severe anxiety about closed doors. The rep I spoke with said "That's good to know." I was confused as I assumed they had been aware of that since I included it in his paperwork. I'm frustrated that he was left in a room for 2 hours rubbing his nose on the door to the point where it bled. I had hoped that the information I had provided would have been taken into account. He ended up not passing the temperament test as he was extremely scared and timid. That is out of character for Kobe, as he is usually very energetic and friendly. I was hoping this would have been a good fit, but it turned out not to be. I would recommend thoroughly discussing your dog's specific needs/issues prior to sending them here to avoid any issues.

The young ladies working seemed familiar with and were warm towards our dog. We believe our dog was safe and secure while she was boarded. However... they fed her another dog's food instead of her own on the first day. We did not receive daily reports during the week. She was supposed to be bathed but wasn't. She smelled like vomit when we picked her up. Check - out/pick-up took too long.

We've used Pet paradise 3 times and have been happy with their services 😊 our dog especially likes the jungle gym in tiny town. You can get progress reports for a fee. (I always do) We like that we can watch our doggy on the web cams while on vacation.

I had the most amazing experience here! My puppy has never been boarded before and I was very nervous about leaving him with strangers, but they took such great care of him. He came home and immediately passed out from all the fun he had during his stay. The check in/check out process was very quick and easy. Overall a really great place to take your dog! You can tell everyone there really loves what they do!

My Lovely Lola enjoyed her stay. The staff took their time giving us a tour, explaining their services, policies and prices, and making sure we were comfortable leaving our dog. They have several boarding accommodation options, and we took advantage of the free day of day camp for Lola to meet the fam. We see dogs jumping up and down to come inside and play with their pals... that really made me feel good about leaving my dog here. We'll be back soon!

My dogs were boarded for 3 days. The staff were professional upon dropping them off and picking them up. Both dogs appeared ok, but were very thirsty. I would have liked an update at some point during their stay to let me know how it was going. The facility was nice and clean.
