Ordered groceries for pick up on Sunday 4/7. App said they were ready, informed them I was on the way for pickup. Got there and a young lady called and said my order was ready, they had everything in the order but it couldn’t be “processed” so they could not bring it to the car. Money has already been “processed “ from my account. I paid a pick up fee but I can’t get what I ordered brought to the car?I told her it was a reason I ordered and could not come inside and she was no help. I called customer service on the app and explained so I could get a refund and they called the location for over 30 min and never got an answer. It was 8:30pm and they close at 10pm. I left without my order and now I have to wait for my refund. Clearly management is non existent in this store and someone should do something about it. I will go back to Amazon Fresh.

For a Thursday at 2:00 pm this store was very busy.They had one cashier and both self check areas were backed up.There were other employees doing other jobs but isn't sales more important.The managers need to step up and help if this is the situation!

GHETTO GHETTO GHETTO! I hate this Kroger. The workers are ghetto & they don’t update their sales. They leave sale tags on items that no longer qualify but won’t honor it. The rude lady with the grandma bob at self checkout was so rude & told me to go take a picture. 1/5/24 Then tells me to leave my fussy baby & cart while I do so. I think NOT!!!! I won’t be back to this establishment. Keep your sales updated or honor the incorrect pricing.

Wednesday, December 29, 2023 I stopped by the Kroger before going home. Went to use the women's restroom and it was a mess. paper towels on floor. Caution cone in the middle of the floor. Just dirty. I always wonder if the employees use the same restroom. Take some pride in where you work and where people shop. People want to shop in clean comfortable surroundings not dirty, cluttered ones. I think I will try the Kroger down the road to see any difference.

At the self checkout today a message showed for clerk to assist, while waiting items began falling out of bag and landed on my foot cutting my toe, when trying to stop them my finger was also smashed. When clerk came she rudely asked me to get out of her way. I replied with I will as soon as I can move my foot and finger from all the stuff falling. She looked but never even askef if I was ok or needed to speak to management. 2 hours later my foot and finger is still hurting. I find this totally unacceptable service. This will definetly change my shopping habits from Kroger to other available stores.A very unhappy customer,Susan Kessell

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for an overcharge by an untrained cashier. I keep getting lip service about how it takes X amount of business days. I've waited 10 business days and made 3 phone calls to the store. Honestly the fuel points were the only reason keeping me shopping here. I've repeatedly found expired meat and dairy items, incorrect pricing on shelves, fruit flies in the produce department, aisles blocked with too many displays and unopened boxes, never enough cashiers and if you want a cart, get it from the parking lot before you enter. The hollering front end supervisor adds to the charm. I'll take my $500 a month spent here elsewhere. Not even worth the fuel points or hassling for my refund anymore.

My Kroger always have great deals on groceries. You just have to know how to take advantage of their weekly sales and digital coupons. One of my favorite grocery stores!

Management at this location sucks I will not be coming back to this location again. COREY the manager was rude and very unprofessional when asking a question for an item. After asking for hire up he turned and walked away from me. This man does not deserve management position more like anger management.

This is a pretty good grocery store. It's got most of what I need, but it is getting cluttered looking again and checkout is a pain... They usually only have 1 checkout that is staffed and you usually have to go to self checkout which is more trouble. They also need to better staff the service desk. It takes a long time waiting in line to get anything done there.

It’s really becoming a burden to shop here when you walk up and all of the doors are locked and now you have to Search which door is open. It’s really bothersome if the store is open, all the doors should be unlocked.-Thanks

Talking to this store’s management about anything is absolutely pointless, especially when they struggle you off and keep moving. This store doesn't keep up with their own policies and/or know they're own policies.One of the cashiers also just randomly yelled how "She was about to curse a white lady out" to the same manager- very disrespectful

I've been shopping at Kogers since I was a kid and the one thing I have noticed over those decades is Krogers ability to grow,l and adapt to its clients edda by introducing new brands and fresh local produce. They also have always had great pricing on organic products and sell a supplant line product that is considered one of the top whole sale supplement brands out there.

They had plenty of Lipton sweet tea bags but no Dove winter soap!!!! How come no one has Dove winter soap?? I checked and the Dove Warehouse has plenty, I could buy it by the pallet but I can't buy it by the bar!

There was a roach casually strolling down the baby food aisle. Two women at self checkout loading the machines with money told me I to go to customer (which is always vacant) to get change for a 20 and informed me you CANNOT get change from the register even if you are buying items which is a lie. I get change when I’m buying food all the time. I’m reporting them for sure. I am disabled and the way I was brushed off was low class and unprofessional.

Love shopping at Kroger . Regardless of the location it's always been a great experience and the staffs smiles have more than made up for the chaos and other customers behaviors during these unsure times we live in .the sale items and reward programs have truly helped me to FIGHT THIS THING THEY CALL INFLATION !!! SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE SO MANY STORES CLOSE BY . AND WHEN ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK ITS A SHORT TRIP TO LOCATE AT ANOTHER LOCATION . THANKS FOR BEING THERE .

I bought watermelon from there and it had a weird texture. It was too chewy to be watermelon. It had the taste but not the texture. It was in the plastic container and not the whole fruit. Please check the purveyors you guys buy your fruits from Kroger! Such a weird experience eating watermelon.

Horrible pick up experience. I waited for 1 hour and 30 min and nobody could tell me when my order would be ready. I called the general customer service line, I asked some of the workers that were outside with the orders, and I called the store. Some of these customer service agents were rude. The only reason I placed the order was because it was raining and I have a newborn and a toddler. I cannot believe the awful “service” I received. As I am writing this still no order and of course my kids are crying in the car, just tired of waiting!

Outside looking in, this is a really good Kroger, until you start looking around and noticing things... Like the Deli. for example,... worst and slowest customer service ever. First they look at you, like why are here, then they proceed to move as SLOW as possible to serve you. Of course I want more items, but I have life to get back too. And it's clear you hate yours... Horrible service.

This specific locations has great employees but poor management. The store manager Corey was rude disrespectful and shrugged when I even said I would call corporate. The self checkout lines are ridiculously long and the machines are always acting up. Complaining to this store’s management about anything is pointless.
