Easily one of the best Goodwills in the area. The staff are always kind and welcoming and the store is probably the most organized one in the county, especially with the books being sorted by genre! It is clear that a lot of care and hard work is put into this location on a daily basis.

One of the Goodwills I enjoy shopping with. Always greeted when I come in, great assortment to choose from of boots, sneakers and hats (my favs LOL). Not so much to choose from in Fabrics but that is not the fault of the shoppe. Always find something cute in this store, anyway, it is a pleasure! Merry Christmas 2023!

DO NOT GO HERE SCAM ALERT,shirt had original tag on it for 1 dollar asked if I could get it for a dollar instead of their listed 6 dollars and she ripped off the original tag and said that's not ours and proclaimed that it's NOT worth a dollar all this place cares about is selling donated goods at high prices to make money absolute SCUM!

I spent over $100 dollars a day at Goodwill but I have had enough from the Centerville Highway store in Snellville, Georgia. The manager there named Lydia, is rude, spiteful, and always making negative comments. Every time, I go there, I witness her rudeness to a customer. Enough is enough. Perhaps she needs training but I cannot subject myself to her and question management who put her in charge. These are stressful times and we are customers. She acts as though we came to bother her. The Goodwills nearby have pleasant management and the workers are pleasant also. Lydia's employees have began behaving like her.

the guy in the drop off don't take my donations saying they will not take all that I ask what you don't take you haven't see what I have he didn't want to take about 10 boxe that have closs electric devices so I guess no more donations on this good will

Our cashier Lydia or Lidia was fabulous. Quiet, thorough, confident and professional all in one! Never stressed from a line of people. Great customer service and a smile. We ALL appreciated it. Everything I needed I found. Store is clean and organized. I love it!

This Goodwill says our donations give people jobs but when you bring them 4 totes and one large bag of stuffed animals they sit there any tell you that you are dumping and that you are giving them too much. They will not help you get the stuff out and are just plan rude. I guess I will find some where else to donate where it is appreciated.

I only like to shop for the color of the day. Because I think it should not be almost $8 for a used shirt if they get it for free. The prices that it should be is the price is when they're actually on sale. But I did find a few good deals for only a dollar. But if the practice was better I definitely would have gotten a lot more.

Book section is very organized I love it. Staff was nice and store was clean. Only problem is that I didn’t see a lot of items for men’s 2xl or 3xl in tops or bottoms. There were only 4 pair of shorts in a 2x.

My Mother went in looking for a part for a vacuum and an employee found it, only for the cashier to be disrespectful to my mother and tell her that “he isn’t allowed to give you that and I’m not selling it to you.” Another customer witnessed this cashiers actions and was also appalled at her behavior. Totally unacceptable nasty behavior that I’m not used to hearing/seeing displayed at this location and I hope I don’t come across this cashier.

The store it's self is a really nice store, it's actually my favorite location. Usually no complaints, very neat and clean, and the employees are usually very helpful. The African American woman with the gold dreads (that works at this location) is VERY rude, loud, and disrespectful. I know she has been working there for a while and I've noticed on other occasions that employee being rude to other customers as well as other employees. As a customer who visits this location often, I don't plan on returning due to her raising her voice at me as well handling a situation unprofessionally. I also think the store manager should look into it, because more experiences as such will cause a decline in business.

Decent Guys pants a little hard to get but plenty of women's clothes, of course. Fairly good furniture selection too. We are frequent shoppers and are never disappointed. As with any thrift or goodwill the key to finding the diamonds in the rough are to go regularly. And this store delivers more than all the rest in the area

Store was clean but prices are stupidly outrageous. This is donated, used stuff and they want department store prices. Selection is very small compared to the size of the store. I was extremelybdisappointed, especially since they call this an outlet store. Value Village in Snellville has a way better selection, much better prices and Value Village is also coordinated by color.

Good staff , clean store , usually find what your looking for. All stores are doing their incaps the same and they look nice. Some things are kinda priced high. Prices on everything has gotten higher.

I'm a fan of all the local Goodwill stores, and really, how "good" a Goodwill is depends on if you find great deals there or not. I find great deals in almost all Goodwills, and this one is no exception. I will give this one bonus point because of it's convenient location - I'm often driving by here, and, of course, cannot resist the urge to stop in.

The positive thing I can say about this Goodwill is that they had lots of shoes. However, the store was a mess. I did see workers cleaning up and makeing other things strait. The jewelry section was very scarce in the selections you have. The store may have just not had the donations coming in like the others or they just haven't been put on the floor yet. I will go back to give the store another chance but if it's still the same I won't return.

Great store for used clothes, books and just about anything that folks donate. Drop in regularly for a peek especially on the senior discount day if you are of the silver haired group.

Really clean store with a large collection of books, DVDs, CDs and even a few cassettes and VHS tapes. Lots of great electronics from yesteryear in good shape, and of course the aisles of clothes, furniture, housewares and miscellaneous items we're all used to. Make an afternoon out of it by grabbing lunch at nearby El Jinete Mexican Restaurant!

it's a shame that two workers could give this place a bad review, but the female manager is incredibly rude, and abrasive to customers. I would avoid this one if she is working. The other workers are actually really pleasant

I stopped by to check out their collection of men's suits. The selection is fairly comprehensive, however there are no size markers on any of them, so you'd have to try everything on to determine if it fits well.

Better Quality clothes in certain area's unfortunately, but Goodwill price's are Outrageous, and I do Better Mom n Pop Thrifts.. Goodwill Good for putting a $25 prove tag on used shoes that were given to them. Start a High End Boutique if The plan is to make money solely and forget abt The masses of People who work 40+ hrs a week and are trying there hardest to Bless others & get their family's clothing. .
