Family Dollar has an amazing variety of products such that I find I rarely have to drive the extra mile to Walmart because FD has all your most commonly purchased items. Lines are short and you don't have to walk two miles to find it all. Love my Family Dollar!

Two employees closed the store early. The female employee is old black with purple hair and glasses. She’s rude and disrespectful and hopefully she loses her job. I watched her pick and choose who she let in the store. She closed the store on Friday February 10th at 8:30pm. I will call regional manager on Monday.

I can't really say that the service was bad being that I didn't receive any service. On the evening of September 24th 2022 at approximately 6pm I visited the store to put cash on my debit card. The young man at the counter was the only I ever saw during my 30 minutes waiting for a manager to assist me. Management was paged more than once being that the young man didn't have authorization to complete the transaction. So needless to say, I left along with another customer needing the same service.

When I first moved to the area in March I visited the store and it was quite clean and neat and fully stocked. The gentleman that was working there I think he was a manager was quite pleasant and I felt invited to come to the store. But over the weekend I decided to stop in to do a little shopping and to use some coupons I know the stores policy but evidently the employees didn’t know the Coupon policy and when asked questions only thing they could just say was I don’t know. They really need to be trained properly and they also need to be more courteous and to get that store back together.Store knowledge :failed gradeStore policy: failed grade

I stopped at this location on my way home to get some items when I notice a man following me around the store. Was only in the store for 10 minutes i guess I was labeled as a shop lifter. Sad to say I brought a house in the area and to be followed around the store was very uncomfortable. I will not be returning to family dollar. Please learn how to make people more welcoming when shopping at this store. everybody doesn't steal. Very unhappy with the treatment. FYI long line and the woman at the first register just stands their and look at people.

I just left this location. It's 9:35am on a Thursday and the store isn't open yet, despite their own door and website claiming they should have opened over 30 min ago. I wasted my time driving here.

This store is the worst. Please avoid the store. Very rude and disrespectful manager and sale associates called Eva and Imani. They lack customer service etiquette. They think everyone is there to shoplift. The owner of the store shou replace this people as they are bad for business.

Horrible. I went into the store this evening, terrible customer service. No one greets you as you come into the store. A lady with multicolored braids , socks and flips flops on was rude to her co worker. Yelling. When I get to the register, she stares at me. I speak, she did not. I say,” This register?” She says no, she’ll ring you up and walks away. Music playing loudly from her phone. Just ghetto and ridiculous. No thanks Family Dollar.

This store has been open for only 3-4 weeks. Of those 3-4 weeks a large pile of trash has been left in the parking lot. I understand that it was dumped there by an uncaring individual and did not come from the store itself. However, for it to remain on the stores property, visible for all to see, having been rained on, driven through and scattered about, and store management, nor their corporate office do nothing to have it removed is also uncaring. It speaks for the attitude of the store and the business in general. I am a homeowner in a subdivision nearby and to see this in the area I reside, isn't very pleasant. I don't shop at Family Dollar, but if I did, seeing this mess in their parking lot for this length of time would be cause for them to lose my business.

This family dollar is more organized than most. The only draw back is often when entering the store the cashier is usually stocking the shelves. You have to ring the bell and there is a sign that says only ring once. This store is normally stocked too.

Most disgusting restroom I have seen in a long time. There was feces in the toilet, half eaten food on the floor, and bugs everywhere. The parking lot did not look much better. I walked out. There is always garbage piled up outside the building. The exterior of the store is dirty and upkeep is minimal. We have complained as individuals and as an HOA. The store is relatively new. We wonder how bad it it will get. The store is an embarrassment to our community.

There's a male cashier right by the door. He looks at me as I enter. No smile or greeting. When I get to the register, he's talking on his phone to someone on his earbud. I know it's personal because he's saying something about move it before I get home. He never greets me or gives eye contact. He has no name badge on. I get in my car and decide to call a manager and complain The phone just rings and rings. This is a new location and with that type of customer service, it won't be here long.

Went in there today horrible horrible customer service. They place was also dirty. The cashier in front was not pleasant at all and had a whole conversation that was personal while ringing customers up! Very unprofessional saying run me my money to whoever she was talking to. Wow just pathetic with all the great customer service people needing work family dollar hires the one with no customer service skills at all.

It was okay. The store was messy however, I don't think they had a lot of associates in the store at the time. The young lady running the cash register was very kind and had great personality.

Why do you close at 8:30 pm ? When the sign say 9:00 pm.. I live next door but get off work at 8 pm by the time I get to the store it’s almost 8: 30 pm and the doors are always locked .. I was so mad because I only needed tissue and had to go down to Walmart they just open this store but whoever is closing the store always close the store so early

Prices are the same as any where else, if not higher on most items. Very convenient though
