I am currently unemployed so I have started doing Instakart to pay them barely…. I had been up for almost two days when I had an order for that store for balloons, the order was for like 10 foil ones and 15 regular ones. The original person that came out to help me acted like it was such a bother to her to help a customer! She told me that they do not blow up the packaged balloons they sell and so I had to cancel half the order, they weren’t even in stock. The store didn’t seem organized to me, product was mixed and put everywhere randomly. The older lady that acted bothered finally walked off without helping me get the rest of the balloons! I was like “seriously???”, “I have an Instakart order that’s on a time limit!!!”…. The other cashier came over to help me after she was done cashing out the other customers…. Taylor was so nice and accommodating to my need to fill the order she even helped me to flatten the balloons to scan each one!!! I was so happy she was there to help me because I was so flustered and I am new to the Instakart platform. Taylor really went above and beyond her duties to help me!!! I think that she needs the Manager job at that store, I think the rude older woman that didn’t seem interested in helping me was the Manager…. Definitely need some restructuring at that location!!! Thank you so much Taylor, don’t lose that helpful quality!!! I’m posting my receipt, it’s a little blurry but Taylor’s name is at the bottom…

Closest location to me so I frequent there often. Hit & miss on the cleanliness but the cashiers are always pleasant.2.19.24 Update: Locals can we please do our part & assist with keeping the store clean. Yes, it's their job; however throwing things all over the place is unacceptable then to complain makes no sense & it's counterproductive so don't look at me or get pissed cause I don't agree with you or tell you it would help if you put things back where they belong.

Based on the location I had an exceptional experience..it wasn't very crowded and I was extremely tired and pregnant so I tried to stay out of the way but it seemed like shoppers were coming toward me..we didn't need to be side by side the store wasn't that busy..I loved the food selection and they have great healthy choices for the pregnant club to make me and baby happy..I've been going to this location for a while occasionally..has a little age on it but gets the job done..Cash App upload was not accepted but I was able to upload cheaper elsewhere so it evened out..I needed some food for a good price..great grocery run 🙂

Need more employees that don’t think their time is more important than the customers. Customer service is horrible cashiers attitude is terrible & she should not be working in customer service at all, very unpleasant. They have side bar conversations not work related and/or stock while customers wait. I shop there multiple time per week & this one particular cashier Trevia I believe her name is, always exudes negative energy & talks to select customers very rude and aggressive. After the last encounter with her I will never shop at this Dollar Tree again. I would say she needs customer service training but that’s her character no training can change character flaws she needs to be terminated & find a job where her misery will be tolerated.

It was alright; it wasn't bad but just not the best Dollar Tree (and this location has been better). They didn't have a lot of items in stock and when asked, an associate couldn't tell when the next shipment was arriving.I guess you can't really complain about spending a dollar... you get what you pay for.

So much needs to change at this location. The only change, on a consistent basis, is the employees. - such a high turnover. When their delivery comes in, the boxes sit in the isle forever. The guy cashier is very nice, but there's a lady there who needs be trained in "customer service skills" (she forgets that while she's shaking her head & rolling her eyes, the customers are looking.

One star is being generous when it comes to customer service at this store. The store is unorganized items are all over the floor and shelves. The staff is too busy doing nothing to help customers. Asking for help seems to destroy their day. The environment even for a dollar isn't worth this type of behavior. I will drive out the way rather than come back to this store.

All the staff are friendly. I've been there each day for the past 3 day. The shelves always seem to be understocked. But you never see employees just standing around. They are constantly working and even when the lines are long they move quickly.

The hours need to be updated on GOOGLE Tried to grab a few items around 8:45 because Google said they were open. The doors were locked and the door most definitely reads open at 9am 🕘. The google time is wrong 😑.

Everytime I go into this Dollar Tree I have to wait AT LEAST 10 min in line. I cannot be upset with the cashiers because I know they aren't in-charge of the schedule. My question is why is the store always sooo cluttered and stacked with boxes? Today the store was messier than I've ever seen it and I only saw ONE associate. She was running the register. I pray she wasn't alone because that is VERY dangerous. Then again...why would she be the only store associate in sight, having more than 5 people in line? I really do like Dollar Tree and the customer service is ALWAYS impeccable at this location, however the wait times and store cleanliness could vastly improve.

Clean, well lit, organized, everything from seasonal decor to snacks to household tools. I picked up a nice rubber mallet for a dollar. I did have to wait about six minutes in line but in all fairness it was around 5:45 pm on a Saturday.

Every time we go in this store there are long lines and the store is a wreck. Just last night my daughter brought my 3 year old grandson in the store. The manager Karen was on the register. It was about 8:30 pm when my daughter got there. My daughter asked Karen if they could use the restroom. She explained that she was potty training and my grandson stated he had to go. Karen said "yes, but hurry up". My daughter then asked where the bathroom was and Karen said "over by the toys". The bathroom is not by the toys at all. Needless to say after looking for the restroom and not finding it, my grandson had an accident. I asked my 8 yr old grandson to tell me what happened at the Dollar Tree and he said the same thing my daughter said except he added that the woman was mean to them. Very unprofessional, especially from the store manager. This Karen woman slao stated that she was ready to go home which made my family feel like they needed to leave the store .

The place was dirty and unorganized. The employee Jessica shirt was showing her stomach. I had asked if they was hiring. She said they only accepting applications. They need to hire more people so they store can look better and they better customer service.

One Dollar buys you any item in store. These stores are worth a walk through to get acquainted with the typical inventory. Batteries, sunglasses, work gloves, cleaning and beauty supplies and lots more keep me returning.

I am a Doller Tree #1 Fan EXCEPT for this one. It is always messy, and the floors are dirty, with litter scattered thru out the store. Only one checkout girl ever. Poorly stocked compared to the other brightly lit Dollar Tree stores.

I've been to lots of stores. For as long as I've been going to this location, it is consistently untidy, stuffy, with unfriendly associates. But I did get this nifty stylus for $1.🙂

This place is NASTY!!!! The carpet is filthy, there was powder detergent all over the floor, trash and boxes everywhere. No less than half of the carpet is black. All of the shelves are in complete disarray. The employees clearly hate their job.

This store is always nasty and unkept. It is an embarrassment to the community and I always forget this until I go the next time. I talked with the manager who says it will be better in a month. I will see because I am going to make one more visit.

The cashier, the name is Taylor, needs customer service training! Did not even greet when I approached to pay my merchandise. The only word came out from her mouth was $6.96. Not even a thank you, bye or see you when I was leaving!
