Online says open til 10pm, I get there at 639pm and there a hand written sign on the door saying we close at 7pm. I just wanted some ice cream 😒 and by the sign on your door i have 20 minutes left but door is locked. This isn't the first time this has happened, this place has really gone down hill. On top of that, when they do decide to grace us with their presence, there is never anyone up front so I'm waiting 30 minutes for 1 self checkout and 5 people in front of me. I rather drive the 5 extra minutes and go to crazy Walmart from now on.

I submitted two different orders at two different stores near me. The first one was canceled an hour after it should have been ready for pickup without explanation, and then I placed the order at a different store. That order was also canceled without explanation. What is the point of having a pickup order option if it really isn’t an option at all?

This location has gone downhill. I drive up at 8:20 on a Thursday & they are closed & no hours posted. Google says their open until 10pm. This is not the first time though. Store Manager need to at least put a sign on the door.

I come here out of convenience since it's right outside my neighborhood but just today I picked up a few food items and happened to turn one of the items over to find that it had expired 3 YEARS AGO. I let one of the cashiers know but he shrugged it off like it was typical. After 6 their lines during the weekdays are very long as they will only have one person at the register. It just needs more employees and a good revamp overall.

Terrible, terrible customer service! I decided today that I won’t shop at the Dollar General in Snellville on Lee Rd any more due to the awful customer service. Its convenient to my house, but I refuse to spend money in a place where the workers are rude and unprofessional. My husband and I both have had unpleasant experiences each time we shop there. I feel there won’t be any change in customer service until management has been improved.

Please keep the grass cut and the lot cleaned. I have stopped going , every time I drive by on the way home the grass/weeds are about 3ft high. This is not acceptable. I am ready to reach out to the city because this is unacceptable. I wish the surrounding neighbors would stop going until they treat our neighborhood properly.

One cashier walked off during check out,then the other one didn't know how to finish checking me out. Acted like he didn't want to be there. Amd then had the nerve to say I was making things difficult. When I was just trying to explain what I needed.

They are always out of stock on Products,long lines and the Products are not cheaper than the grocery stores and most Products aren't even a Dollar, its becoming more like the Corner Convenient Store in the neighborhood ...Overall of only 5 minutes away,it's all Good in the neighborhood and I will contenue to patronize Dollar General

This place is convenient but they have seemed to struggle with keeping stuff stocked and the isles not cluttered they try and could use some help.They have some very friendly employees and some not so nice ones as well.

It's a nice place in our neighborhood but the worker's are always involved with there personal problems, the store is messy and crowed , 1/2 of the crew speaks and the other 1/2 looks at you like your crazy. Just seems like they should appreciate having a job.

It was not one of my better experiences at DG. There was one Cashier with a long line of customers that extended to the front door. Also, the store was cluttered with large boxes and crates of shipment items throughout the store. I could not maneuver comfortably throughout the aisles.

Store is run down. The Caucasian female who works there ALWAYS have an attitude. If you don't like your job get a new one. I only shop here because it's convenient to where I live.

Had a return, had to wait for the manager to come out of his office, then had to wait will he finished up with the safe. Had 3 more customers to go ahead of me, because I had to wait...patiently in the store manager.

My experience at Dollar General is always the same. The Dollar General in Snellville on Lee Rd is a terrible place. It's always awful! The line is always wrapped around the store. The prices listed are seldom what the cashier rings up. Speaking of the cashiers, they are like shuffling zombies with no concern of anything. The parking lot is a dump too. I've shopped there for the last time. You're only fooling yourself if you believe any of those good reviews.

Close to the house but if the parking lot is full I do not go in! The lines can get pretty long and they normally only have one cashier. They are getting a bit better.

Ratchet Tosha, Tasha unsure of which is rather ghetto as well as unprofessional and rude. Everyone else that works here has a great personality but this woman here when I came in the store she was caring on a whole personal conversation with her friend that spanned over 25 minutes while the other employee was busy stocking shelves and asking if customers needed anything. Just because a individual applies for a job, claim they need a job etc doesn’t mean they want to work. DG let this employee pack her blonde wig and her dirty DG apron up and go to a business that doesn’t care about customer service I guess when I am over this way I will just have to make the ride to Walmart from now on 🙄

Perfect location, clean store, friendly and very helpful staff. I dropped and item and before I knew it the young going in the opposite direction stopped picked it up so fast I couldn't even bend to pick it up before he was giving it back to me. It is great to have a business where one can get their items for a lot lower cost than what one would pay elsewhere. Dollar General doesn't carry everything but they do sell a lot of familiar products;again,for much less cost.

I Love this DG location. The employees have always been amazing they have everything in stock always. They are in a no service area when it comes to phones but there not they're fault ♀‍🤷🏾. I always have a great experience coming to this location

Female rep on Thanksgiving had very bad attitude! Got angry because I chose the cashback option on the keypad. Stated, "You people to lazy to go to the bank, at which time, I replied why is this conveince a problem? She replied were stopping it as if it's a corporate decision. Earlier, I posted this comment at the wrong store location in Georgia, but this Snellville GA location is definitely the location. I apologize to the staff of the other location for the wrong post

This location refuses to take care of the property. The landscape is covered in weeds and they don't like to cut the grass. The county should cite them for the poor upkeep of the property. I refuse to support a store that does not care about my neighborhood.

It was a basic visit; I wish I could say more. I ran in and ran out. There are sooooo many of these stores, theres nothing special about them.. I don't remember what I ran in for, but this store didn't have it. I had to go to Walmart.🙄
