Pharmacy tech Ivette... very very unprofessional attempt to change me $100 for a prescription I knew my insurance couldn't have been applied to. I asked for her to double check it and she insisted I was wrong and still tried to charge me outside of my insurance. Finally I insisted she double check and turns out she didn't have my insurance card on file, no apology for inconvenience Nothing! I'm changing to a more professional location and will be contacting corporate!

Customer service was amazing, the front end cashiers are always extremely helpful and personable. I went in to print some photos and he helped me from start to finish. I had a very pleasant experience.

The Indian Pharmacist was extremely rude and disrespectful. I just had surgery so I called before I arrived and she said she had 2 of my 3 and could not confirm the third until I got there. She did not have any and was extremely rude when speaking to me. She put them to the side instead of handing them to me causing me to reach underneath the window to grab them.

This pharmacy has a great staff! I have been coming to this location for roughly 14 years, and all of the staff have been friendly, courteous, and helpful! Sherpa and Terhas have been amazing to work with. They may be busy a lot of the times, but they always try to be the best!

I do not appreciate being racially discriminated against.\n\nThis was my second time in to load money into my debit card. \n\nNiki get assumed that all I wanted was to load the money onto a greendot card. She was too busy flirting with another customer who is black. The first time I ever have been racially profiled at a CVS Store.\n\nNizinger had a nasty attitude and tone with me. I will never return to any of your stores.\n\nI maybe be a Caucasian male, but I see a person no matter race, religion or ethnicity. Raised in a Christian home. I have never been so insulted by anyone like Zizinger.

This pharmacy is terrible. Didn’t confirm insurance. Had to pay out of pocket. My son was sick n the car they wanted me to come in to update what they had in the system. She said because of their systems. WHAT??? I just paid it out of P.O. let b cause I wasn’t going to bring my sick son in there IN THE RAIN at that. So annoyed at this. The young lady kept apologizing but they are outdated with everything. They didn’t even mix my son liquid medicine for goodness sake. Overly annoyed with this cvs. Do better CVS, get updated with your processes and technology and equipment. And stop wasting so much darn paper on receipts maybe then you can afford better service and systems

If you’re going to have a drivethrough for the pharmacy then you need to keep it staffed and moving. It shouldn’t take 25 minutes to get through four cars. It only takes that long because when a new car pulls up to the window they wait a good 5 minutes to come and service them.

I called in to see if my photos were ready and I believe she said her name was “Lani” sounds like “Lonnie” was so pleasant and informed me of the exact time it will be ready! 30 minutes later I walked in and was greeted by two African American (forgive me if your not) employees who were so pleasant and welcoming. I’ve been feeling rather sad lately because my daughter passed two days ago so the energy they presented was much needed! Thanks for providing excellent customer service ladies! Keep up the good work! You never know who needs to see and hear positive energy/words!!

Management should take a close look at this store. I received a text notifying me my prescription was ready for pickup but when my son went through the drive thru they had no prescription. When I called about it the pharmacy staff member told me the text was sent to notify me that a prescription had expired. When I replied that ready for pickup and prescription expired were two very different messages she hung up on me. Hospital and doctor have repeatedly called prescriptions in for me after surgery but this store refuses to fill the prescriptions. The pharmacy blames the hospital and the doctor and hospital both say this CVS is the worst place to go for good customer service. They recommended Walmart pharmacy for an outstanding customer service experience.

POOR SERVICE. For photo printing go to another cvs. Ordered photos, waited 3 hours and went to the store. The woman told me my photos weren’t ready and had to wait until the morning. I said okay then asked if I could print from self service kisok. She proceeded to tell me I couldn’t print IN STORE and that I needed to wait for the persons before me on the ONLINE ordering que?? Then told me to come back within the hour. I get a notification they’re printing 5 minutes after I leave. So I come back doors are locked and a man answers the phone saying he had to shut the store down early due to short staff. Had they been transparent and honest things would be fine. No transparency, poor customer service, will not be going back. Save your money and time!!

The CVS in Snellville is horrible!!! They get my prescriptions wrong every time I order. The clerk, Maegan, in the drive-thru pharmacy is sooo very rude!! She does not try to speak clearly and always yells that she can't hear you. I dropped off a prescription and reordered another at the same time. When I went to pick it up the prescription the young lady forgot to order my request to refill my other script. They really need to work on their service skills.

Very rude, got my prescription wrong then wanted to argue about it. I had to call my insurance before they would correct my order. Girl hung up on my son who was just in a car wreck when he was inquiring about his prescription. Did these ppl even go to school to know what they should be doing. Filling prescription wrong is dangerous. Seems like Cvs is just hiring anyone.

Because Of my insurance I had to switch pharmacies to CVS. I’ve already been to two with this last one I don’t know. I have no choice but to stay with CVS because the the insurance but as far as customer service, and accuracy I’m uncomfortable going here. For a week now they’ve been telling me that they can’t get authorization for one of my medications which I’ve never had a problem with at Walgreens. Finally after I did some looking I found out that they were sending the request to the wrong doctor. I have five prescriptions three of them from one doctor two from another. when the Scripps got transferred they just put all of them under the same doctor. They didn’t get transferred that way because when they pulled up the hard copy of the prescription it said the actual doctor that it should’ve been sent to. Fortunately I get 90 day supplies on all of my prescriptions and that will be the only time I go into the CVS. I would try another CVS but I’ve been to two and why bother.Transferred all prescriptions to Publix.

*REVIEW SOLELY BASED ON THE NEED TO TAKE A PHOTO*I needed to take a passport photo asap and after coming here they were like we have to take pictures in your phone because their camera doesn't work. Not really an issue if you happen to have a brand new phone with amazing camera, but for most folks this means picture would probably be bad if not unusable. When asked when the camera would be fixed, I was told it probably won't be fixed any time soon. The person working there was quite nice and I have noting against him and this poorly reflects on CVS.Also since I'm going there to take a photo and you cannot expect us to pay full price if I do not get the high quality image I expect from an actual camera.

The pharmacist didn’t greet me at all… the only time she spoke was to confirm my address and to say “we will text you when it’s done.” I think everyone deserves a greeting regardless if they are having a good day or not. It’s unacceptable to not be greeted and to hear the attitude in their tone of voice. Very disappointed

Ive been coming to this cvs for years! Ive never had an issue until now, first the door won’t even open all the way u have to squeeze through the door, second the pharmacist refused to refill my prescription (the same prescription I’ve had for months) because it was 3 days early and my doctor had already approved for it to be filled early, they still argued with me and my doctor while on the phone. They were so rude I was so embarrassed how I was treated. The pharmacist and the tech completely ignored me took my prescription and walked off left me there without saying anything. Another tech came to the counter and said can she take the next customer while I was still in line waiting to be helped. My younger sister (same last name) later went to urgent care and had a prescription sent in she went in and they asked her if I was her sister they then proceeded to tell her my insurance information is different from hers told her my insurance information and medication without my permission. My sister then proceeded to tell the pharmacist that she is not allowed to discuss my information with her. They also gave her a problem just to fill a simple medication fill. First they said they wont do it bc they don’t have it in the system then said insurance won’t cover but we never had that issue before after 45 mins of the pharmacist arguing they can’t they can’t, my sister called the doctor and finally it was filled. I’m not sure why we were treated so rudely and I’m not sure why she gave out my personal information but I no longer feel comfortable coming to this cvs I will now drive 20 mins from my home when I use to only have to drive 3 mins. There was no store manager around time even help. The store use to be kept very nice, clean and friendly but the staff now is terrible. The store looks terrible. The pharmacist name was shvetal Patel I’m not sure the 2 techs on duty that day but it was 7/9/20. I’ve been a Cvs loyal customer for half my life! I’m appalled and hurt by the services received that day.

Whew Chile. A HOT mess. Did not confirm our insurance before we left which caused us to have to pay for the prescription out of pocket. I will say they at least offered a coupon option. Just a very cumbersome process. Go to Walgreens. And why wouldn’t any pharmacy accept Tricare?

Went into the store the other night to purchase some sale items. When I got to the checkout the clerk rang me out at full price for all the items. I told him that the items were on sale. He did not believe me and had to go look. He then told me I would have to purchase more of 1 item to get the discount. So I did. Still full price on everything. He started to get frustrated because he was having a hard time ringing the products out. After all said and done I went to my car to check receipt because the price still did not seem correct. That’s when I noticed that 1 of the larger priced items still had not been discounted. When I went back into the store to bring the item to his attention he once again did not trust that it was on sale. The manager needs to make sure that the clerks are more knowledgeable on their prices and to be more patient with the patrons.

I went to this cvs since night to get a flu shot. After filling out the paper works I waited for the pharmacist to give me the shot. First she check my temperature and said its high 98. Normally my temperature is 97. Something. I said to her remember its cold and I have a thermal hat on my head so of course am going to be running abit higher. And I have been home in the house with the heat on plus in the car and rush into the store.. Am not a doctor but if she had said just wait five minutes and don't keep ur hat on and I will retake it to see if its comes down that would have been ok if it was the same. But all she said is she can't do it come back a next day. Its my first flu shot and a very bad experience with this store. I will take my business down the road to Walgreens for everything I need after this. Am soo upset

Just a few minutes ago I went to the self checkout, there were some issues with me checking out, that a associate would have to correct. There was a store associate ringing up other customers. However no "I'll be right there, or any acknowledgment and continued to ring up customers. I waited because she was already helping another customer, then she rang up the next customer and then the next. I put my item back and left. Customer service training needed.

Very disappointing experience. I went in to pick a prescription and a woman that had walked in right before me had an very loud verbal altercation with the pharmacy tech that was there. Even though the lady and I walked in almost together, I didn't immediately do to the pharmacy area. By the time I got there they were already arguing. However as the argument escalated, the actual Pharmacist walked from the counter to assist another customer. At this point the woman is yelling at the top of her lungs, snatching her prescription back and told the pharmacy tech to shut up. Again, I don't know how it all started but it probably didn't take all that. What stood out to me was that the actual Pharmacist did nothing. Once the pharmacy tech came over to me, I told her to take a breath and it would be ok. I asked her who was in charge, she said the Pharmacist. As he walked over, I asked why didn't he come over and diffuse the situation? His response was thay he was assisting a customer??? I asked you don't think this customer yelling and arguing with your employee was a priority, he said no. Smh. I tried to do a survey but it didn't work, so I'll just transfer my prescription to another CVS and leave this negative review. It was very uncomfortable to watch and hear this altercation and he stood right there and did not say nothing. I told the employee that she shouldn't have to take that type of verbal abuse.

Do Not Use this CVS if your doctor is submitting your prescription electronically. Your health could be in jeopardy! There is something outdated about their computer system. My kids' pediatrician was so frustrated that my kid's prescriptions weren't being received that he told me, "Choose another pharmacy!" In one case, they didn't receive my 1 year old daughter's very important antibiotic that was sent through by an urgent care facility. My daughter's growing infection landed her in the hospital for 6 days! Had she gotten her antibiotic on time, I have no doubt that the infection would not have gotten as bad as it did. That was 3 yrs ago. As recently as today, 1/9/19, Carlin Vision sent an antibiotic to them and CVS states that they didn't receive it. I called Carlin Vision and they stated that it was sent, and they even sent it again. Called CVS back and they still don't have it. Tomorrow, I will have to ask them to send the prescription to a different pharmacy. So I have gone a day without this antibiotic for my eye. When I called CVS back to tell them there is something wrong with their system, the man stated, "That is above my pay grade." If your dr gives you a handwritten prescription, you might be okay. But this is the technology age, and most drs don't write prescriptions anymore. CVS puts patients health at jeopardy with their slow and outdated system that does not receive prescriptions on time. The fact that they don't offer to help by calling the dr's office is a serious lack of customer service.

This is literally the worst CVS. They send text messages stating prescriptions are ready for pickup and then you wait in the drive-thru for half an hour or inside for half an hour while they take their time finally filling it..all the while acting as if you have inconvenienced them and being rude. Definitely having everything transferred out to somewhere else.

This pharmacy is so inefficient. I'll get a text that says that my daughter's prescription is ready for pick up. (CVS Pharmacy: Sarah, your Rx is READY FOR Pickup) I'll get dressed, drive to the store, and when I arrive there 30 minutes later, they tell me that it will be another hour before the medication is ready. Bea was very apologetic and professional but the woman with the neck tattoo who told me to "learn how to read a text message" shouldn't interact with customers.

Great, fast, and friendly service! All of the pharmacy employees go out of their way to help their customers and prescriptions are filled very quick! Their prices are also 1/2 the prices of all other pharmacies, especially Walgreen's!!! Great pharmacy and I will never go to another pharmacy. I go here for everything. Best pharmacy around!!! Love the staff and service!!! Thanks CVS!!!

Worst service ever. I left my daughters prescription for items that she needed to have after having a c-section and when I went to pick up the order I was told that I needed id. I did not have my id because i had changed phone cases and I ran out in the rain to get the medicine before they closed. I ask the young lady why did she not tell me that I needed my id when I dropped off the prescription. She said I thought you knew. Then when I left and came home to get my id it was close to 6:00 so I called and asked could they leave the medicine up front. The doctor that answered the phone said no and I explained the situation he told me that I was driving. Of course I paused like what? Yes I was driving and forgot my license. What that have to do with it? Never again. Going in the morning to pick up and writing to corporate. Unbelievable. Had to press a star to post, they do not deserve that.
