I have been a returning customer to Carpet and Flooring Transformers because of the professionalism, promptness, and detailed work. They have cleaned my carpets for years. Recently, I decided to upgrade my downstairs flooring to laminate as well as turn my stairs into hardwood. They did a phenomenal job! The price was reasonable, majority of the work was done in one day, and the staff was very considerate and careful with my valuables.I will definitely use them again and will contact them soon to replace my flooring upstairs. I reached out to Carpet & Flooring transformation along with a few other companies in the Atlanta area to get an estimate on LVP flooring install in my new home. I was in a tight spot with my schedule and needed a good company to help me get my flooring done in a reasonable time. The owner Antoine Meeks contacted me within 30 minutes to discuss the work, location, space and type of condition my existing floor was in. We talked, I shared pictures of my space and he took a chance on me. He agreed to provide some guys to do my install in two days.The price was within my budget and I feel they completed work far exceeded my expectation. The crew came in and got the floor ready for install. Applied self leveling where needed, hammered in the nailed that were sticking out still, and made sure everything was ready to go. Once they started installing my flooring, they took off. With four people in the job, they were knocking it out quick. They were pleasant to work with and cleaned up as they progressed. The final result is beautiful! I love my new flooring and it made me a very satisfied client.I would recommend Carpet & Flooring Transformation to anyone needing their service. They are an awesome company and team that will get the job done in a reasonable time. You would love the outcome!

Carpet and Floor Transformers truly transformed the beauty, value, style and overall enjoyment of our first home!! We meet Antoine and partner when they first cleaned our rugs (BTW they were immaculate) we were informed our new home didn’t have new carpet which sparked my husband’s and my curiosity on updating our flooring. After much consultation (yes with other companies including Empire) I still found the quality, value, and trustworthiness in Carpet and Floor Transformers. We did experience some delays in the process shipping/packing errors which are never pleasant. Even after everything was finished we found a small issue and Antoine arranged for the crew to come back and take care of it!! Antione and Vince were absolutely amazing. They were on time, professional, reasonably priced, great communication and attentive to details. From booking the appointment to the end it was a great experience. After they packed the equipment into the truck I noticed an area that I thought wasn’t cleaned well. Vince unpacked the equipment cleaned it again until I was satisfied with the results, he did this without hesitation or complaint. He spent even more time cleaning because he wasn’t satisfied with the results and wanted to make sure I was. My carpet looked amazing. This shows how compassionate he was about customer service. Enrique and his crew did a great job restoring our wooden floors. The floor had been painted black so Enrique and team had to sand the paint off to get the planks downs to their natural state. They also restrained our stair posts and rails and replaced our stair risers. The end result is great…we couldn’t be happier with our floors now!

I called Antoine and his team after having a horrible carpet install done on my mothers new house. He rearranged his schedule to come earlier than planned for an estimate because we needed the work done immediately for her to be able to move in. Within a week the work was done and it was done beautifully. The installation team came on time and worked diligently to correct the issues from the previous installation job. The technician was kind and took the time to explain what was done wrong with the previous company and what he was doing to fix the issues. The result is amazing! Now my mother can move into her house and not worry about tripping over seams and buckling carpet. We had three bedrooms, a hallway and a stair runner installed and corrected.
