We arrived at 9am which was my dogs appointment time. The rep was helping someone else and didn’t get to us until around 9:15am. We were then advised that we needed shot paperwork, we asked if they could start the service while we ran across the street to banfield to grab the paperwork and bring it right back. They said no and we advised we go grab it and come right back. They said ok. Upon my return they ask topaz if she could still see him. She said “ Oh ma’am, it’s 9:37am, you are late, his appointment was at 9am, no ma’am”. I advised I’m not late, I was here and I wish you guys would’ve have let me know this while I was here instead of telling I could run and get it and come back. She advised in a smart tone, “ i ain’t even know you was here, I was in the back when you arrived, no ma’am” “ I asked for the next available appointment or if someone else could see him and the guy said the 24th, I said almost 2wks. He repeatedly apologized and said if he had known that he would have told me. Meanwhile, topaz continued mumbling under her breath saying “no ma’am, no ma’am as the gentleman was speaking”. very rude and ghetto considering the error was on their end. I have never had a bad experience before and never had any sarcasm from them especially considering the facts and issue being on them. I don’t think I will be returning and if I do, I won’t book her to avoid attitude and conflict.
