Checking out of the Pet Hotel took over 30 minutes! The surly female couldn't get anything correct. She overcharged one of my dogs and couldn't figure out how to add nail trimming services. Finally, a young man came and straightened things out. What a nightmare! She put my dog blankets in a ripped paper bag when I had a plastic one and she didn't return leftover wet food. Also, someone had written on one of my dog bowls in black marker and I can't get it off. At least my dogs were OK. I'll never go there again. Johns Creek is 100 times better!

Excellent customer service and the best selection of pet supplies. Today's visit looking for a car booster seat. I found the item I was looking for. However the price for one I had recently purchased from Marshall's was $40 more at Pet smart. Glad I went to Marshall's first.

I often utilize the pet hotel for my pet, which has been great. However, (1) because my very friendly dog is a pit, he can’t play with other dogs and I’m charged for that, (2) it would be nice if returning pets were automatically given a reduced stay rate for returning; sometimes I get that and sometime I don’t, (3) I recently purchased the spring coupon book and realized that the information that I was given was inaccurate. I was informed that the coupon book would include 2-3 coupons for 50% off the pet hotel (excited because I often use this service) and two, I was informed that the coupons last a year. There was only one coupon for 50% and two total for the pet hotel! The coupons also don’t last a year! Some of them don’t even start until May and all of them expire in June. I was very disappointed at this.On a good note, Amber is always pleasant and a pleasure when handling any questions I may have.

The grooming salon has absolutely pissed me off. I brought my dog in for an walk in appointment and I asked did they take walk ins on the weekends, they said yes & that the groomer had just left for lunch so come back in 30 mins. I returned in 30 mins just for them to tell me that they don’t take walk ins this late and that I need to call next time before coming in. They not only wasted my time but were also very unprofessional. They didn’t seem to care about my pet AT ALL or making sure he was groomed. They didn’t greet me or welcome me in either. Very nasty & unprofessional

I dropped off my puppy, Honey, for the first time today for a half day at doggie daycare and was so pleased. Not only was the staff very welcoming to me and Honey, but she seemed do well among the other pets. I will definitely return so Honey can socialize and I can have some “me time.”

Jessica, was fantastic! I had to travel for a couple day, January 6-7, 2024. Jessica gave me reports about my little one which helped me feel much better about leaving Max. She seemed sincerely concerned about my little one. She did find it necessary to give him a bath before I arrived to pick him up. (Max likes to sniff other dogs and probably had interesting smells due to this.) We arrived just before closing to find a happy little man, nice and clean and fluffy and in good spirits. Jessica eased most all my anxieties. She's articulate, professional, has good common sense and extremely pleasant. I won't hesitate to recommend PetSmart Hotel to my friends. (Especially, Jessica). If I could put NO stars I would give NONE!!!! This was the worst experience EVER!! I've heard about petsmart and how some are hits and misses, but this one is a MISS and will never return. I will not put any names out, but what I will say is that if "DST Academy" is providing services, RUN!! I made it very clear to the young lady that my dog gets a little fidgety in the face, but he will get it after a while. I also explained to her that he is brushed everyday with detangler, but there were a few spots that I just couldnt get. Before leaving, I asked her if he would look like a rat when I picked him up. She "assured" me that she would cut him down to a certain degree. She pointed to 5 blade or whatever it was. I dropped him off at about 10:15ish, I believe. I kid you not around 11:45 she called me and she there was nothing she could do because he wouldnt be still. I explained to her that the person that had groomed him before were able to handle him. I am not a groomer so of course I dont know, but she said she didnt want to stand him up because of this that and the third. I explained to her that the last groomer had to stand him up and she held him and she got the job done! Would you believe when I got there he looked like a rat. His face looked like the lion king, but his body looked like a rat. His feet werent even cut properly. She didnt even try. I get it you all had students there, but was an experienced groomer not there? It doesnt make any sense to me! When a person is seeing the doctor, and someone correct me, but if they are working with a medical student, they usually let the patient know, get the consent from the patient and go from there. The medical student, then the doctor. It's like they sit there and allowed her to cut my dog all the way down. Bottom line if you couldnt handle it have someone else do it. I understand everyone has to learn somewhere, but I left work twice to go take my dog and get him. And as I'm leaving she barely looks at me. Because you know you did a bad job! Now I have to wait an entire month for him to fully grow. What a waste of time and gas. Don't say I didnt warn you! RUN if you see DST Academy!!

Through the Petsmart app, I scheduled a weekend PetsHotel stay with pickup set for tonight, 8 PM Sunday. The app allows a Sunday evening pickup to be scheduled as late as 8:45 PM. I arrived just after 8 PM, only to find out that the location closes at 7 PM. Why allow a later pickup in the app if no one is there? Or at least inform me when dropping off my dog that the pickup time I reserved is not available? I live over an hour away. Now I have to miss work Monday morning and fight rushour traffic. Not to mention, I didn't leave enough meds or food for an additional day. I've always had a 4 or 5 star experience with the PetsHotel, but not being able to retrieve my pet at the scheduled time is a huge error on their part and a huge and expensive inconvenience for me. They need to fix the app so that it only allows reservations/pickups during location hours. Beyond frustrated.

Grooming Salon is embarrassing. Brought my dog in here twice and never again. First time it was an annoyance and thought maybe it was a bad day. Second time I brought my Great Pyrenees in at 9:45 a.m. for a simple bath and brush. Was told it would take 2-3 hours...no problem thanks... 3 hours later I still haven't heard from them so I call....they tell me they had a lot of big dogs brought in that day and it was taking longer than usual....So you overbooked and it's my problem? But ok... no worries. They tell me it will take about another hour.... almost two hours later, nothing. I call again and she tells me it would probably be another hour because he's a big dog.... Well no kidding... his profile tells you he's a 105 lbs Great Pyrenees. I ask what is going on as I scheduled him for 10 a.m. because I had other things to do for work in the afternoon. They call me at 3:15 p.m. when I'm 25 miles away and say he's ready for pickup, and I said "well I'll just have to pick him up in a couple of hours since it took you 6 hours to bathe and brush him. Only then she informs me that last pickup is at 4 p.m.....In 45 minutes when I'm 25 miles away in Atlanta. Truly absurd.I took Murphy to the Petsmart in Midtown for over 4 years and they took great care of him every time and were PUNCTUAL. A bath and brush would take 2 hours... I moved up to Marietta and this place has been a nightmare..... Your poor planning and scheduling should not dictate an emergency on my part. Just all around awful.

Our local PetSmart just got a little bit cooler and little more country. Please welcome Dr. Hodges and Dr. Ferguson as a newly established veterinary practice in the Cumberland/Smyrna area. This PetSmart is a great location and the staff here are friendly and professional. Bring your critters here for all their health, play, and grooming needs. We have been taking our little Bambina here for many years and would recommend the grooming salon for small dog owners.

Bought an oxygen generator from here, for fish tank. Tips broken, so it can't be used. I paid $20+ for it, it was useless for my fishing trips. It's been more than week so I wasted money. Make sure check the items before you buy them. I think they just put the returned items right back on the shelves. Not shopping on this location no more.

I am genuinely so confused why my dog looks like this after getting groomed at this location. I don't even know what to say honestly, I am at a loss for words. Look at my dog before he came in, and look at him after. He is absolutely terrifying looking!! He was scalped, which I understand because he was matted in some areas, but it is completely uneven? There is absolutely 0 reason for his paws to look how they do, or for them to leave one entire ear completely untouched??? I would have much rather whoever was working to deny my dog and let us bring him to a professional who could take care of him instead of paying money for him to end up like this. Like seriously? Who has the audacity to groom a dog like this, look at the finished product, then send him home? Whoever did this should be ashamed. Anyone with eyes can see that this is 100% NOT okay!! I wish I had been able to take him myself because I would have let y'all know how unacceptable this was. I feel like you took advantage of a quiet kid who you knew wouldn't say anything about this mess. I cannot even believe this. I am completely heartbroken for my pup and honestly outraged at what has happened to him here. I would really love an explanation on how this was allowed to happen to my dog. Like is this a joke? Am I on Punk'd?? I will be calling first thing in the morning.

Took our pup here for the night while we were in Atlanta for a trip. Looks like she had fun while she was there and she was happy to see us. They were very accommodating to our requests. We went ahead and booked some more visits for the next time we’re in Atlanta.

I left my dog in the doggie hotel for a week while my family traveled out of town. We I returned on Saturday to pick him up. I noticed he had yellow stains on his neck and the people told me he had been peeing outside of the cage and rolling in it. Now I know dogs and one thing that I do know is that no dog is going to roll in their own urine. On top of his testicals having a scare on them and he had lumps on his back.

I demand a call from the regional manager in regards to the employee by the name of Bri her behavior is disrespectful and discriminative not only to me, but another customer who overheard her advised me this is how Bri acts all the time towards her black customers. I will continue to fight this until justice is served.

My fur baby ABSOLUTELY loves going stay at PetSmart’s hotel or day camp. He never fails to get soooo excited when I ask him if he “wants to go play with the puppies.” He jumps around and can’t wait to get out of the door. In fact, I’ve learned to wait until grabbing my keys to ask him. The staff are sweet and keep me well informed of any unusual or out of the ordinary developments. I won’t take him anywhere else.

Being this was my first time, my experience was a bit foggy and confusing. I believe they gave good service to my pet. It was lack of communication that made things confusing. After speaking with a manager, Jessica, she explained everything which made things a lot clearer and offered her assistance if needed. I was relieved and pleased after our conversation.

Petsmart Hotel was absolutely a fantastic experience! I was able to call and check his status after 1 night. A nice young man gave me a great report that my boy was doing just fine!At pickup, it was obvious my boy was ready to go but he wasn't filthy or whining. He was his normal happy self!

They have loads of options for cats and dogs, dog training classes, on top of grooming and a vet for the animals. I took my daughter just to look at some animals for fun and she enjoyed it, so I am pleased

Took my German Shepherd pup for a bath and to get nails clipped. Their grooming staff was friendly and accommodating. My pup smelled so good. So worth it. I could have avoided the mess had I know it was so affordable. They even give you a report on how he did.

I will not shop with Petsmart ever again. I've been a customer with them for awhile now and after today's experience it really confirms they're just a big corporation who doesn't care for their customers.On 7/8 I booked a grooming appointment for my dog. 30 mins prior to her appointment I was called and told there was an "emergency" and the appointment was canceled and to call back to reschedule. When I called back I was offered a rescheduled appointment for 8/22. I asked if I could speak with a manager because this didn't make any sense, I was then told I was speaking with the salon manager, who could check another location for an appointment. If you're looking for customer service in a salon, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
