The women, ALL OF THEM, who I’ve met since starting to come there in October when I adopted my dog, have been so helpful, so professional, so knowledgeable and simply…nice. They’ve assisted when I wasn’t able to find a product, with the self bathing station, and out to my car when I have armloads of items. I had an issue with an item and they returned it without any hassle. We’re also taking training with Allison who is phenomenal. Whatever you’re paying these ladies, double it!

I don’t tend to leave bad reviews or anything and although it was somewhat my fault for not having my ID on me.I had a curbside pick up and they never came outside, I finally went inside to get my order and the manager at this store is extremely rude, she had roll her eyes in front of me for not having an ID. Meanwhile the young man in the front was nice and patient while I get someone on the phone to show him my ID.

It's a small location in a shopping center. For a small store, they do have a good selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a Publix there, so you can knock out groceries and pet needs at once.

Great selection of Hills special can dog food. Tough to find any canned wet dog food that has less than 7% crude protein. Crude protein causes or assists in unhealthy kidney functions in dog's. The lower the protein % will prevent or lessen the chance your dog will have kidney issues.We have decided to stop the regular dog food routine. Seems most are cutting too many corners with the ingredients. Not all but most years ago it was the amount of ash added. Ash is what is burned till it's ash and is added. Used to be no more then .05%. Ash.Anyway we now buy boneless skinless chicken raw in bulk from Costco. We cook broccoli and brown rice. We have small dogs. A half cup of raw chicken then 10% broccoli and 25% cooked brown rice. They get this in the morning and evening every day. Stomach issues have ended and they are gaining weight. Bad breath is gone as well. Search feeding dogs a raw diet on YouTube. Watch what people are doing. You'll be amazed. Costs a little less than store bought dog food. We prepare it then bag it and freeze it. We now know exactly what our dogs are eating. They also don't consume as much water. Tossed out the expensive dry kibble dry food and canned food. Never again.Thanks

My name is Riley and I’ve been in school now for 6 weeks with Mrs. Juliana. Today is my last day. I’ve had a wonderful time and am begging my mom to give me more classes with her. I know exactly where the store is and where my training spot is. I’ve learned a lot, and it’s been so much fun. Mom and I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Mrs. Juliana and her store on South Cobb Drive. The staff are always friendly and they treat me like a celebrity when I arrive for class! Love it!

Just spent nearly 100.00 on dog food in which I spend at Petco every week and couldn't even get a plastic bag to put my items in as they now charge for plastic bags. Won't be shopping here anymore. Just go to pet supply plus down the street by Kroger.

The store itself is kind of small, just the basics. The staff is very friendly. I also came in for pictures with Santa with my dog... and I'm very disappointed with the outcome, it's actually laughable. Compared to Petco's competitors Santa photo down the street for free, I was not expecting a drowsy elderly woman to be Santa, sitting on a bench against a green wall. But atleast my dog was thrilled.

Wonderful store for everything related to my dog. I bring him here every other weekend to give him a bath. The bath facilities are wonderful and rarely busy. $10 and they provide: the bath, the soap and shampoo, towels, and dryers.

Great store, I was really impressed with the staff. Their interaction with my dog and I... especially for the area, I was blown away to be honest. I am use to getting bad service in this area, but these folks here were killing it with kindness. It was a breath of fresh air.

This was our first visit to Petco as well as our first time using a self-wash facility. Let me say this experience was pawsatively amazing. The staff was amazing, facility was well-maintained and beautiful, and you can't beat all the cost, frustration, time, and energy you are saving. I highly recommend this location. We will certainly return.

Was not happy with my visit..I will not be shopping there anymore. I order from Amazon, now. The employee at the cashier wanted to overcharge me for what I was buying. This the second time that it happens. They have a price posted by the cat food I was buying, then when you go to pay, they tell me the price is higher. Not a good way to do business. The store is dark, and not very customer friendly.

Nice and welcoming staff. We used to love this place because we could bathe our dogs there with everything we needed. It was very convenient. However, they increased the price, they removed the table where we used to dry the dogs as well as the drushes. So increase in price and decrease in amenities.

The two ladies working at the store were great (I know one was Jesi based on my receipt). I came in late in the evening with our new rescue dog and my two 8 year old girls. We were all out of food and really need to get some ASAP. They were so sweet. They played with our dog and then insisted on helping me pick out food. I am pretty sure they could tell I was fairly new to this. Turns out I had not been feeding her the right amount as they did the calculation on her amount based on her weight (we had just been to the vet to find this out). I didn't ask and they didn't have to do any of that but I am so grateful they did! Many thanks to our new friends at the Smyrna GA Petco.

They are so rude at this store. Don’t help you and then try to charge you for a bag! I spent over 30.00 and they tell me that I have to pay a fee for a shopping bag. Save yourself a headache and shop at Pet Smart or Chewy! Ridiculous.

I actually like the fact that they have a self wash for animals. But one day they tell me they stop letting people bathe their dogs at 6:30. The next day at 6:15. The next day at 6:00. It really makes no sense to have a set time if you don’t stick by it. It’s confusing. .

The saleswoman was fantastic and knowledgeable. She took an extraordinary amount of time to discuss your flea control products with me and treated me as though I was the most important person in the store. I left Petco feeling like my dog mattered to her and you.now have a customer for life! Give that girl a raise!

Customer service 100%. But I have 3 kitties who are a challenge, each one. What they will eat is their choice. I realize y'all are all about 'best, nutritious' food for animals (bravo), but many times, mine just reject, reject, reject many foods, including specialty foods for particular conditions. My 3 are ages 17+ (with early stage renal failure who meows incessantly for food - and I accommodate), 10 (just insanely finicky, but is healthy eating mostly dry food - Science Diet), and 7 - who at an early age had a bladder issue, but refused to eat the prescribed food! So? I feed them what they will EAT. Love you guys...

Love this Petco! I have a senior dog that weighs about 90lbs, it's hard to bathe him during the winter so I love taking him here for the Self Wash and then he gets to pick a treat afterwards <3 also the staff is always friendly :)
