I'll go a 4.8!! Owner and staff nice, GREAT selection of foods and supplies. My .2 issue is picking up internet orders. retail help wants to check ID AND THE CREDIT CARD USED. My wife often does the ordering and I do the pick up. My name is on pick up confirmation, I have the pick up email but this still turns into a problem each and every time. Since COVID came to visit and most every business does internet orders and touchless pick ups. This is the ONLY business we have this issue at. BUT, WE LOVE THIS STORE and it's STAFF!!!

Like this pet supply for several reasons:1. Friendly service2. Helpful staff3. Adequately stocked....aka store not too large to get lost in.4. Inside a mall with other stores like Kroger, ethnic food , beauty supply ,etc. Can attack more than one shopping need.5. Carries brand of dog food I use that is hard to find.6. There are coupons for purchases over 35.00 found on back of Kroger receipts. (See photo)7. Can join their store database for easy payment and receipt. Also will get noticed and coupons to your email.8. Has 2 stations for washing pets9. Onsite parking availableAdded note: I LOVE animals/ pets & if you're like me you will understand; I bought a goldfish that I named Pinky Sweetwater( because the fish was pinkish and lived in water). "She" was more than I could handle so I brought her back and one of the managers took her for me and has kept her alive!! Most people flush them and I couldn't do that. So of course I like this store for it helped me when needed.Research before you buy animals of any type. I thought that I was up to changing the fish bowl everyday but I was not. Fish need filtered tanks to keep from constant changing of water especially feeder fish. You can thank me later for this extra info! Lol

UPDATE: Today, 12/15/2023, I spent $190.49 -- after saving $65.96! Love this store!This has become my go-to store for pet supplies. They stock virtually every product that we use, the staff is very helpful, and their location is convenient for us.

I've been before to buy supplies for my cat, dog, and gecko and always enjoyed it here. I used their dog wash today for the first time and the staff was super nice! They walked me through exactly how to use it. I can also tell the staff and the manager make sure their customers are having a good and safe experience in their store. Love this place ❤️

We came in for a wash with the dirty dog discount card. It is really an amazing deal! The staff were both very friendly and helpful in showing me how the wash station works. They have shampoo infused water, normal rinse water (both nice and warm temperature) and a blow dryer. The provided apron will help you stay mostly dry. The shampoos were great and created a rich lather, I used the deodorizing shampoo and loved it. Dog is clean and happy. I'll be back for sure.

While I do enjoy this store, I was simply calling To check that the posted hours online were correct. This would have been a simple “ yes” or “no” phone call. 3 seconds max. I was on hold for over 10 minutes. But I understand that the store may be busy. It would have been nice to confirm the posted information. And it’s also a little bit off-putting to me that I was held for that long. I called back and no answer. I’m going to try to hit PetSmart on my way home for my dogs needs now because of that lack of accessibility to confirming simple information.

Honestly a great place! I've brought my 10yr old Lab in to walk around as well as grab her some wet dog food and the staff here was amazing talking with her and giving her all the lovin she could handle. They're very helpful in helping you find products you're looking for. We buy her wet food here because they stock a brand that doesn't have a lot of cued in it and my dog loves it. If your a pet owner I would suggest coming here and giving these amazing people your business

Wow! I actually spent money at a different store before coming here and ended up going to get my money back after the Night/Day experiences! The lady who helped me (I want to say her name started with a C) was SO nice and knowledgeable and helped as much as she could with my niche pet needs. They had a HUGE selection of products and great prices, especially if you sign up for the membership! Even the other customers were kind! I will be back very soon!

I don't know about other locations. BUT THIS ONE 😭 I will miss when I move.The employees alone are everything. So helpful, so professional, and they're all just lovely.Self wash station, rewards program which is very easy to earn, and you can buy birds and fish here also.Sometimes adoption people come in if you're looking to save a fur baby .I'm looking in to a kitty.Of course, post pics for those who don't know soon

Ordered food for my dogs online. Used a coupon I was given. A 5 digit code that was sent to me. Order went thru online. I went to the store and they tell me the coupon is invalid and they are cancelling the order. They don’t offer another coupon and their attitude is “Oh well, it is your problem.” Horrible customer service. Been buying my pet supplies from Per Supply Plus for 4 years now, that ends today.

Very clean and hospitable store. Nicole was phenomenal at helping us find what we needed. She attended to us & our pitbull Lady Ella. We bought an item and wanted to exchange it after a few hours at the near dog park. Lady was extremely tired and Nicole helped us out with some fresh water in the back. There was also an untrained pit in the store and Nicole assessed the situation and ensured our dog’s safety before we realized what could’ve occurred. Her customer service was amazing!!?

The staff was extremely polite and answered all the questions I had. I really loved the customer service.I was also surprised to see how inexpensive the products were compared to the other stores. I was in the Pet Fish dept, so not sure about the other depts. They definitely had a lot of collections. This is my new GO TO for pet fish and supplies. I ended up creating a loyalty account.

This is a very clean well maintained pet supply store. They have everything you can think you want or need for your pet(pets). They are not limited to merchandise or needful supplies for just cats and dogs!The associates are very helpful but not overbearing. Very pleasant and thoughtful.I had just left eye exam at America's Best when I visited them(in the same shopping center), and must have left my prescription in there after purchasing some items.They took the time to return it to America's Best and when I came back to the eye place to get another copy, they informed me of their kind and thoughtful gesture. Awesome!I appreciated it! I recommend them for your pet needs!

We live within a couple miles of 4 different stores we could choose from for all of our pet supplies, but we never go anywhere but here. The staff is great (manager is very knowledgeable too). They also have self wash stations for washing your dog and you absolutely cannot beat the price for that. Our dog even loves this store!

Staff are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and all employees wear their masks.They have a self-service dog wash area I didn’t even know about! They have small pets for purchase at the back of the store and a large variety of products for all sorts of animals.Great prices and a huge selection of quality dog food. The decorated dog cookies at the front counter are absolutely adorable.

This week an extremely knowledgeable young employee helped me find the right frozen raw cat food for my particular cat; she acquainted me with qualities of 4 - 5 different choices. When I asked if she had suggestions for how I could wean my cat from canned food, she gave me excellent suggestions which worked perfectly when I tried them at home with my cat. Very grateful.

I love Pet Supplies Plus Smyrna they are my go to store for not only dog food and bird feed but l can also bathe my terrier for a little bit of nothing in between grooming appts. The staff is always very helpful and greet you with such nice 😃. They also have dog foods l can't find anywhere else.

I love the fact that they actually sell top quality raw freeze dried dog food which is the healthiest dog food your pet can eat. I’m yet to discover their grooming services otherwise I’d rate them a 5! Great place to shop for anything pets!!!

Love the store. They have great helpful staff.I bring my fur baby for a bath 2x a month but recently I have found the water is to hot for the summer time. I have mentioned it to the staff on several occasions and was informed they don't control temperature of the water.I may have to find different dog washing business for the summer if problem isn't fixed.
