I bought a cage there and tried to take it back a week later with the receipt and they wouldn’t give me a refund. The clerk said sometimes the system would let them and sometime it wouldn’t. Just depends on the day. I have returned 3 times to meet with different people there that day they can grind my money and still no one has been able to help. Stay away from this store. The employees barely speak English and are complete idiots.

This location is always poorly stocked and poorly staffed. Purina Pro Plan dog kibble and a decent selection of Best Friends cat food ceases to ever exist. And when you're ready to check out, you have to hunt down a staff member. But since PetSupermarket sends the occasional coupon, I try to overlook this and use the coupon to stock up. I came in recently to make a purchase and was told the coupon wasn't working, a manager needed to be contacted, and was told to return later to pick up the order. I returned the following day to retrieve my order and was told I needed to now place the order online otherwise I could not apply the IN STORE coupon. I wasted two lunch breaks and left with no pet supplies. This location is a joke and it's just a matter of time before the larger pet stores cause it to shutter.

Found the aquarium I needed in updating my fish outgrown tank. The hood costed more than the tank. The associate was very friendly and helpful. The prices are ok but some items are a little expensive than the competitors.

I googled a pet super market and pulled up this location. Had a wonderful experience. Came Looking for a different litter for a cat that has issues going to the bathroom in the litter box purchased the walnut. The staff was extra helpful and so kind and friendly. Absolutely will be returning and recommending to friends and family!

They are always out of the fish filters I need and today didn't have the algae pellets I needed. This place is understaffed and really has gone down hill the past year. Needs better a general manager. Very disappointing really

I got a cat from here in December and they sold him to me for 50$ under their policy that cats 6 months and younger are more expensive. When I reached out to the bestfriends Corp that was in ATL I found that he was over 11 months when i got him and they had known that the whole time as they also had copies of the medical records which upon adoption they would not give to me. Also the "free" food that came with him turned out to be expired. I'm one for giving second chances but each time I've gone there after I find that most of their products have expired or been expired for years. I've been told aswell that they will throw out full bags of good cat food in their dumpster if they get busted which is a complete waste considering all of their other products are expired.

We did a small tour with our summer camp and it was very informative and interactive, the store manager along with a young lady took the time out to give us a tour and the students were able to interact with the pets. The staff members was very patient and knowledgeable. Every question we ask were answered. Great Job James and I forgot the young lady’s name…am so sorry. Thank y’all so much for hosting our group.

Love the new manager. So glad the old manager was replaced. I stop coming to this location because of the last manager and took my business to pet smart but a few months ago I stopped by for a few things i needed right away and saw a new manager had taken over and ive been coming back since. Jay is super friendly and has always been very helpful when I come in for fish, cat, and dog items. This location was on the way down but I can already see a change in the atmosphere in the store and the happiness of the employees and customers as I shop.

We love this place.We came here to do something for a school project and then ended up adopting a Cat. They were so nice really good service. Helped us with finding everything we need for our new family member and new pet. We come here every time we need to buy our pets food and toys, etc.We recommend this to all our friends.

Got feeder crickets for my lizards there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The store is very well kept and the prices were reasonable. If you have pets or are looking for one (or more), go see these folks. I believe I saw some adoptable cats and kittens there.

Fantastic selection of toys! The area is clean and all the animal enclosures are well kept. A little disappointed in the brands of dog foods they choose to advertise and keep well stocked. The veterinary recommended foods like Royal Canin and Purina were shoved in the back and had the lowest selection.

My Wife wasn't with me and I didn't know what dog food she got last time, so I was sweating a bit 'cause she told me which brand to get on the phone, but I forgot walking in all of a sudden. Store cashier Looked up my information, found the food I got last time and saved me from a panic attack. 10/10 would recommend

They have everything for your fur child (dogs, cats, ferret, bunnies, hamsters), fish, or reptile child. Its very well organized, and they have toys, treats, foods, beds, all you my need for them
