Pet Paradise of Peachtree City provides outstanding care for my elderly dog, Sandy. She receives lots of play time, extra attention and is always excited to arrive! The staff here are welcoming, professional and friendly. They respond quickly to any questions I have or concerns. Sandy has stayed at several pet places over the years, and I am very (extremely) picky about her care! So you can count on this review as accurate and trust mine AND SANDY'S recommendation for Pet Paradise in Peachtree City!

They were magnificent. They handled my dog's anxiety and administered the bordatella on-site. Their facility includes veterinary care with great people for vets. They have great features, like, cameras to view your pet, 'report card' letting you know your pet's activities that day. The have pictures that they send to the owner. They are very organized, committed and caring. No detail 'fell between the cracks'.

Customer service was not great. Ppl there was giving me a hard time , probably because my name is Keshia. My Toy poodle had gone to this location previously for grooming early February I believe. I scheduled another appointment for grooming last month and when I got there , I was told , he couldn’t be groomed because his vaccinations had expired. I was very displeased because they could have warned me before I drove 20 min. When I asked them why they schedule appointment if vaccinations were expired, several members came up front going through computer notes and book logs advising me of how I was notified. Of course if it’s your records , you can make any annotation you want but that doesn’t make your notes accurate. I was told Mary need atleast his Rabies and Bordetella updated to get groomed. Well that’s what I did , his appointment was scheduled for 4/30/24 @. 11am and I was told he can’t be groomed because he was missing DTAPp. I asked for a manager and she refused to come out and speak to me, sent another staff member to tell me the manger just entered a meeting. Anyway they suggested I get the missed vaccine at there veterinarian clinic and offered $50 off. I wasn’t really satisfied because the price was higher than my vet and I was told Marley only needed the two vaccines for grooming. I accepted the discount because I was desperate for the grooming and didn’t want to waste another trip. Needless to say I ended up leaving because the grommer who was the only nice person, advised that my dog might be a little aggravated if he got a shot then a gromming. I Will NEVER bring my Dog to this place ever again.

This place is not cheap. This place is the best place for boarding. Let me get this out of the way 1st - it’s not my dog but my fiancés. But this is the Ritz Carlton of dog places. There are a bunch of options for type of play your dog can do and the outside play area is huge and has a huge pool. Staffed pretty well however if you are dropping off on a Saturday for a weekend getaway then be prepared to wait!Staff is great and having a vet here is one of the primary reasons we use this place for our dog.Keep coming back.

I took my dog to Pet Paradise on Sunday, so he could play with other dogs. He’s been there several times. He absolutely loves going. When I reserved his full day reservation I asked that he not play in the pool or get wet. Well when I picked him up he was wet. I don’t know about others but I hate driving home with a wet dog. I recently had my car detailed and I just would expect if I made a request it would be honored. After all, I’m paying $45.00 for essentially half a day of play. I won’t be going back there. The manager said, well you should have requested one on one. I give him one on one everyday. The whole point of day care is playing with other dogs. SMH I’m done.

The staff members are great. They are caring, efficient and it helps me feel comfortable leaving my dog there. The resort is clean and my dogloves it there. I definitely recommend this location.

Phenomenal experience for Pluto, Apollo and me!Typical "parental " anxiety at leaving Apollo (anywhere but st home...lol) but i actually felt completely at ease leaving him with friendly, personable and interactive staff.Despite the wonky internet service in Atlantaperiod...lol...once I got the video I was able to see my bundle of fur making friends??? playing with other dogs??? Drinking and dipping his Paws in the pool???? It seemed surreal until I saw his report card...smh in amazement.I've raved to anyone who would listen and proudly adorn my bumper with a Pet Paradise magnet!!!am DEFINITELY planning on a monthly visit for Apollo and his brother Pluto...

Pet Paradise resembles an all inclusive resort. My babies, 2 Yorkies, were well groomed after a long overdue spa day. Roderick was Ellie and Maggie's groomer and will request him for our next appointment. He went above and beyond the call of duty (dootie) when Maggie had an accident in her crate. I would give a 5 star review except for the length of time my girls were there - 6 hours. I'm sure it was a very busy day and I appreciate getting an appt so quickly.

ZERO is what this place is “dr” Carson is disrespectful and disappointing no sympathy compassion I brought my sweet boy here today and they are not willing to work with you wasted money on nothing! someone who has no compassion for you and your pet ! They only want money not willing to work with you so that your pet can get the help they need right away !

I’ve boarded my dogs here multiple times plus my cat and have had zero issues. The place is clean and well-maintained and each staff person I’ve interacted with has been very friendly. Plus it’s hilarious to see the dogs playing in the wading pool while you’re checking in/out 😁

I absolutely love Pet Paradise and their staff. My Husky is a very active little guy and he attends day camp just about every week day. He adores the staff and gets excited every mornings when I drop him off. The staff is always friendly and helpful, they definitely go above and beyond for your fur baby.

Update 11/27: My sweet Beau (the pup mentioned below who got to stay with the manager in her office when he got hurt) loved to go visit his friends at Pet Paradise. Unfortunately, he crossed the rainbow bridge about a month ago. I updated the pet paradise team about a week ago and today, I received a sympathy card (with thoughtful words from so many employees) and a beautiful magnet with his picture. This is more thoughtfulness and sympathy than we even got from his primary vet clinic and specialist. This company continues to go above and beyond and impress me. Seriously I cannot recommend them enough. ❤️________________________________________I wouldn’t trust my pups with anyone else. Pet paradise peachtree city is professional, reliable, and they treat my pups like their own. ❤️In our most recent trip, one of my dogs and another pup got in a little spat, which is going to happen in any free play environment just like it does with kids at recess. The important thing is having employees trained to deal with these situations and safely break the spat up before it turns into a fight & Pet Paradise employees definitely are trained right! ❤️ I got a call from one of the managers immediately and my sweet pup even got to hang out in the office for a little bit just to settle down. It means so much to me that they would treat my baby so well. After this, he didn’t even want to leave his new friends. AND their groomer, Ashley, gave my English Setter the BEST haircut he’s had in the 4 years we’ve owned him.We appreciate Pet Paradise and the comfort and assurance they provide us that our pets are in the very best hands!

The staff is nice and caring. The facilites are very nice. Unfortunately every time I send my dog there he comes back with either an eye, ear, or mouth infection. Not worth the $ in Dr. expenses. Yes, we can be contacted

The lack of concern and empathy the team, esp the manager, is appalling. My dog, Beamer, was boarded here last weekend. He came home with a cough, so I took him to the vet. He was not diagnosed with kennel cough, but did get medicine to help with his cough that they said could have likely been caused by a sore throat from a lot of barking. I called and told Pet Paradise just in case because some other dog there likely had kennel cough. I was never told when I called them to tell them about Beamer about their policy that a dog has to sit outside 2 weeks before coming back. Well, I called them and booked a daycare date for today with someone directly at the location, and they never mentioned that he can’t do daycare and proceed d to book the reservation. On top of that, they noticed the reservation, but never let me know that they needed to cancel. Well, I get there to drop Beamer off, and I’m told the reservation was canceled without them letting me know and that someone should have called me to tell me yesterday. No one called me, and even if they did, why did they wait until the day before? I have a babysitter coming over to watch my son today, so my wife and I can go to Cique du Soleil in Atlanta, and now we have to cancel the sitter(and still pay her) as well as miss the show (losing about $200) because they did not let me know I couldn’t book daycare when I called to book, and then not calling me like they said they should have to tell me they had to cancel. To make matters worse, the reservation was not actually canceled like she said it was because I got an email on the way home saying my reservation for today has been canceled. The manager tried to cover up their mistake, but didn’t realize I would get a cancellation email once they canceled the reservation. Oh, this is on top of them throwing away expensive dog food that they failed to give my wife after picking Beamer up during his last boarding. I want someone that is above the manager that I spoke to this morning to reach out to me to tell me how they are going to make right there fact that I am now out $200 for my show tickets because of their poor communication. I will never come here again after today. Terrible service

They’re normally so great with my dog, but he came home this time and had kennel cough within 3 days. Hundreds of dollars at the vet later, I’m watching him struggle to breathe. He loves the staff.. but if I can’t send him without him getting sick he won’t be back. Should close down to clean and wait out the incubation period on the virus. But that’s a corporate call, and doesn’t negatively reflect on the staff here whatsoever.. more so the company as a whole. From what I just read it’s an ongoing issue.

We received a call in the late afternoon before we were planning to leave for a week and they said they just wanted to let us know that there is kennel cough going around. Not a lot of options to change at that point. We received a call on Saturday that our 2 dogs were sick and isolated from the population. Almost $11,000 later, one of the dogs (which is a healthy 2 year old) is still fighting for her life. I would be very weary about taking your furry friends to this facility. I’ve read other posts from other people also dealing with similar situations and have read the comments from the owner stating how they clean and sterilize everything but I can ensure you that what they are doing and the chemicals they are using is not enough. A complete shut down and full deep cleaning is in order. Better protocols should be in place when there is an outbreak such as no socialization for the pets. I feel the decisions Pet Paradise makes is driven solely by revenue, not health and safety of our pets. Just to test that theory, I think they should refund my boarding.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! My boxer puppy Molly has been going to day camp there since she was a few months old to help with socialization and her ENERGY. She LOVES it. As soon as we make the turn by Dunkin Donuts she starts to get super excited, so you know she loves it. Everyone knows her name and dotes on her. The employees seem to take a special interest in each of the dogs there. I also love to check in on the cameras to see what my Molly is doing during the day. I cant wait until its warm enough to use the pool!!!This past week was the first time we boarded her....She seemed to have had a great experience.The only recommendation I would have is open the vet SOON!!! I wanted to buy the monthly package for vet care, boarding, and spaying, but they dont have vet care yet. I even called the airport location to see if I could get vet services there, but they dont either. :o(

Scheduled an appointment for my dog to receive a mini groom and the groomer shaved my dogs stomach accidentally which is not apart of the groom I really didn’t understand how you could accidentally shave a whole section of her stomach I think the resort is nice and clean staff are professional but I won’t taking my dog back to get groomed again

This was my second visit with them. My first visit my dog got sick. He came home with a cough had to take him to the veterinarian and create a bill alone with the bill I had to pay to them. Okay with this it happens. Now my second visit my dog sick again after his stay. I spoke with the manager and her first comment was they have signs everywhere on the chance your pet could get sick. I had to tell the manager I wasn't paying a veterinarian bill and they need to care for my dog and they did. Leaving me with no veterinarian bill this time. I will not take my dog back to this location. I have taken my dog to the Camp Creek location several times and my dog never got sick.

I've boarded my dog here twice this summer. The first time he came back with canine influenza and was sick for two weeks. All the Banfield pet hospitals were booked from all the other dogs who got sick at this facility so, I couldn't get my dog a veterinary appointment. The second time he came back with diarrhea. I've boarded my dog at other facilities in the past and not had these problems. Guess I will have to get a pet sitter going forward.

As a first time pet owner/ fur parent, the entire experience is an extremely new experience. Our first boarding experience occurred during Spring break 2022, seven days and six nights. Our second, boarding experience occurred recently over Mother's Day weekend. Both experiences very positive. I find the staff extremely nice and welcoming especially the ones have had interaction with. My fur baby enjoyed the stay with no issue reported. Pet Paradise Peachtree City is our boarding place of choice!!! Great staff and great location!!!!!

I was so disappointed in the "premium care" shown to my sweet dog. He was returned to us with terrible hot spots, matted fur, and swollen/inflamed paws. He was at the Peachtree City location for 3 nights but came home with weeks of recovery needed. The marketing of this company is very clever. The booking process was easy, and we even received great photos of him throughout his stay with optimistic updates. It's sad to find out that he was paraded around while in pain.. I just wish the staff would have noticed and alerted us. Also, it appeared that there was no vet on site at this location! We took him to a vet to get treated and spent over $350 for the injuries he sustained while at Pet Paradise. I would highly recommend finding a boarder that will take care of your pet and love them as much as you do! It will be worth it!
