We took our dogs here today for the first time and were thoroughly impressed! They were bathed, brushed (de-shed), blown out, nails trimmed etc. They look so clean and smell amazing! Pictures were taken and we were texted with updates! This was all completed for a very reasonable price! We will definitely be back! :)

I was referred by one of the receptionists at my vet's office. She was so excited and so pleased with her visit getting her little one groomed by Ms. Cheryl. She spoke on all the things I was looking for in a groomer. Gentle hands, extra care, and time spent with her little one, photos, and breaks in between grooming sessions and the cut. I was in between groomers looking for the right fit, and I will say She is every bit worth it. Our Autumn has had a steady groomer since she was 8 weeks old, and she ended up moving a little further away from where we lived. So we tried different groomers in the Newnan area, and we just didn't find the one that we could say that's it, until we met Ms. Cheryl. From the start, she explained how she worked, and I knew right then I was impressed. I received excellent service from the first call to the receptionist at the desk and then photos of our autumn taking a bath and living it up. Once I received my precious girl back, she was happy, scent of perfume, ribbons, and a beautiful haircut and groom. I am so excited that I booked our next appointments with Autumn, our shitzu, and our new 18-week puppy, Shitzu, named Cocoa. I truly thank the team at Happy Tails and can't wait to see you all soon. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and Belle and Honey left looking and feeling their absolute best. Cheryl did an outstanding job considering it was Honey and Belle's first professional grooming experience. She made sure they felt comfortable throughout the process, showcasing her expertise and patience. Additionally, Freya (who runs the joint) was an absolute delight to work with. I am so pleased with this grooming salon! My family and I were referred over to this salon for our sweet pups. They were quick, and did amazing job cleaning up my puppy. It was her first cut, and she left smelling so good, looking happy, and clean. Desiree took great care of her. Many friends around the community use this salon as well. Highly recommend!!!

I didn’t take our dog here. When I called the receptionist couldn’t hear me because all that you hear in the background is upset dogs yelling. Not to mention 4 hours they wanted to keep my dog to be groomed. Which my dog is 9lbs.

I literally just got off the phone with Happy Tails and I’m impressed! They discussed with me in full if they were a good fit for my dog (anxious, typically doesn’t do well when there are other dogs present, etc.) and I was able to leave the call with solutions and suggestions. I truly value that they place the dog’s peace of mind and overall experience (which impacts how they handle being exposed to similar situations in the future, obviously) first! By far, this is the BEST groomer salon ever!! I cannot thank Desiree enough for the absolutely beautiful job she did on our little Sheranian, Penny. She was completely knotted after wearing a surgery sweater for 10 days. (DO NOT USE THESE SWEATERS ON LONG HAIRED FUR BABIES) Desiree made her look like a show dog! THANK YOU!!!

My dog has gotten groomed all over the country. I'm in the movie industry and have worked crew for 10 years, there's not alot of major cities she hasn't lived in with me as she's a spry 15 year old Shitzhu Poodle mix.I am not even exaggerating when I say my dog got the best haircut of her life here. We were visiting Studio South, an acting studio, and have hit the jackpot!!! I live an hour away, but they have a customer for life.

The wonderful women at happy tails did such a great job with my beagle babies! I have been worried about them with groomers because they are so attached to me they hate when I leave but the amazing ladies made my fur babies feel right at home! They were so kind and helpful when it came to informing them about one of my fur babies ear infection and even recommended some great tips to help their dry skin and clogged ears. I will definitely be bringing my fur babies back

I am so beyond happy with my experience here at happy tails pet salon. I have a 7yr old pug who has never been to the groomers and absolutely hates anyone touching his paws, let alone trim them. I really hope I’m getting his name right but James was incredible!!! I completely trusted him and I’m so glad I did. He definitely has the animals best interest at heart. Also the receptionist was very sweet and caring !! I highly recommend and will be back !

I’m so disappointed in Happy Tails I have taken our dogs to them for almost 10 years but the last time I did they told me the prices had gone up to $65. To be honest they always worked us in as we rarely had standing appointment and that was great. When the groomer told me it was 65 x 2 for a Caine Terrier and a miniature schnauzer I said that was just little high and I said I thought I would shop around. I did just that and needless to say I wasn’t happy with the new groomer that I used just 1 time.So I called them back during Convid19 left message and May 15 I was called and said it was a few weeks before they could work us in but here is the kicker I was then told our long standing groomer said that her and I was a not good fit! I have never once in 10 years complained or even had to complain about anything! I told her sister I wanted her to call me but she didn’t then the manager called me said they were contracted employee and could deny any dog i was shocked, disappointed that as a consumer I have every right to shop around! I’ve always tipped 20% or more I always thanked them so Happy Tails a10 years of grooming Ben and Toto just cost this employer business! Take note I decided not to mention the groomers name but I could never ever recommend them again to anyone! Shaking my head!

I’ve been wanting to find a groomer on this side of town. I was worried, because my Pom doesn’t like to be messed with. (He’s had the same groomer since he was a pup, but it’s just too far). I wasn’t sure if he would behave well enough for him to leave looking good and feeling good. I’m really impressed! Naomi did a great job. We found a new groomer. Love this place already!

My Stetson walks in with pride and out the same. I have never taken a dog to a groomer where one was unafraid. They love him. Maybe not so much this visit cause he doesn't like his toes shaved lol. We won't do that again lol. Thanks

The groomer Carol, blames everything she does not do the way you ask on your dog. Don't like blunt cuts, it's your dogs fault. Don't like the toe nails showing on their feet, it's your dog's fault. Other groomers here may be great. Just not her!
