It's been a while since I've had good customer service, clean restrooms, and a friendly staff all at the same place. Costco upholding higher standards than most businesses and that's refreshing because it feels like that's a dying culture these days. Good Job Costco and staff.

Costco is the overall experience was pretty good. Customer service was helpful when I didn’t mind tasting some of the samples along the way. We have gotten some chicken from a south Korean based chain. It was very good I enjoy the discount and its consumer owned model . The only downfall from a consumer not a business standpoint is the crowd and not a big fan of the dining sometimes technology can overshadow the personal experience.

Who doesn’t like Costco? It wasn’t very busy when we can to shop. Friendly people and well stocked. Can’t skip the $1.50 hotdogs 🌭 and drink special while you’re there. Same for the rotisserie chicken

1st time shopping in Costco, long time Sams Club executive member. Store like any other big box store, was nice to see some organic, healthier food options available. Sams club seems to cater more to families with food options. One thing I don't like is not having the option to scan and go at Costco. Will see if it's worth having....

Threatened to take my parents membership away just because they weren't there. We share the same last name and household yet they need to put me on the membership with a photo in order to for me to me there. Not a good experience. Made me feel like a criminal for shopping.I understand and except the rules there. But they made me feel like a criminal for shopping and I thought they were gonna take my stuff away after over an hour of shopping 🛍️😞Again I understand the rule change but it was so uncomfortable. They don't check photos at the door. They don't check photos at the pump.

The best selection, despite constant moving items around. I am thrilled there is a consistent supply of whole fish and lamb at reasonable prices. I always find great deals on kitchen and cabinet staples basically priced the same as smaller grocery store products. If you have a specific diet, which I do, it's easy to find the right selection of items in bulk.

It's always clean and even when busy we still check out in a reasonable time. The employees are friendly. The bathrooms are nice. No notes.

I’m a long time Costco member and I normally wait before submitting a negative review but rudeness has happened twice now with the same person so it’s warranted. How can you be rude when you’re a receipt checker?? Isn’t it your job to thank the customer and God forbid say have a nice day? Second time in a row with this lady, not one word said, just takes the receipt, writes on it and hands it back. So sick of rude people! Horrible!!

I don’t have a membership. I went with my boyfriend who does so I could try it before I commit. We were enjoying samples when we came to the deli where an old man was cutting cheese for samples. I asked if I could have one and went to take the sample paper with cheese inside when he grabbed my wrist, squeezed it and said “it’s not ready yet!” Several people around us gasped and stared in shock. I didn’t like being touched let alone my wrist squeezed like a child. All I said was sorry and walked away. If it wasn’t ready he could have easily explained that without touching me. I spoke to a manager and she said they would speak to them about better handling the situation, but it doesn’t change the fact I won’t be getting a membership now. No thanks…

Busy, busy, busy! But we’re usually able to find all we need and then some!! Check out is quick and easy! Plenty of parking and you can’t beat the $1.50 all beef hot dog and a drink!!

My first visit since acquiring my membership. This Costco is far bigger than the BJ's I'm a member of. Lots more variety of products in a massive space. I noticed some prices seemed to be a bit lower but nothing major. It's a bit overwhelming. Next time back, I'll have a list, a plan and hopefully more intelligent observations as well.

Great unless you're there alone with kids. You can't take your cart past the checkout stands unless you cash out. Heaven forbid should you need to pee while you're shopping. I haven't figured it out.

Always a great experience at this Costco ! Had everything I was looking for and of course, More !!! Bought some great luggage on sale and a couple of nice hats !Since I've moved to a new state, I travel about 45 to 60 minutes to get to my closest Costco so I make sure when I'm there, which isn't as often as it used to be, I grab all that's needed !!Also since moving I do buy a lot more at Costco.com than I used to.. Hey I love getting those checks every year from both Costco And Visa !!!!Update 3/26/22 ..My last visit along with all the essentials I found a great waterproof Bluetooth speaker on sale which I Needed !! The outdoor pool will be opening soon but for now I can use it in the indoor pool 😄

THE FACILITY ITSELF IS GREAT, BUT MY CASHIER WAS RUDE, NASTY, AND CLEARLY FRUSTRATED. SHE AND ANOTHER CASHIER WERE GRABBING THINGS, WHEN I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN THE CORRECT ORDER. I GOT CUT OFF, THEN WHEN I ASKED IF SHE GOT THE ITEMS BELOW, SHE DID NOT, THEN TRIED TO INSINUATE HOW CONFUSING IT GETS. WHEN YOU DO NOT LISTEN, OR TRY TO, I AM SURE IT CAN GET VERY CONFUSING. I KEPT A SMILE, AND WISHED HER AND THE OTHER YOUNG LADY A BLESSED DAY, ONLY TO BE THE ONLY ON STOPPED AS I MADE MY EXIT TO VERIFY MY RECEIPT. OTHER PATRONS WITH WAY MORE ITEMS WERE NOT ACCOSTED AND ASKED FOR THEIR RECEIPTS, BUT THAT IS ANOTHER TYPE OF PROFILING, THAT WILL TAKE TOO LONG TO EXPLAIN.FACILITY WAS ORGANIZED AND CLEAN.

Sams smams scams. It's similar to Sam's, but better in all ways other than their rotisserie chickens. I think they are the same price, but Sam's are bigger and better. Everything else at Costco is superior and they take anything back without issue.

Costco always get 5 stars in my book, this particular Costco does have some parking quirks about it. Overall the staff are very nice and helpful, again only complaint is the parking lot is more difficult than other costcos.

I'm a Costco advocate but this location service need immediate improvement. An item I purchased was advertised for $10.99. At the register, the item rung up for $17.99. The cashier told me to go take a picture of the sign. First issue, if associates are armed with walkie-talkies, radio an associate to check the price. I am not going to inconvenience the member because our prices are tagged wrong. I walk all the way to the back lf the store and I kid you not, there is an associate loading more merch for the same item. I ask him to look just to verify, I'm not crazy. He says yes! I get back and they all make a debacle about how wrong the sign is. Second issue, adjust the price the price to keep the member from waiting and worry about that later. I ask the supervisor why would you make a member walk all the way to the back of a store to check a price? I don't work here? Did he apologize? No! They finally adjust the price and tell me how their members put the wrong items there. Again, not my issue. Put the customer first!!!

A typical Costco experience... free samples, people everywhere, and more bulk size items that can possibly fit in a regular size shopping cart. Bought a new LG TV at a price way more competitive than other retailers.

Non member pharmacy price point was cheapest around, however a quick glance at a large Softsoap refill was 25% mote than Walmart, which is easily 30 minutes drive time closer.

Love it! Clean and so much to choose from. Love the seasonal sections. Always stock up on Kinder spices, store brand taco seasoning, parmesean cheese, and store brand olive oil.
