We just set up new service with Turin pest control. They have been great to deal with from the initial call, the initial inspection through the initial service. The service tech, Kyle Phillips was fantastic. He spent the time to explain what he was going to do and answer any questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pest control services. I can’t wait for the mosquito control to start in the spring.

I contacted Turin pest control due to a sudden ant crisis which occurred over several weeks and my constant attempts to get rid of them had been unsuccessful. After calling and explaining the situation they came out and treated the ants the next day with 100% success! I asked about termites as I know they usually go hand in hand together. There was no visible activity but I asked for a termite bond. They quickly installed a bait system. I love the structure of the billing, the professional knowledge, and friendliness of this company. I’m looking forward to doing business with them.

Horrible company!!!!! I watched the guy come out he started spraying it ran out he never added more chemicals he just filled sprayer back up with water from my hose and kept spraying. We complained with no response. Then 3 months later they said they came out and treated however they did not come out. I work from home and my mother in law was home as well and nobody actually came out.

I live in an old house that has always been plagued with bugs. Just no matter what I tried they never seem to go away. Turin offered a special come in your house for multiple visits and we will attack the problems. I was pleased with y first service person. Very nice and worked hard. My second trip was Morgan. She did a great job locating a nest in an area that we did not expect and worked hard to get rid of that one. I highly recommend Turin pest control and Morgan.Service: Cockroach extermination

They are great. I gave 3 stars because the first time they came to my house to do an inspection the man accidentally turned on my gas stove because he leaned on my stove while doing the inspection and had gas leaking in my house for over an hour. Good thing I work from home otherwise I would have left. I smelled gas while I was working and rushed to the kitchen. I was extremely nauseous that entire day because of that. If anything he could have caused my house to blow up while I was in it. He doesn't treat my home another guy does and he is super friendly, nice, polite, and understanding. He makes sure any pest problems I have are treated thoroughly. I just recently started working with them when it comes to pest control, but so far so good. I had an EXTREME decrease in bugs. Besides them leaking gas from my stove everything else has been pretty great. I would still recommend them. I'm very pleased with the comprehensive service we received from Turin Pest Control. Justin performed a thorough termite inspection and explained treatment options answering all my questions. Rodney conducted the treatment service today and also answered millions of questions! Justin came out today and did my initial inspection and then treated my house. He was thorough and did a great job explaining everything to me which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend Justin and the company as a whole for good quality work and amazing customer service.*Edit: One year later and I am still a customer! Greg the owner tries to go above and beyond for his customers. I do think they could be a little more understanding about reservice. I pay $119 per quarter, but it’s my understanding that now they don’t really want to come back out in the months between. They shouldn’t offer that if they don’t want to actually provide it. Turin not only accommodated me by sending a tech out the same day, but the tech, Kyle spent time with me making sure he went to all areas of my house to make sure I was satisfied. We’ve been very happy with Turin Pest Control ever since our first call over a year ago. We’d purchased a new home that had been vacant for some time, and to my horror I saw some creepy bugs (that I can’t even bring myself to type the name of) in our home a few days after moving in. Having a legitimate phobia of these creatures, I called the office sobbing because I was in such a state of panic and asked when was the soonest they could get someone out. Within a few hours a tech arrived and helped to assuage my concerns. He did a full inspection, told me there was no infestation and just some had taken up residence while the house was vacant, and then treated the house and exterior. I hated feeling like that crazy lady who went into a full blown panic over a single bug, but a phobia is a phobia. Everyone was so kind and helpful and put me at ease. I really appreciate how they update me when a recurring treatment is on the schedule but I never get annoying emails or texts, just that one reminder of the appt. I love that they go around the house and get all the spider webs down, too! That’s such a nice touch! Kyle is our usual tech and he’s super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the occasional other tech we see (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) is also great. We have zero complaints and only good things to say about Turin Pest Control!
