We love Senoia Animal Hospital, and feel so good that we started using them. The staff from bottom to top are all caring and great at taking care of and fixing our pets. Clearly our pets must think the same because they don't even mind walking in for their visits.

The vet diagnosed Nala with HGE after bloodwork but failed to consider a potential foreign object. We did turn down an xray to do bloodwork first and they did the bloodwork and never mentioned doing an xray again and well, we are not veterinarians. They kept her on fluids, and after multiple days, sent her home with a higher-than-expected invoice which was not communicated. Nala's condition within 12 hours worsened rapidly, leading to her tragic death around 4am on Wednesday. I was planning to call the vet at 8 to tell them I am bringing her in even though her check up was supposed to be on Thursday and she did not even make it to 8am for me to call.Communication with the vet was mainly through techs, and techs and staff were great but we only had 1 interaction with the doctor the entire experience. The suspicion of a missed foreign object, coupled with HGE, raises concerns about the accuracy of the diagnosis and treatment plan.We spent $2000 fully expecting Nala's recovery, but the disappointment intensified as her health declined so rapidly leading to her early death. Ridiculous I had to pay that amount of money for them to just prolong my dogs death and she potentially would have been saved with the proper diagnosis. Despite the caring staff and techs, the vet's oversight has left us mourning the loss of a once-healthy one-year-old dog who was supposed to be with us for years to come.

Love this place! My three fur babies are quite a handful and a bit dramatic when it comes to going to the vet. The employees here are so awesome with them and make the visit so much better. Always kind, friendly and helpful. They do a great job helping us raise our babies!! Thank so all so much

My fiancé and I always feel at ease every time we board our 2 dogs here, which is pretty frequent considering we travel often. The staff here is always so friendly and happy to help with any questions we have. Plus, our dogs are always excited to see the staff when we walk in, which gives us all the reassurance. 10/10 recommend

Fantastic vet office! The staff is professional and truly focused on patient care. My family recently adopted a new puppy, and Maggie visits Senoia Animal Hospital for her regular checkups. I have see Dr. Wheeler three times, and she is wonderful! She's very caring and patient with our active baby. Dr. Wheeler takes time to explain what she is checking for, to describe the shots Maggie is receiving, and to answer my list of questions! The day after each visit, I received a phone call from Senoia Animal Hospital checking on Maggie! When our previous dog had to be put down, the staff as so amazing and compassionate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Senoia Animal Hospital to anyone!

I was visiting from out of town when our long time fur baby passed away unexpectedly. Went there to say our final goodbye and set up cremation. Even though the staff didn't know me, I could feel the genuine concern they had for me n my family. When I retire and move down there, I'll definitely use them for our other dog !!

Senoia vet is horrible! I took my cat there who had kittens and was not able to see after the birth ( we hadn’t found the baby’s yet and thought maybe she was having a miscarriage) they told me she had a phantom pregnancy and was blind. We later found the baby’s and my cat regained her vision. They were totally wrong and did nothing but take my money.

I recently took my dog for her checkup and I received excellent customer service. The staff was all friendly and welcoming. Our visit was awesome. We even got to take a tour around their doggy day camp as we were interested to perhaps one day leave our dog there. We even got a new patient take home bag with some nice goodies… Great job everyone. I really liked how they called the next day to check up on my dog. I will definitely be back!!!

Our baby girl boxer, Jingle Belle, had inoperable cancer and we brought her to Senoia Animal Hospital to be put to sleep to end her pain. Dr. Alford had never seen Jingle Belle before, but treated her as if Jingle were her own pet. I could not have been more pleased with the caring staff... and the service they gave us. When we got our new boxer baby, Lily Grace, we took her to see Dr. Alford... and if it is possible... we were even more impressed! Great Care! Friendly Staff! Our new boxer, Little George, will make his first trip to see Dr. Alford this week!

It takes a lot for me to leave my fur-babies with anyone I don't know. Being new to the neighborhood, I wanted to get in with all of my new local businesses, so I thought I'd trust them for a long weekend.My mistake!1) we got hit with a test that HAD to be done AT check in though should have been done 2 months ago at annual exam with their vet (extra charge & concern)2) A call- NO VM! - about results & treatment done. That missed call with no news worried us even more!3) At pick-up, make sure to get my money 1st while acting put out that I'm asking questions about what happened.THEN, ask if they can do a bath because my dog apparently was sick & had diarrhea on him!!!!No one would answer if it was from the whole weekend after your test/ treatment or just that morning.Again, with attitude, letting me know they don't do that/ they weren't here, they'll have someone call me.Which NEVER happened!!So, the next day now. I'm off work with my lethargic, sore with bloody stool baby.I called them & asked all of my questions to the "practice manager", who has NO customer service skills at all.Being a surgical floor coordinator, I have to tend to, update, care for patients AND their family.Sometimes, "Sorry you're upset." or any comment showing that they care about my feelings is much appreciated.Do unto others as you'd have done unto you.

A great place with a caring staff and competitive prices. Jill and her staff do an outstanding job! Just an update on 5/20/2022 ... Things have changed .. they are even better. We have trusted the staff at Senoia Animal Hospital for over twenty years with our precious pets. The front desk staff, the kennel staff, the doctors and techs are simply superb. We have run the gauntlet of care with these fine professionals, from putting down a beloved family member in our home to welcoming new pups into our household. These people show compassion, concern and provide a service that is beyond question. They will never advertise the fact that they are probably one of the most charitable practices in the area. We have seen them adopt everything from abandoned fawns to stray dogs and cats. If every business conducted business like Senoia Animal Hospital, the world would be a better place. These guys are family :)

My family has been using Senoia Animal Hospital for years. We have had the privilege of knowing the wonderful staff and doctors who work here and having them take care of our precious 4 legged family members. We recently had to put one of our sweet little pups down and Dr. Phillips, Melissa, and all the staff were so supportive and loving while we said goodbye. As long as we live in this area, there is no other veterinarian clinic that could even come close to the wonderful folks at the Senoia Animal Hospital.

This office is so unorganized and extremely over priced. They prescribed my dog apoquel and when it came time for a refill, HAD NO CHART NOTES showing that I was given a written prescription. They tried to make me come in AGAIN for another overpriced visit, when I had just been in a little over a month ago. Argued with me and denied ever giving my dog this prescription. Thank god Publix keeps good records because they were able to produce said prescription with no problems. The Drs and techs here are amazing, but this practice is so unprofessionally unorganized it will cost you way too much money to maintain care here. They don’t keep proper records. Extremely disappointed. They also were being very petty with the fact that I refused to get my dog spayed there because I don’t want to pay over 600 and I don’t want her to stay overnight alone in their kennel. I made an appt elsewhere to have it done where it is half the cost and I get to take her home and monitor her myself. And yes, the other office is a VERY reputable vet clinic. I’m sure if I had an appt to spay my dog, none of this would have been an issue. Would not recommend this vet practice! And it’s a shame, one of our favorite vet techs works here and she is absolutely wonderful at her job and has always been so kind to us and our animals.
