My girl always has such an amazing time at the Hipster Hound. She was a bit timid to stay at first but now just the mention of the word “daycare” gets her super excited because she knows exactly where she’s going. Everyone is always super kind and professional and I know everyone here has a genuine love for animals. My energetic Doberman always comes home tuckered out and happy after staying here. Thank you Hipster Hound!!

Our dog Winnie went to daycare today at The Hipster Hound because we wanted to try it out first before long term boarding, and all I can say is WOW! What an amazing place, and an amazing experience for our dog.The workers are so friendly and take their job very seriously. The facility is clean and tidy, and does not smell like urine. It's quiet considering how many dogs they board. No ear-splitting barking!I was able to FaceTime our corgi Winnie halfway through her stay and she was sooo happy, playing with other dogs, and the woman I spoke to was very nice and clearly cares about dogs!So happy with our experience here and the level of quality and care at the facility. Will definitely be using them always!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I used to live in Savannah where my pup went to HH every single day & boarded when I had out of town stays. Knowing that they require ALL vaccines from all clients and that they will turn people away if it is NOT SAFE for that many dogs to be there. That gives me ease of mind when my pup is with them. I go to savannah often for work and vacation and I book my dog at Hipster before I even make the hotel reservations! Highly recommend and can not express how great the entire team is. They know my pup by name which makes me feel confident in her care there (even though my dog is kind of a nightmare). I promise you the job is not just petting puppies... they’re worth every penny.

Amazing facility. Great staff. Kind hard working owner.I board my dog Aggie here. And she attends doggie day care about 4 times a month. She loves the staff and tries to jump through my windshield to go in while we pull in the parking lot.They carry her dog food, so I can but it there. And have even made time to add on a bath at the last second.10 stars.

Would give 0 stars if could. I needed boarding services for my two dogs who are bullies and not spayed and I was told they cannot take my dogs. So much for a place that’s so highly praised.

My pup attends Hipster Hound 3 days a week while I work. She is extremely happy when she reaches the parking lot and realizes where she is! She has a wonderful time playing all day and truly loves the staff. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff and am so glad we found this wonderful place for our sweet Winnie to spend her days. Best part is she comes home exhausted and falls asleep as soon as we get in the door so mum can cook dinner!

Awesome place to go to! I only go for the do it yourself pet wash.It is a great experience and they provide everything you need to give your pooch a quality bath! All for a super reasonable price. The best part is they do all the clean up afterwards!The tub is big enough for any animal big or small! I have a Sheppard named Peter and he LOVES his bath time!Highly recommend going.

The groomer did an excellent job with my golden doodle. (Diamond Causeway location). It’s hard to find a groomer who can groom a golden doodle the way I like it. I like her fluffy all over with a puppy cut for her head. That means fluffy rounded fur on top of head with clean blending transition to the ears. Ears with long and even length. Tight cut around her eyes, but longer on her muzzle leaving a good lengths for beard and mustache. I like the tail with long hair, but tight around the base near her bottom. She cut her legs perfectly, not too short and not too long. Her hygiene cut is well done to keep the fur short enough not to cause areas that invite opportunities for lingering moister that cause UTIs, yet long enough to blend with surrounding fur. The mani-pedi nail clips are perfect and trimmed nicely with soft edges that don’t scratch her humans when she paws at us. She was groomed quickly too. That’s not easy for a doodle groom, and it means less overall time for the typical stress our doodle has when being groomed. She has been combed out well all over with no mats. To top it all off she got a bath leaving her smelling as good as she looks. She feels like I’m petting and hugging a stuffed animal. Love it!

We love Hipster Hound! Our local group of guide dog puppies in training from Southeastern Guide Dogs are all on Fromm Large Breed Puppy Gold. Hipster Hound is one of two places in town that stocks it, but they are the most affordable and the most reliable when it comes to ensuring it is always IN stock! We never have trouble finding it on the shelves. Their staff are incredibly kind and patient. Their team has also been so supportive of our guide dog school through fundraising efforts and helping our group out whenever needed. They love to connect and serve their local canine community, not just make a profit, and I love that they're so involved. While we don't utilize the daycare, we are so thankful to have a locally owned business like Hipster Hound to go to for our guide dog pups needs for food, treats, toys, and support!

My dog was a bit apprehensive about taking a bath and the team here was so helpful. You could tell they genuinely cared about my girl and were a tremendous help in my failed attempt to give her a bath. Maybe next time I can actually get her into the tub!

I took my great Pyrenees to get groomed here and was charged $90.00 for a terrible job. She wasn't even brushed out. I could of took her to the pet wash and did the same groom myself. Never again. PetSmart does an awesome job for a lot less money. So disappointed. What a rip off this place is.

Totally rude lady who handles the phones. I was told to fill out paperwork online and go through the whole process of uploading pics, vaccine records etc and only to be told they cant take my mixed breed dog after. I told her please tell people before they fill out all the forms and she basically told me it’s my fault since I didn’t read their website. She didn’t even say goodbye and hung upOn me. Hope they treat the dogs better there.

I live in the Atlanta area and signed up for a membership withHipster Hound, which was required, and after uploading all my dogs shot records and pictures, l placed a reservation for my pup for a Saturday stay to attend a funeral, but Hipster Hound canceled my preset reservation which forced me to make other arrangements at the last minute. I wouldn’t recommend Hipster Hound to anyone!

We placed our dog in daycare during our vacation. She loved it, the second day she was so excited to go she ran in before I could put her leash on. The staff was wonderful. I highly recommend doggy daycare when you want a safe loving place for your four legged family.

My dog and I love everyone and everything about Hipster Hound. My high energy puppy has been attending daycare once a week or so since 4 months old. He has the best time playing with all the other dogs and comes home completely exhausted. Every staff member is so kind and helpful and always shares tidbits about my dog's day. Could not recommend more!

We absolutely LOVE Hipster Hound. Tonya and the staff there are so nice. We have a high energy puppy, and she gets to go and play all day and comes home exhausted and behaved. I love that there are no pick up or drop off hours, and at least for now, no teauired appointments. That was the biggest plus over another facility. If we decide to head out of the house for a long day, we can drop our dog off and let her have a play day. I also love the email updates about hour changes, policy changes, etc. As a Hipster Hound "parent" you are well informed about what's going on there.

I recently got both of my 4-legged babies groomed at Hipster Hound and the groomer did a fantastic job! She asked me ahead of time what kind of cuts I wanted for them and made sure we were on the same page before starting the grooming process. They looked adorable. Everyone at Hipster Hound is committed to the pups that come in there, no matter what the service those pups are receiving. We always feel the love when we're there!

I recently had my shih tzu groomed at the new location on Ferguson Ave and I was very pleased with the experience. The groomer was very kind and attentive, and as I left after dropping off my dog I could hear her talking so sweetly to him to help calm his nerves. And his haircut was adorable! We’ll be back! I’ve also used the boarding services in the midtown location and recommend Hipster Hound for boarding as well. In both locations, I have found the staff to be very friendly and passionate about pets!

I was in town for a few days an dropped my dog off for daycare acouple of days. They were very professional. I felt comfortable leaving my dog, who travels everywhere with me.. I could go enjoy the amenities around town an my dog enjoyed spending time there at daycare.He was so excited to go back the next day..Thank you for keeping my dog safe.

We were on vacation and decided to leave our dog at The Hipster Hound for daycare while we were out seeing the town. She had a blast and the workers were super nice when dropping her off and picking her up. Highly recommend this place for a vacation stay or if you live in Savannah.

The staff are friendly and professional. My dog enjoys his playtime during daycare hours and has been boarded without any issues. My only complaint about the facility is the boarding costs for multiple dogs. I have two small dogs and they quoted me about $75 a day. I find that a bit expensive, especially if you're gone for a week or more. It would be nice if they provided a better rate for multi-dogs and/or an extended period of time. Other than that I think it is a great place and option for your furbaby

Wish I could give more stars due to their availability, willing to get us in, and on the phone professionalism. I always board my dog at highly rated facilities. Not sure what is different about their boarding facility or routine, but this is the first time I picked my baby up and she smelled horrible. Since she has a regular groomer, I have never opted for her to be bathed prior to pick up, but it was never an issue in the past. Unfortunately, there are many first after boarding here... 1) she stunk, 2) she had an accident on her bed (NEVER HAPPENED in the past), 3) she was exhausted and not happy and 4) you are not provided with a report about their stay. Their prices are comparable with a 5 star boarding facility, but the quality of care seems to be marginal.
