I’m gonna try not to cry typing this 😭 I’ve had SYDNEY the groomer for the past 3 years… I got so blessed and lucky with her. She has always done an amazing groom on my Pomeranian every single time. Not only has she done the best job with my dog but I’ve had an unpredictable schedule working at the hospital and from day 1 she has allowed me to be flexible with scheduling. She deserves a raise, a promotion, anything!!! I’m moving in June and I’m honestly going to miss Sydney a lot. She works so hard and deserves recognition!!!! Thank you Sydney for being so good to my baby!!! We will miss you!!! 😢

We attended puppy training for our new puppy, Nelson. I highly recommend Pricilla as your trainer for these sessions. She has patience, confidence, and love for each individual pet! She is the best to help get a new puppy off to a good, obedient start! 😊🐾

They have some good stuff there BUT their customer service isn’t very good. They make you feel awkward and it’s kinda hard to talk to some of them. Although the front desk was very nice and easy to talk to so it’s kind of 50/50 depending on which employee you’re talking to.

Carried 3 Betta cups to the counter. All were dated. 2 cups were five months old and fish were barely hanging on. 1 cup was four months old and that fish was all the way dead. I asked if they would give me the two half-dead fish for free. I dont even LOVE bettas, I was just gna try to save them. I mean, after all, I did clear that other dead fish from their shelves...free of charge."Most they could do was a 40% discount" (which was already marked on the cup). Do betta.Buy your fish and supplies from local small businesses or online.

The customer service was ok but not GREAT, I was made to feel very awkward on 2 separate issues in same transaction. 1st an item marked clearance it was the last 1 of that item, I even showed the employee the clearance sticker on shelf that matched the item but bcuz it wasnt ringing up as that price, I was being told som1 must have moved it over there, that wasnt really that price BUT she'll go ahead & give it to me for that as if she was doin me a favor - mind u the info on clearance sticker on shelf matched info on item barcode. Then there's merchandise listed a certain price (the single piece treats) & when I informed employee she was charging too much as she was ringn it up (no barcode on item - she eyeballs item then looks up barcode in a book to ring it up) that I got it out the box of treats marked for 1/2 what she was charging (entire box same size -not like 1 was placed there by mistake), she started to argue about it telln me I was wrong, that wasnt the price for that sz., etc., she then changed the price BUT had an attitude about it makn me feel very uncomfortable as if I did something wrong. So I tried to politely tell her if its not the correct price/sz then she probably needs to go change the entire box to avoid more issues. Im not 1 that believes the customer is ALWAYS right, BUT, an employee should at very least check whats up b4 arguin with a customer &/or treatn them like theyv done something wrong.

I just went in for a flea and tick shampoo for my cat. There were only 2 left on the shelf, so I would advise calling ahead and asking about a product before going just to make sure they have it. It seems like cats don't get the same treatment as dogs because when I stepped into this location, nothing looked restocked for the cats, and this was my 2nd time in that location within the week. So if you're a cat owner, please call in advance so your trips aren't blank ones.

Services are terrible! Your pets will be traumatized when they leave and will not be completely dry. The manager is ridiculous, make a complaint about your dog and will not fix the issues. Do NOT recommend!!!!! Try petsmart on Abercorn before this one or woof gang. Their services are TERRIBLE! never again.

The store itself is fine. The manager and the female trainer however are quite the harassing duo. I've had the manager tell me I couldn't bring my dog to the toy section because class is in session and I'm a distraction. Excuse me but arnt distractions part of the training process? He then proceeded to follow me around the store until I left. Another visit with my other puppy resulted in being lectured by the trainer about how I need to put my dog in training. He wasn't barking, misbehaving, or being disobedient. He was literally sitting next to me while I sized him for a new collar. The third experience with these two were by far my favorite. I women brought in her young dog and they proceeded to tell her she can't come in because she's a police K9 trainer in town. She wasn't advertising this even with a shirt. The poor women just wanted to bring her own personal dog. They almost made her cry when they ganged up on her. Shame on these two for ruining multiple people's experiences in a store that's supposed to be pet friendly.

The ladies @ PetSmart on Victory Drive did an excellent job grooming and grinding nails on my dog Tracy. As you can see, she was very happy also. Thank you again for your professionalism and happy faces. It was very much appreciated. No long line waiting at this location!!

Worst customer service in the World....for the past two to three weeks.I've reported Before .. soo No more Patience!First it was Banfield during MY FIRST VET CHECK ✅now it's the check out cashiers.. they are soooo UNFRIENDLY with..a " T " in ATTitude... TRULY not in work mood nor I'm sure PetSmart culture.This cashier made me walk back to the aisle and DIDN'T assist..I explained items are not located in the correct areas .. AFTER I report it.. here's the outcome.Specifically..This Morning..a particular cashier at 930am..Rung up my item...I flashed the barcode camera shot on my phone to display the item desired and clearance pricing wanted..that rung up incorrect.AFTER the item rung up NOT on clearance.She said she would honor my inconvenience.Then...told me to walk back to the aisle with items not in place .. and asked me to bring another item for purchasing....I brought her the cat food flavor my cat does not eat.. Again patiently flashed the barcode.. and explained the situation..Asked for manager assistance.After I asked for a manager ..She then left her register... walked to the aisle mumbling back at me angrily..in front of customers.She Came back and Told me WHAT Would be Done!No Ma'am..I DEMANDED the Manager again!Manager nice as can be ..Honored THE mistake.. rung me up and I left.I WILL NOT be back ..I have Transferred my Banfield services and shopping needs🛍️ to the Abercorn location.It's ALWAYS a ...Customer FRIENDLY atmosphere.

I recently moved to Savannah and found that the Victory Dr location is superb! I've lived in several cities, and by far I am most satisfied with this Petsmart.GROOMING: My puppers Leeloo has been groomed there now 3 times, and it just keeps getting better. Kyla especially does such a great job. She trims her up from the messy "fraggle" look (she has very long fur especially on legs and tail) to a beautiful silky fox, and it doesn't look unnatural or too much like a haircut. They treat Leeloo very well, and she comes out smelling wonderful and looking lovely.STORE: Staff is friendly and helpful and doesn't try to sell stuff you don't need. Well-stocked with new items regularly. They also have free samples of a variety of food and treats every first Saturday of the month.

The vets/Banfield employees are helpful in the back when I take my cat in for visits. However, when I gave a call back to the office a few times (within seconds of them calling me), I couldn’t get in contact via phone. This is a bit aggravating when they have your pet. Luckily I was still in the area and just walked inside to tell them to move forward with another test. I understand it can be a bit busy but there needs to be a better way of communication. If there was a way to communicate through an app or via texts, it would be more effective.Also my interaction with the cashiers are like day & night.

Everything u need is there & store was super clean, & wasn't difficult to navigate through the inventory. Staff was courteous, kind, & willing to help. And they have some live pets to peruse through, which surprised me. There was 1 dead beta fish, but that sometimes does happen. If I was in the market for one, I'd still get it here! Very good shopping experience!

The store has a nice selection of items and the aquarium selection is small. Overall, it's a nice spot. Not mention, they have a Banfield vet location and a pet grooming department and dog training classes available

I was very excited I got a coupon in my email for $3 off of a dog treat for my dog because it was his birthday and they were very knowledgeable on the fish that I came in there and bought and they were very healthy and they have a great deal on birds as well as anything you could want for your pet

I LOVE this store - but your cashier Perry needs a lesson in customer service. He was extremely rude to a customer in front of us. As a customer service worker of over 18 years- I would be fired for acting this way to a customer. I’m appalled. Do better. This man shouldn’t work in customer service. Very disappointed

Very good place. Vets seem to really care about your pet. I just lost my tiny toy poodles that was 20 years old. They were kind,considerate, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye.

We stopped in to buy our dogs dry and canned food, woman on checkout, argued canned food is only sold by individual cans, NOT by the case, even though they have price per case directly under case, she kept arguing with us, its individual cans only, she refused to go double check, we definitely won't go back to this store, we will carry on using the Petsmart on Abercorn,
