Do NOT take your dog to get groomed here. I took my dog and after almost 3 hours they hadn’t called me that she was done so I started calling and could not get anyone on the phone for 30 minutes so I finally went in and asked if my dog was ready and the lady was very snappy and said she was in the kennel. I asked why and she said she wouldn’t let her dry her and tried to bite her. Which is very weird because my dog has been groomed multiple times and never ever had a complaint like that. I was very mad that they just left her locked up and did not call me to come get her. They were unprofessional and even when they brought my dog to me she was yanking her neck just because she was anxious and excited to see me. My dog was so anxious and scared when we left I felt awful for leaving her. Just don’t go here if unless you want a terrible experience for your dog.

So I’m in line at Petsmart this evening and a customer in front of me has a coupon or something that he has coupons numbers on it. Apparently this poor guy uses this number. Every time he comes in to Petsmart to buy this particular product. that The lady behind the register, who is being so rude to him, and was being very argumentative, keeps arguing with him. finally the poor guy leaves the store and the lady says “being rude is a choice” They were a few people behind me, so I really didn’t want to say anything but to be honest with you the only person being rude. Was the lady at the register? The poor man says, are you the manager and she had the audacity to say yes, which is even more disappointing because that was horrible customer service, and she completely embarrassed the guy in a line full of people definitely don’t recommend this particular Petsmart go to the one in Pooler.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at PetSmart! Dog food clearly priced $59. I went to the register it rang up 62. I said that’s not what it says at the shelf. The cashier said, sir I don’t know I’m sorry I’m just a cashier. I said well can you call the manager she said mmmm like it was a strange question and did nothing. I even went back to the shelf and took a picture and showed her. She again said sir there’s nothing I can do I’m just a cashier but sir you can use your perk points. She made no attempt to call the manager on duty to figure out what was going on. Most stores would honor the price on that’s marked on the shelf, considering it was the stores mistake. So I left without what my animals needed and went to Walmart. What a joke!

To be honest I expected more things. I only bought 4 items and it costed me over $150 and my sister game with me to get a beta fish and there were probably 6 out of the fifty they had that were alive and they looked horrible. I also bought a tag to get it engraved and they waited until I bought the tag to tell me the engraving thing was broken. What a joke this pet-smart is and very sad.

My Yorkie had a appointment at 8am I had an appointment at the nail shop at 10am Well after dropping my Yorkie off at 8am I went home came back to my appointment but I decided to see how much longer. To my surprise her groomer put a really big dog before her and about 1 hour and 30 minutes I was called to pick her up... OMG!!! I COULD CRY. I was livid. Here's what she looked like. Her bow had look like another black dog hair. They didn't even cut the hair out her ears...

Actually, I encountered a very rude employee when I went this time. I had my dog with a muzzle on because he is a rescue (I always do as a precaution he’s partially blind) an employee told me to not bring this dog back into her Pet-smart because my dog barked when she came towards him. She said he is not welcome at the Petsmart in Pooler, I felt such humiliation. I mean that’s why I had the muzzle on, it’s not the poor dogs fault he was abused and is partially blind which makes him defensive due to his trauma. I thought really an employee to a pet place would have more empathy towards animals of such abuse. Very disappointing. They all can’t be cuddly eight pound full breed k-9. I shall never take any of the dogs I walk nor own there.

This was my favorite location up until last Saturday. I dropped my dog off at his appointment per usual after we waited a few minutes for someone to wait on us. An hour later they call and said he’s ready so I go pick him up. I go in store and pay and enter grooming and stood for a few minutes with no one coming out again. I could clearly hear someone in the back. I look at my watch to see how long it would take to get serviced. While I’m standing there I hear the groomer call my dogs name and tell him to sit down and shut up. I could hear him barking up front. I stepped out and asked the lady at the register could she let someone know I was waiting. She said I can’t leave my register but I’ll get you some help. 15 minutes later she comes out after me listening at her screaming at my dog. He is like my child and I was NOT very happy. Just makes me wonder if they speak to them like that when no one is around what would they do to him?

This store is always very clean and organized! I never have any issues finding what I need. I came one morning looking to buy a guinea pig and was fortunate enough to talk with Amy. She was so patient and answered any and all questions that I had. We eventually ended up with the last two piggies they had left! They have been a great addition to our family. I know my girls are going to love them!!

Great place but sometimes costly. I owed two ferrets and they now don't sell many ferret supplies. They sell reptiles, birds, fish, and have pet adoption services overall a good place for pet supplies along with a variety of pet toys food and kennels

I needed some specific treats for my dogs. I found them here & I was pleasantly surprised to find them on sale. I also needed an inflatable "cone" for one of my dogs. Yep - they had it.

Website says vet clinic closes at 7pm on a Sunday when they close at 5pm. This is inconvenient as it's difficult to time the trapping of strays.

Went with hubby to buy bearded lizard for our son. I picked him put. I liked the way he was dashing here and there, so inquisitive. I named him Peep. He or she(too young to tell) is so o o cute. Customer service was good. Half price, great!

I frequent this store pretty regularly and normally have a decent experience. Today was the exception. I asked to see a snake and asked Laila if she can show it to me off the bat she says no. Our covid policy says you can't touch them. I said thats fine but how am I going to be able to look at it if it's in the hide? Please move the hide so I can see it. She turns around and start walking away and says I'll call someone. As rude as can be. Then comes Roxy first thing she says to us is yall need to get back. No excuse me can you step aside or what not. Rude as well. Since I can't touch it or even get close to it I take a picture so I can look at it through my phone. Once I snap the pic she puts the hide down shuts it and walks off. I would've bought the snake but since I can't inspect for mites and staff was rude. I had to pass on it. Like I said normally I have a decent experience there. Today was an exception.

Good selection. Neat and organized store. However they are often out of stock on items I'm looking for and the prices are high. I also think they could have a better reward system for loyal customers. I have spent a lot of money in that store for many years and can't remember getting a coupon or discount offer for anything.

Took 13 min to get helped and another 15 min to get checked out. Cashier was sitting on the counter and using her phone for 10 min while we waited for someone to get us crickets. She could have easily walked over and helped us while there were no customers to check out.

Did not do what was asked in grooming salon. My two dogs could not see. They were supposed to trim face ,feet and potty area. They only washed them. If they were not sure about the trim, they had my number and common sense says the dogs ( 2 bichon frisee)needed to see. I had to get them a new appointment at a different groomer just to get face etc trimmed. I had to pay for a full service too. What a waste of money petsmart grooming was. The picture are a 10 days after the second groomer til fix there late of grooming. I don't recommend petsmart grooming.
