Prices are way out of control. There’s also a new employee there that should be fired immediately at cash register. They have completely lost me as a customer. You’re better off fighting traffic and going to Home Depot.

They always great you on entry and plenty of staff around to help. Plus a bunch of unique items. Prices on some items might be marginally more than box shops but it is worth a visit. .we always end up here while vacationing on Tybee Island.

This is a great hardware store with a really friendly staff. I would say that it is my go-to store for Hardware in savannah. This last time I was there the product I came to purchase was not on the Shelf even though their system said there were 14 items. In all honesty I probably bought the last of these items the last time I was there LOL. A wonderful staff member named Kathy made sure that more of the items I needed would be ordered and on the next truck in coming. Great store! Will be back again and would recommend it to friends. PS it has a lot more than Hardware!

Is it a local hardware store or a mini shopping mall? I don't know but it is awesome eitherway. Been to several Ace Hardware stores but this on is really unique. The nuts and bolts of it is that you can get just about anything here from plants to clothes to toys. Just go and you will see what I am talking about. Sometimes we stop by just to shop for non- hardware items. Be sure to get a little fresh popcorn as well on your way out. The staff is also super friendly and actually are able to answer questions with authority.

We run to Ace to get smal pieces we need for projects. They are about 20% higher than Home Depot, but convenient. I love their gift and clothing sections. I buy birthday presents there a few times a year.

I dropped off garden shears in late April to be sharpened since this was the only place I could find that offered that service. I was told I’d receive a call when they were ready. I’ve attempted to call 3 times and got no answer. I drove out there to check and was told that the guy quit and my shears were never sharpened. I should have received a call to let me know. Two wasted trips to Wilmington Island and the shears still need sharpening!

One of the best hardware stores I have visited. Usually, you need to hunt down somone to help you. Here, I was repeatedly asked by several different associates if they could help me look for my items. Excellent experience and will be a returning customer.

The helpful place! If I ever needed help for anything, I just had to ask, if they personally didn't know they always found a fellow worker or even a customer that could help me with my question. Better selection and prices on the things I've been needing lately. Open later than most and the sell STIHL!!! They are so very knowledgeable and helped us with everything we needed for our new investment. You all Rock!!!

Much more pleasant than the home improvement warehouses. There are always plenty of helpful associates around to direct you to what you're searching for and they have pretty much everything. They have the best selection of nuts and bolts I've ever seen. They also do small engine repair.

It's a great place to get keys made! They can make most keys with chips in them at a fraction of the price a dealer would charge. Very friendly people and it's worth the drive because they're four keys and other things you may need!

I could spend hours here. They have the most eclectic collection of retail ever. Staff is VERY nice, they really take their time to help you if you are unsure of something. I love the post office too. They are always very sweet and so helpful. I love ACE. I choose it over THD or Lowe’s every time!
