Terrible! We went to this store at 4:30pm on a Saturday (January 2024) & door was closed! Manager was unlocking door to let someone out. He said store is closed. I said your hours say 9-5, he said we are closed due to staff shortage. How ridiculous is this?! So we wasted our gas & time & could not shop. Such an inconvenience for shoppers! On several prior occasions, this store was in disarray. This store needs a total revamp and new management!

I worked at this Dollar Tree earlier this year. I know how this store was and I tell you that it's beautiful now. Jeannie is responsible for making this happen .If Dollar Tree doesn't give her the manager position it it will be criminal.

I was in the store several months ago and it was awful. No merchandise on the shelves boxes of merchandise, blocking all the isles. I turned around and left. I went in there today and overheard a gentleman talking to an employee and he was very positive and lifting her up. I went to him and commended him on the turnaround that was made in the store shelves fully stocked no boxes of merchandise blocking the aisles . His name was David. The employee he was speaking to was my cashier, and she was just as nice and uplifting and positive as could be, and I hope the store remains this way as I really enjoy shopping there as I live on the island

I stopped by today to shop at 5:30pm. A person told me as I was walking up that the store is closed. The new hours are 9-5 and closed on Sundays. These are not retail store hours. How can a working person shop?

I usually prefer this Dollar Tree over most and always had a pleasant visit until today. I'm not sure if they have secret security etc but I felt I was being followed by this Caucasian man who pretended to go to restroom but never went in and act like he was shopping. I'm the only black person at this time in the store so GO FIGURE! If this was the case then don't be so obvious.😡

I love the one on Wilmington Island in Savannah, Georgia! Tameka is my favorite! But all of the employees there are very kind. Great and professional customer service is not some thing I am used to having at a Dollar Tree. I shop here way more than I need too, but what a great inventory!Thank you Wilmington Island Dollar Tree peeps!!!I appreciate you staying open till nine and always being so welcoming even though I stay until 8:59.I appreciate you and so do my two Beautiful cats that I have thanks to you ladies!

A young lady by the name of Ash at the register puts customer service to shame. She talks about other customers who left in front of me while texting on her phone while ringing me up. Didn't offer to bag my stuff and expected me to carry it. When I asked she responded "Well only this can fit". I don't care put it in the bag please. I'm not even gonna mention how the place smells like wet carpet as soon as you walk in.

I'm a frequent customer at Dollar Tree , And I never experience the craziness that I've Witness today .. the store manager, I believe her name is Heather,she actually yell at her assistant manager today in front of the whole store, I'm not sure why, And don't care why, But that was very inappropriate. She's not Fit for a position as such....I always had a pleasant Shopping experience their, until today. I live on the Island for I5 years , So that was my go to store, But I won't be returning there ....that really sicken me!!!!! She Should be ashame!!!!!!

This is the most unorganized dollar tree I've ever seen. You hardly ever see the same employees more than twice. It seems like they change employees every week! Shopping here is ok only if you're going to be in and out.

Always a great place to find anything. But it's no longer a dollar. It's $1.25 no and those 25 cents add up if you shop a lot. Still a good place to shop for knock knack/pet stuffs (especially dog training pad for my old cat bladder control problem), food, snacks, accessories, etc.

Hours on the front of the building and here on Google say they are open til 9pm. There’s a handwritten sign on the door that says they close at 7:00 Monday thru Saturday. Ridiculous

This Dollar Tree Location is one of the best in The Savannah area! It is organized and filled with items you will feel are a MUST HAVE. The staff is always friemdly and knowledgeable. I pass a dollar store and travel five miles just to go to this location. For the opportunity to pay less for quality name brand items shop here.

This is the most horrible Dollar Tree I have ever seen. You can't get a buggy down the aisles. Product, boxes and trash everywhere. Perfect place for a slip and fall lawsuit. It's obvious the staff doesn't care. No "hello, welcome or thank you". Even the cashier had on a filthy shirt first thing in the morning. I won't be returning. 😔👎🚫

Ever since the manager change this store is horrible. The shelves are always empty, there are boxes all over making it hard to walk around safely, and there are never enough registers open. They apparently can't keep a staff because you rarely see the same people twice, and most of the time they are rude. I avoid now.

If I were the district manager for this store I would be ashamed. Having run a small retail store, I know unpacking orders can make for a hectic day. But this store has piles of boxes on almost every aisle in the store, including some cashier aisles, that look like they have been there for days. Get some adequate staff in here to help offload and straighten up this cluttered, dirty, and disorganized store.

I called in to ask about a seasonal item being in stock at this location, which isn’t close to me. Instead of being placed on hold or transferred, I get told “idk, you’ll have to come see for yourself.” Every other DT I called was polite in response. I understand stores are busy but where’s the tact?

This dollar store unlike the others carries thing's that all of them don't. I always seem to find certain items at only certain stores like if I'm going for cleaning supplies I go to either the one on17 or the one on victory. I can never find what I need for cleaning at the one on abercorn so going to the one on the island seems to have everything I need all at one location

I just went to follow up on a delivery of reading glasses. I politely knocked on the office door to ask about the status. OWEN RIGGS Slammed the door in my face upon my inquiry. As long as you leave your store in the hands of Someone like this… you lose business, not to mention morale among your employees. I will not return, nor will my 3,000 friends until he is gone. Ty and Nil should be promoted. Something needs to be done. This was a first and LAST for me.

This is the real deal dollar store where everything is actually a dollar!!!! I picked up some much needed kitchen things . They have a large selection of all kinds of stuff on this store.
