I took my senior dog who has seizures here today for the first time and I am BLOWN AWAY by how wonderful the groomer was. She genuinely cared about my dog and how she was feeling. My dog looks better than she ever has in 10 years. Beyond impressed. I can’t wait to come back. 10/10 recommend.

Staff was very friendly. They took my puppy, Olivia , in for her appointment within a couple of mono. She had only been there to shop but nothing else. The technician made her feel very comfortable with her before she took her back to get her nails clipped. It was her first time but demotion not be phased by that and happy when she returned which made me feel better. I will go back and probably for other things like a good brushing on my Cavapoo. Will recommend to others.

Brie has been doing a great job with our Standard Poodle. She works to allay her fears and takes pride in her work. Brie has taken a bad experience and worked with our girl to ensure she has a good experience. She is a cut above! We are so grateful for the professionalism shown at Bentleys’s Wilmington.

My dogs were treated so well. Skye was so timid but Briana took her time and was so gentle and loving with her. Cookie was a champ and looks so pretty. Both of my girls look amazing I'm so thankful we've found such a great groomer

Adrianna did a wonderful job with our sweet Bernese Mountain Dog aka Gravy, he is a big boy and his coat is VERY thick and can easily get matted even with daily brushing because he loves the water so much. Thank you Adrianna, Gravy has already booked his next spa day with you LOL!

Omg ,those 3 ladies are terrific. They treated my furbabies so very wonderful I have one that's an abused rescue and they treated him so caring and loving !! Great one step shopping for your pets! I took my dog for grooming. I received a warm welcome, and within minutes, I was introduced to the groomer. We discussed the cut, and timing. He was done right on time, and the cut was fantastic! Definitely recommend!

I love coming into this store on Whitemarsh! The ladies at the counter and on-site groomer were a tremendous help today. They helped me get my Zoe Girl (crazy Pit-mix puppy) bathed and nails trimmed!! They super helpful knowing I had my hands full and made the process a true pleasure. We have found our grooming home here at Bentley’s!

This was our first time using Bentley’s for grooming and also first since adopting our rescue who is almost 2 yrs old. We knew she had been groomed once but didn’t have many details on how she would react. (She really wasn’t very interested in being in the store from the beginning!). Briana totally understood and took great care, going slowly with our dog Bandi. And Bandi came out looking adorable and much more comfortable for this summer weather/heat.

Everyone was wonderfully friendly and responsive to my questions. I was helped with an internet question I had about the vaccinations record which greatly relieved my concern over accuracy. And Sadie, my dog is beautiful! Best clip in years! So glad you’re on Whitmarsh Island!! This is an add on to the original post - but I repeat all I said then. I feel Sadie is in very safe hands and again - she looks great!
