When I called the owner said they had a cancellation and that they could get my dog in the next morning, so I gave them information and a few background details on my dog. The next day I show up for my appointment and the incredibly rude owner completely denied me service saying I never confirmed that I wanted the appointment. Which is entirely untrue. I absolutely confirmed that I wanted the appointment because I knew how lucky it was that there was a cancellation, so I immediately jumped at the chance. So after driving all the way there and making myself late for work I was turned away without so much as an apology. I will be doing my very best to dissuade people from going to a business that completely wastes their time and gas. Not to mention overpriced.

Extremely poor poor customer service! I know I had a 9:30 appt for my pup. When I got there the guy said it was 11:00 when I mentioned it to the lady, she became extremely rude and said “I’m not going to sit and argue about it with you”. She gave me 2 times to come in 9:30 or 11:00, I chose 9:30 because it was earlier and I could have the pup done with the afternoon free.She just lost a customer. You might want to change your attitude before you lose your business!

We’ve been going to Barkie Bow Wow for years now, and they take great care of our dogs. Super flexible and easy to work with for boarding. We always have our dogs get a bath after a stay, and they do a great job. Our dogs love the staff... even our fear-aggressive 50 lb baby Penny. Pricing is reasonable and the dogs are happy, so we highly recommend Barkie Bow Wows!

We have been struggling with our fluffy dog's coat this fall and the staff were very professional and gave my dog a bath and haircut and he feels so much better! Our poor guy has hip dysplasia and groomer was very gentle with him. Thank you so much!

I've used barkie bow wows services for both grooming and boarding and have had great experience!. They are always super friendly and my dog is really comfortable there with them. My dog is old and requires some attention.. she has specific food Instructions, requires a night light (she's kind of a pain of she's not yours, lol!), and they don't blink an eye in doing all the little things I ask when I board her. Really great!When they've groomed her, they work with her age and accommodate what she needs. Great place.

Today was the first time my Border Collie, Blueberry, visited Barkie bow wow for grooming.. I was nervous as i’m a neurotic dog owner ( seriously 😐) but when i picked her up... WOW!! She looked beautiful! Her groomers did an excellent job with all she needed done... and being the furry hot mess she was when she arrived.... OMG! Excellent job! Plus i requested they take her out to urinate while there, which they did.. But above all.. The most important part is she walked out with her big ole doggie smile.. I definitely will take BB back regularly!

I called many times couldn't get anyone to answer so I left a message. When I didn't get a call back after two days I went uo there it's close to my house so I wanted to go for convenience. Well they said open but doors were locked and no one was there that I could see. I heard many dogs barking! I finally got a call back from some man who didn't know prices or really anything! I just got a new puppy a poodle and I simply wanted his face shaved for the first visit. He couldn't give me a price. So he put me on hold called the owner to get a price. After a long hold he tells me 95 dollars. I said just for a puppy to get his face shaved nothing more. He put me on hold again then came back and said the lowest he could go is 65. Those prices were outrageous just a shave a puppy's face. I could see if it was bath and other things getting done nail bath Etc but this was simply a shaved face nothing more. On top of that he was snippy with me. So there's noway I would leave my baby at a place like this.

Would give them negative reviews if I could. They charged us more because they said my dog (boxer) was an aggressive breed. Come to find out they had a dog in there that wasn’t fixed that jumped on my dog trying to get to a female and he did react. They also over a matter of 6 months changed their prices, seems to be no standards there.

Our dogs love to come here! Stephanie, the owner, takes special care with both our dogs and us, their owners! One day, while grooming my Sheltie, she discovered a mass that I had missed under all his fur. She immediately informed me and then took the time to follow up after I sought help from the vet. Efficient, careful, professional, compassionate, attentive, and friendly... just a few of the words that describe Barkie Bow Bow!

My baby Buttercup went to the groomer today at first she a little scared and not sure about the situation .the groomer spent a lot of one on one time with her she took to bathe her and she started giving kisses to the groomer for Buttercup that is a giant leap of faith once she was bathed she came out with Buttercup and sat and was very slow and patient with Buttercup which means so much to me as well as Buttercup. I had at first taken her to PetSmart and they threw her in a kennel Buttercup cried so loud I heard her out in the store I immediately went in and asked if they were bathing her they said no I told the lady to give me my baby she will not be put in a kennel she is not your run of the mill dog this is my CHILD . I expressed to her that she wouldn't want me to put her child in a kennel so I took her home and done some research on groomers salons I called numerous places then I found Barkie Bow Wow's I talked with the gentleman and explained my issue about Buttercup and he arranged an appointment .they were so easy and patient with my little girl in the end she like I said kissing and loving on the lady .so yes I will say Buttercup will be a regular customer of Barkie Bow Wow's. Thank you so much a satisfied and happy customer.

They took care of my dog for a more than a reasonable price. Sometimes I think my dog loved them more than me since I spent so much time away from home at one point. I’d recommend them for cleaning and boarding services. Super friendly staff.

Horrible place. This is the only groomer that has ever had to muzzle my golden doodle. When I nicely mentioned that we haven’t had any problems in the past, she abruptly ran out of the room and slammed the door in my face. I waited, thinking she must have been sick or something, but she never came back out. The other groomer told me she was actually mad. Instead of talking with me, she acted like an immature child. I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional this groomer acted for no reason. I will never take my dog there or recommend that place to anyone. I guess my doodle is a good judge of character!
