Home Depot refuses to hire enough people despite the fact they are making record profits. Every store is the same either lazy people on perpetual break or they just don't hire. Crappy stores these days and it's the same at every Home Depot! Just pathetic! Jejong working a register finally left her post to help. She's the only one to help after being in here for 30 minutes. Just terrible service here. Absolutely the worst experience I've had in a home Depot. The idiot that sets up the stores thinks he has to reinvent the wheel in every store but this one takes the cake. The design is totally different than other stores. I'm in Home Depot just about every day and to say this was the worst carries a lot of weight. After 45 minutes they couldn't even find the 200+ boards the computer says it hasInventory, customer service and just the sheer lack of associates that were even willing to help was almost nonexistent. I already have a reply from management and if you really cared you would come out on the floor and make sure this doesn't happen. Just a disastrous experience here today! Also the closet rods are so poorly placed you have to get an associate, who doesn't exist, to get the closet rod down. Corporate needs to take a look at this store. I have customers that will go to ACE Hardware and pay twice as much because their experience at this store was that bad. That's unfathomable to me. Tilly Mill is just as bad but in an entirely different way! Get it together. If you need me to take over this store just let me know. My store won't run this way.

My boyfriend and I visited here over the weekend to gather items to clean and refinish our deck. As first time homebuyers - we did not know exactly what we were doing. We have looked up a couple videos and tips but what helped the most was a gentleman in the flooring department. He walked us over to the products, talked through all the steps, even identified the type of wood we have by a picture to ensure we have the right items.Feeling confident about this project! ☺️Wish I remembered his name to give him full credit!

I came here recently to buy shrubs and roses for my yard. John in the Garden Center was patient with my questions, offered excellent insight and expertise, and even helped me load all of the items I purchased into my car. Best service I have ever received at any Home Depot location. Thank you, John!

Stopped at this location to purchase paint. The associates were new which is totally fine but their supervisor Audrey was not patient with training them to provide great timely customer service. She was not polite at all. She was very frustrated. She later apologized to the awaiting customers but as a person in management she needs to do a better job at handling stressful situations. The checkout attendants were very friendly and helpful.

Home Depot.General hardware, construction material, home improvement and lawn garden supplies. Located in a highly desirable part of Northern Atlanta. Easy access from I-75, I-85 and close to I-285. Plenty of selection on whatever you want to buy. Delivery, online ordering, in-app purchases, store pick up and in-store purchases are several convenient options. Helpful and polite staff.

This review is specifically for truck rental. Do not make a reservation because they actually don't matter. Trucks are given to whomever shows up first. Made a reservation a week out and received a text message the day of pickup that my reservation had been cancelled due to availbility. This happened at two more locations following. Save yourself the headache and use uhaul or any other place.

A perfect store can't be just read great products or large space. What really makes us perfect is the service. literally all the employees of this Home Depot work to the best of the abilities to help the customer. The lady at the paint station spent more than 20 minutes getting me the right color. The explain in detail how to use the paint what to do and what not to do. All this time spent on a customer buying just one quart of paint! Then there was a lot of help at the checkout counters, more help for loading the stuff to the car, and overall great experience.

I stopped by this location to see if I can pick up a dolly to help my daughter move into her new apartment. When I arrived at the Home Depot, I went to the tool rental area. You know, it's one thing I find disrespectful is when I go to a cashier desk and the cashier is having a private personal conversation with a co-worker and does not greet me as the approaching customer. I stood there at the contractor rental desk waiting for this young lady to acknowledge my presence. It wasn't until one of the male workers made a comment to take me as a customer did she finally acknowledge my presence. The mail that was working in that area seemed very knowledgeable and capable when I returned the rental to him.

This Home Depot in sandy springs is pretty good. Most associates there are helpful. It’s right next to Costco so always easy to get to. Make sure you check amazon for prices though. But that’s true for all places

Visited 1/7/24. Could not find someone in electrical to answer a simple question that I needed answered to make a purchase. I asked at front and they paged someone who never showed up, then they chose to ignore my requests to try again. I wandered the store and could not find anyone who could help me. I left without making my purchase and headed to Lowe’s. Additionally, the rest room was completely out of soap. Every single dispenser was empty. Just nasty that no one is washing their hands at that store.

I appreciate Ms. Jasmine(Paint division) because she did her best for finding paint materials I wanted to get. I believe it is not easy to help some customers because all staffs at Home Depot are very busy. However she was so much helpful to me. Today I am going to take others stuffs for my home.

Kratrina or Katrina at the return desk was a miserable rude person on a power trip. Department of motor vehicle style attitude. I just realized that at home Depot, I never meet these types of attitudes working there. Well I have now, and I just want home Depot to know. I still am going to continue to shop at home depot 3-4x a day because I love the people and the stores so much.

I just recently moved in the Sandy Springs area and one of my first stops was to this Home Depot location. I immediately went to Customer Service and I was greeted by Logan. I had a myriad of requests ranging from online pick up, return and exchange, and will call.He, and other employees were so pleasant, welcoming, and nice throughout the whole process, it really made for an excellent experience. This store also gave me the time and space to dissemble a work bench and miraculously, I was able to fit it into a Mazda 3 sedan.Looking forward to calling this Home Depot my regular store!

Good to see this place improving their customer service. Wanted a piece of wood cut and Christopher and Joe helped us out and we're super friendly. At the cash register, Menat went above and beyond to help us scan the large pieces of wood. Amazing group we dealt with.

Don't forget to check your receipt. I returned leftover tile from a job , the girl returned my money back onto my card. Good deal. Not so fast, I looked at the receipt and noticed about 10 pieces were not accounted for. I went back and counted 7 credited, but I brought in 17. I asked the girl to please recount, and her answer was oops.

Employees are poorly trained. They aren’t even able to use the POS systems properly. Applied for the credit card to get $100 off and the guy didn’t apply the coupon and just ran my card then told me once it was done that the discount didn’t apply. Won’t be spending my money here again.

Pretty good product selection especially at the Garden Department. Great location less than a mile from exit 5 Highway 400. Same Plaza with a Costco Shopping Center. But service at the Home Depot store terrible you can wait for an assistance all day long nobody care. I had to go to customer service desk and ask for help several times. Total waiting time for assistance took 36 minutes then angry employee arrived, I asked him several basic questions he couldn't answer it on any of them and was getting even more pissed like it's my fault then he starts complaining about another customers too me. Unfortunately this is not a first negative experience at this store it happens already many times.

On Sept. 19,2020 I had an appointment with Trudy for bathroom cabinets and countertop plus undermount sink. Trudy was really great,very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and all around wonderful. I brought my undermount sink and faucets to see if the cabinets and countertop would look good. Trudy told me when they would be installed and it was installed on the date she stated. This is the place to go if you need to ordere something from the Design Center.

The real complaint is a lack of materials. I came to get versed what was there, given times would dictate some of that, but that is only going to get you so far with me. And I am only saying this about the (1 little old lady at self check out who is real rude, if you are having a bad day keep it to your self mot the paying customers. To the one gentleman who is always super nice and professional and dressed to the nines. Keep it up!!! You're an asset to the company!

All the employees from the turfgrass, repellent, insect barriers, outdoor lighting & ceiling fan departments were friendly & helpful.I appreciate the employee guiding the forklift & letting me know someone would be with me momentarily while he passed me by.HD is one of one of the stores you come for specific items yet leave with some impromptu stuff along the way.One of the better retail apps - super easy to order online & schedule for pickup.

This Home Depot is run by a bunch of incompetent people. I went there to rent a van 6 days prior to when I would need it. I left a deposit and was told it was secure. Then on the day of rental they wrote me an hour before and canceled my reservation with no explanation. I asked them could they help me secure another van at another store and they said, “we can’t help you” and hung the phone up on me. Long story short, my plans were ruined. Very unprofessional I won’t step foot in that Home Depot again. I’ll just go to Lowe’s instead.

Hit or miss at this location. Sometimes the staff are on their toes and are great at helping you find what you need. Other times, no one in sight. Sometimes items are listed as in stock, but not on the shelves; have had multiple employees shrug and show no concern on finding out if the product is actually there. Other times they have actually helped track down where things were that had been moved. So again, hit or miss. I still shop there as it's the closest to me and I shop next door all the time.

An amazing garden center. Be it a weekend or weekday, we always find helpful and friendly staff in the busy garden section. On our last visit, even though he was the only one assisting everyone, Moses helped us with a big smile and the friendliest attitude.Of course, they also have some of the best selections of “everything garden”!

As a renovation company, I have been to countless building materials stores, I have to say that this home depot is the worst service I have ever seen, I said the child is sleeping, the staff said that the card information, I said my account has , My workers also have it in their hands, they can give it to you, all the stores can pay me directly after calling me, they said no, I said to find a manager, they also said they can’t sell it to me, this is what I have seen Worst service ever, why no 0 stars? I really regret that I didn't ask the name of the customer service staff, this is the worst experience ever😡
