Miss Lisa and Miss Deborah at the Deli are SO SO kind and attentive. It was mine and my husbands first experience getting pubsubs since everyone raves about them, and we couldn't have been more happy with the sweet service we received! Lovely staff and just a little bit of kindness can go a long way for people :)

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at Publix Abernathy Square on April 15th, 2024, from cashier Kayla. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected as a customer.Firstly, Kayla was incredibly unfriendly and showed a complete lack of professionalism. As I approached her line, she walked away from her desk without acknowledging me or indicating that she would be back. It was only after her colleague informed her that she had a customer that she reluctantly returned to her post. This kind of disregard for customers is simply unacceptable.Furthermore, throughout the entire transaction, Kayla did not greet me or make any effort to engage with me. She was completely disinterested, keeping her head down and focusing solely on the register. I felt ignored and unimportant as she processed my products. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful but also reflects poorly on the reputation of Publix.As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy when I visit any Publix store. Unfortunately, my experience with Kayla on April 15th fell far short of these expectations. I hope that Publix takes this complaint seriously and addresses the issue so that other customers do not have to endure such poor service in the future.

The produce section is better than other Publix stores in the same area. They have 2 produce associates named Tanisha and Nene that keep it clean and organized. The store carries Culantro and Turmeric root (which other stores don’t carry) and great oranges always. I highly recommend it.

Good customer service. This super market is very clean and well organized. This is an ideal place for fresh fruits and vegetables. The Bakery here is very good. Sun bank ATM is there inside this super market. The billing is pretty fast. The meat and fish section has also a good variety of products. They also sell good variety of Fruits, Vegetables and Cut fruits.

A standard clean well stocked friendly Publix where workers are available and go out of their way to be helpful. Where would Florida be without our great Publix’s. (Anything less is usually getting ready for a re-do)

This publix has the best fried chicken. I also love how their salad section is always stocked, & with options. Most publixs only have the 2 or three options. Always great customer service. And every so often... you see something crazy!! 😂

This location can be very busy alot of times with not enough cashiers or enough help during lunch at the deli or hot food side so go with a little patience but hot food and custom services is much better then Trowbridge , glad they have self checkout.

The Deli workers are so LAZY. 7 different times I ordered VERY THIN CUT and they just send it as if I ordered thick cut. I order thru instacart so I can’t even have them do it correctly. It’s so annoying!! Cut the order as requested!

ONLINE APP is not working properly. No longer giving me the option to pay in store and it’s requiring a QR code to use a credit card. I don’t have a QR code for my credit card…? No more pub subs until they get their app fixed.

I live very close to this Publix and it's sad but I'm going to have to find another one to shop at. Most of the employees are just not interested in the customer at all. And today they were even complaining about working there with customers around! Their stock position is very poor especially on sale items and especially in the meat department. I like Publix and I always shop them but this is a location that is obviously very poorly managed and not customer friendly so I will find a different one.

The worse to order for lunch!! I purposely preordered my lunch and nothing was ready nor did they have any items I ordered. Second time this has occurred, each time I'm lied to and told it will be fixed next time! Let's stop flirting and asking customers for phone numbers and let's start actually working!

PLEASE do not use this bakery. I ordered a cake. A sheet cake for large event. It was in memorial. Of our dog that died at BluePearl.I placed an online order for a photo frame cake. Then I went into the store the day before and met with one of the bakery managers. He looked at me like he had never take. An order before. I explained I wanted a white icing cake with dog foot prints. He said draw them. I drew them on a piece of paper. He was very short with me. I showed him the picture of the dog and said I want primary colors on the cake with black dog paw prints( I have said online primary colors on white icing). LOOK at the picture of the cake when I arrived the next day. PINK icing. It was like a 5 year old had written the words ( two of them misspelled) it was awful. The manager of the store gave me 25$ off. The cake cost 120$. Go to another Publix. Save your self the anguish

Love the Bakery department; finding freshly made Rye bread without seeds, Yummy. What I also appreciated was the courtesy from a customer in the Deli area; she saw I was struggling getting a soup container out from the dispenser and got it out with kindness. What would be swell: is the ability to either call the day before or have the Deli open the section where the Publix Fried Chicken is sold an hour early on Fridays. This is the only day our senior community bus drops us off • which is at 10a and this counter isn't open until 11a • YET they're making deli sandwiches at 10a (3-feet away / behind the same glass partition). Does Mgmt have any thoughts about this? 🙏

Best experience with Publix I’ve had thus far. After dealing with bad service at Kroger, I was glad to find that Publix employees were keeping up the good faith. Mr. Thomas at the seafood deli made my day. Krogers on the other hand seem to always have predatory sales people following you around and associates that aren’t nice.

I just had the absolute work customer service experience of my life the lack lack of professionalism in the deli department has gotten completely out of control to say the least, the manager is completely oblivious to how her staff treats customers and I don’t believe she cares. The deli department worker was blatantly talking about the customers and when I addressed it she actually began cursing at me and raising her voice. This is not the first time the service lack professionalism back there but they won’t fix anything until their slap with a law suit!

Ok sandwich was good, but service a little questionable. Visited many Publix Deli’s in GA and FL and this was a first in regards to service on 08.15.22 @ 2pm.I consistently ask for white mountain bread with sandwiches due to dental sensitivity and the assistant said ‘she had to go get the bread’. Sometimes they are out and I simply leave, I wish she would’ve just told me that. I went to Publix vs another restaurant because of needing to eat asap 2/2 low sugar.I guess she was holding the bread and another worker served two guests, so when the patron in front of me was taking a little longer I asked ‘Are they baking the bread?’ To which she replied ‘No it’s right here’. I had so many questions in my head but when the customer they allowed to go in front of me finished I asked why I was skipped twice when there was another associate available. She couldn’t respond, it was really unprofessional as I came in for a sandwich, not someone to demonstrate an unnecessary power move. I finally departed about 20 minutes later as the deli staff allowed 3 customers to go in front of me.The sandwich was good as always but the service ranks the lowest of all. I guess it’s a game to some people, however, I cannot risk the effects of low sugar like I did today. Thanks!
