Jennifer was wonderful with our pet. Its nice to see she has such a welcoming approach to our pet and felt comfortable leaving our pet in the care of Jennifer while she was being groomed. In addition to Jennifer service, we also received great customer care service from Robin as well. Kudos to Jennifer and Robin for being pet friendly to our Munchie!

I have taken my dog to Petco grooming for many years. This was the worst haircut and spa treatment she has ever had. Hair was sheared down to her skin, nails weren't adequately trimmed and buffed. Really disappointed. Things seem to have gone downhill at this location since Taylor left.

If you meet Peter you would know it takes a special group of people to deal with him and the team at Petco are so amazing when it comes to this pup. Overall our experience was great however Peter continues to shed like crazy even after upgrading.

We were disappointed in the fact we were quoted $34.00 for a bath and they charged us an additional $6.00 for materials fee. Why would there be a bogus charge fee added for a bath? They did not perform anything extra nor did we ask for anything extra. Looks like a way to just make extra money for no reason. Do you have an explanation or why we were not told until after we picked her up?

Jennifer was awesome like always. My daughter dog Roxie is not the biggest fan of the groomers but Jennifer is always so calm and patient with her. Her styling is always perfect.

Great, had introduced pet before so he could feel comfortable…love the fact the groomer Larry knows this breed so well. Seemed to be extremely knowledgeable of cutting to not negatively impact future growth of puppy’s hair and grooming

Honestly couldn't have had a worse experience. The woman there who runs their dog grooming service (not a reflection of Petco itself) was so rude that I literally picked up my dog without them finishing. In retrospect my wife thought she was rude when she made the appointment, my mother in law thought she was rude when she dropped her off and I thought she was rude when I went to pick him up. None of us had spoken with each other prior to the interactions with her. This all happened separately. When I called my wife to tell her about the situation it was then that she said she was rude to her and then upon calling our m in law...found out she was also rude to her. Listen...I know the job is hard....but you chose it. There is no need to be horrible to your perspective clients. Certainly won't use them again.

Taylor is not just great at grooming dogs, she has a way of putting them (and owners) at ease. She seems to manage this area efficiently (computer check-in, ensuring dog is up-to-date on vaccines, paperwork on the desk for me to take to check-out first, which gives her time to put our dog's harness on) - plus I think her team respects her and enjoys working with her. She is a five-star performer in my book.

I appreciated the organization of the grooming process. All were very nice and helpful and you left feeling that your pet would be really cared for. Edwin did a very good job on Sadie and I appreciated his attitude.

They called and cancelled my grooming appointment for my husky just stating ‘we cannot accommodate you or your dog’ with no other info on rescheduled or a general reason as to why. I was tossed around on the phone for 30 and every person I was transferred to put me on hold and then hung up on me. Still no answer/reason as to why my appointment was cancelled. While still on hold, I get a text and email that my appointment was booked again. AWFUL customer service and completely unreliable. I never be going back to this store.

Somer is great. You can tell she genuinely loves dogs. She let me bring the car up to the curbside since it was raining and brought my dog out to the car. Nala was very well groomed.

Sunny and the grooming team are professional and friendly and always find time to squeeze in a nail trim for my two dogs no matter how busy they are. I used to frequent another chain but the employee turnover was ridiculous. The experienced team at the Sandy Springs PetCo has been there a long time and take pride in their jobs. . . and it shows!

Edwin has been the best since I got my puppy Zara he has taken care of her and he helps me with being a new pet owner. I will continue to come and have Edwin be the groomer for my Zara. Thank you Edwin for that you do.

Unorganized and it takes too long for just a bath to be completed even with an appointment, so your furry friend is there for 3 hours or more just for something so minor. Poor communication overall.
