Came to Dog City Bakery for my kid’s birthday, and they did not disappoint. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but she was working on Sunday 1/28/24. Cannot thank her enough for her help.My dogs and their siblings loved their birthday cake and treats. We will definitely be retuning in the near future! :)

Outstanding customer service! A big shoutout to Boyd for being so kind and helpful to me. You can tell that this business really cares about the quality of the things they sell, including both the ingredients and the cost/value. Dog City Bakery made a gender reveal cake for us and it was perfect! It was the best surprise to find out we are expecting a girl through our fur baby. He was also obsessed with the cake and would have eaten it all in one sitting if we let him!! They were so great to work with and even did the cake in a day so I didn’t have to keep waiting to find out the gender.

My dog has never liked baked dog cookies/cakes, but i still get them every year for his birthday. This year i decided to go to dog city bakery to try them out. It took 14 years and my dog now loves bakery goodies. He enjoyed his donut and his peanut butter bacon cookie. I will be coming back for everyday treats.

Why would you NOT come to Dog City Bakery for your fur babies baked needs? There were other bakeries within 10 minutes of my home but I decided to make the drive of 30+ minutes to purchase a custom cake from Dog City and it was well worth the extra miles. Here’s why… I called to have a custom cake for my Wyatt’s Big 10 Bash Birthday Party and the process via phone was quick and easy. The location is not the best - it’s off of a busy small road and parking is a nightmare but it’s well worth the trouble. The prices are reasonable, quality is exceptional and the (small) staff is very friendly and helpful which is always a plus. I tried a tiny nibble of the cake myself believe it or not and it was not bad, however I would leave the consuming of the cake to the fur babies!I picked up a couple of squirrel treats to add to the goodie bags for the party which were definitely a dog favorite treat!Not only would I recommend the baked goods from Dog City but I would also recommend Dog City for the food or accessories such as the super adorable harnesses. So celebrate your loved ones with help from Dog City!

Really nice family run business. They are always very helpful and attentive. When they don’t have something in stock they let me know when it’ll be available and set one aside just for me.They have wonderful baked goods that are made by them every day including birthday cakes, cookies, muffins etc. as well as a great selection of premium food/treats.#shoplocal

BEST boutique store in Sandy Springs. Boyd and the team really care about pets and owners.They really know their products and are always so helpful to make sure you have what you need for your pets. Wonderful people!!! Store with the best variety of foods that most stores don’t carry.

Thank you so much dog city bakery. My puppers absolutely loved his birthday cake and ate it within one minute. The service is definitely 10 out of 10. They accommodated me on making sure my cake was ready when I needed it and the front desk was nice enough to bring out my cake to my car because I had my baby with me. You guys are the absolute best and made my dogs day amazing.

They have a great selection of quality toys and food, and stuff that’s hard to find. Very unique. Great dog bakery, got a cake for a birthday party. And the owner is such a friendly and helpful guy. Plus you feel good shopping here instead of some big box store.

I ordered a ‘Woof Cake’ from here my dogs 1st birthday! The customer service was 10/10 & when I asked about other products in the store it was clear the woman who was helping me had great product knowledge! Checked out this store for the first time and I loved it! Boyd (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was very friendly, knowledge, and thoughtful. If not him, I would have just bought whatever I needed and left without probably returning in a future because I don't live close by. However, he sold me on fresh bakery good for dogs and I will be back soon!

A must-go for pup parents!! The selection of food, accessories, toys, and treats is fantastic. I was especially blown away by the toy selection; so many unique options that I haven’t seen elsewhere! The customer service was also top notch. I went for a birthday cupcake for my pittie and the staff were genuinely interested in my pup. These folks really love animals.

I went to Dog City to order a birthday cake and treats for my puppy's birthday party. It was super easy to order and the cakes/treats were a reasonable price. The cake and treats turned out SO cute! The best part was that my puppy LOVED his cake and all of the dogs at the party loved their treats. They all ate them as fast as they could go! I would highly recommend the birthday cakes and treats. Will be going back again!

Dog City bakery is amazing! I decided last minute to get a custom cake for Cartier’s 1st birthday and they were able to fit us in the same day! They were very accommodating and friendly and he loved, I mean REALLY LOVED it! I had my mother pick it up so I wasn’t able to go into the store myself but she said they were very inviting and conversed with her asking about my baby they’re even very active on social media which is great since my dog has a page. I can’t wait to go in there myself and take Carti with me!

The staff here is awesome and very sweet. They always know the answers to my questions and the prices are fair. For my dog's 1st birthday, I had a last minute request and Beth was able to help me out. Very pleased with this store! Although traffic sucks driving to this place after work, I'm willing to support this local store.

Update 3/15/2023 Third year of me buying my pups birthday cake. She LOVES them. They custom printed her name with a paw print for the "o" in her name and look how cute it turned out!! No up charge either!Original: I have bought a few baked goods from the Dog Market and Dogaroo and my terrier has never eaten more than a bite. (Normally they are a little hard). Now, this is the same pup who will eat anything not nailed down. So I was reluctant to drive 40 mins here to try again.I bought a birthday cake and she DEVOURED it. She ate it so fast, I'm not sure she tasted it. So 2 paws up!!!

I’m so glad I found Dog City Bakery! Not only was the shop full of quality goodies and unique toys, but they made a customized and dog friendly cake for my dog’s first birthday! How cool is that? A super premium local pet shop with a great selection of fresh made treats. I bought a birthday cupcake for my puppy and he loved it. The cheesy biscuits are also a winner.The staff is always nice and they have a rewards program. The only downside is the parking lot. If you don't have a large purchase, just park in the main lot and save yourself the hassle.

I love Dog City Bakery! I discovered them soon after they opened their Sandy Springs store. I most appreciate their expert help in choosing the right food for my dog Rusty throughout his many health issues during his last years. When I get my new puppy, I will begin his life with healthy food and treats from Dog City. I trust their knowledge and recommendations. And they have great toys and other supplies, too. They were Rusty's favorite place to shop! And mine.

I went to Dog City Sandy Springs to purchase some birthday treats for my pup and they had a great selection! My pup loved them! I also found a new food that she DEVOURS! I unfortunately don't remember the employee's name, but she was very kind and generous! Highly recommend this place!
