Felix in the pharmacy quite possibly saved my mom from another stroke. After repeated attempts to get a refill for Eloquis, the doctor has failed to phone in the order. Felix was kind enough to offer an emergency refill at no charge for 6 doses to carry her over. I cannot thank him enough for his caring and compassion.

Since late Oct 2022 the service at pharmacy pickup has declined significantly. Frequent this pharmacy often. Lately had taken no less than 20 minutes in line before able to even get service, whether in-store or drive-thru. Had to leave the line earlier today after more than 20 minutes waiting. Went back this evening and saw 5 cars in drive thru and 6 people in-store. Left again. It's getting ridiculous.

This pharmacy does not practice "do no harm". My doctor submitted an emergency refill because I lost my medication. It was imperative that I get my refill because withdrawls had begun. They sent me a text saying it was too early to get the refill. I explained the situation and asked them to validate this with my doctor. I did not hear from them. When I called the pharmacy, they hung up on me twice and left me on hold so long the third call, I had to hang up. If you have a critical prescription, do not get it refilled at this location.

I had a nice experience at the pharmacy drive-thru. The pharmacist was very nice and she helped me save $6 on my perception.

Took 4 hours to fill my prescription. I finally go to pick it up after receiving a text and when I get there, their computer system is down and they can’t give anyone their prescriptions. They said it could be tomorrow before they can get it fixed. Well I need the prescription now after eye surgery and they can’t even transfer the prescription because their system is down. Their system has been down several other times too, but it was fine for me to wait until the next day. Not going here anymore.
