This is definitely my place to shop in my town. Like everything else here comes the change. I use to call and check on a product bcuz I'm use to the big city and now I have to drive at least 10 miles to a store. They won't check and see if the product is physically in the store and after I get there I'm told we don't stock the(roller chain really?) item so I had to retrieve it from my phone and then the "ooooh that" but I still shop remember it is a lil town. The folks who work at TSC in Sandersville, GA are the bomb! I only lived in the area briefly (8 months) but, having a lot of critters, I spent quite a bit of time in that store, lol. The entire staff was always welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help me with everything from answering questions to carrying chicken feed to my truck. Tractor Supply is the only business in Sandersville that made me feel welcome and at ease at all. Thanks TSC staff...I am sure gonna miss ya'll!

Their customer service is awful! We went in today to spend our hard earned money. There were three(3) employees working or should I say not working... One was on his cell phone talking to someone, another was on her cell phone looking at pictures of snakes and another was standing around and not one offered any help and this was after my husband cleared his throat 3 times only when we were walking out of the door empty handed did someone offer to help and we answered keep it!

We love this Tractor Supply. The employees are super nice and helpful. Could management PLEASE get some new flat carts? These people have sold so much stuff that these carts were worn out quite a while back!Update: They did get new flat carts! 👍👍

Waited in line behind 3 others for 20 mins while the line piled up behind me, the MOD knew the line was backed up with the new cashier but continued to pull stock boxes around to the isle in front of the registers and then finally decided to open the other register where she called the ones who had just got at the end of the line over to check out all the while I continued to wait 7 more mins. Makes me want to shop elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

I love Tractor supply. Friendly associates, very helpful. A couple of drawback are if you see it online, it's not always in the store, so call first and not everything can be shipped which is a bummer.

They didn't have the Hilks Science Dog food that the website said they had so it was a wasted trip. Then I was told it had been recalled but it wasn't cause I use the dry dog food not the canned stuff
