The worker seemed very disinterested in their job and gave very standoffish vibes. They took quite a while to even take our order and the food was really good but I think our blizzards could have been better if more ingredients were added. I ordered the extreme brownie blizzard but have difficulties finding any chunks so I was somewhat dissatisfied with it. The chicken box on the other hand was very delicious and I highly recommend it. I'd love to return soon to try the food again despite the slightly lackluster customer service experience.

Going here, most of the food is sub-par. Average, better than McDonald's, but certainly not a gourmet restaurant.The icecream is rather good, being a good choice if you want a sweet treat.The fries are O.K. Not homemade, but luckily not McDonald's.The burgers are lacking in flavor, but do satisfy.Overall better than a cheaper, less cared for food establishment (McDonald's), but not my first choice.

The teenagers working nights here have no idea what’s going on, the two young girls couldn’t find my order on the screen, first they started laughing about it, and then one of them got an attitude with ME as if it’s my fault they didn’t know how to take an order. I pretty much re-ordered at the window and somehow they still messed something up after I had repeated it like 3 times now. I honestly wouldn’t have cared if they were just nice about it, it’s just a simple mix up, but brunette white lady in the window had a bad attitude for no reason.

Possibly the worst managed place I've been to. Went there for my lunch break to find only 2 workers, a cook and another person trying to do drive through and front. I told the person taking my order they need to hire more people and he said that it was worse the night before saying that he was the only one there cooking and taking order. He even said that the less people they have to pay, the more money they can put in their pocket. I've been there a few times and theyre always out of gravy. When I asked, they said they have been out for a few days now. The management here is awful!!!

Noticed cashier resting her hand on a stack of cups on the counter & then attempted to give me those cups. The counter may not been have cleaned! Went to use ladies bathroom and notice paper dispensers were not loaded; toilet tissue & paper towels sitting on top of dispensers not in them. There is room for improvement!

It was one of the worst meals I've ever had. Walked into the place to order my food and an employee came to the front shouting about how the manager wasn't here and she apologized. After ordering my food and sitting down, my family and I heard the staff arguing and shouting at each other. On top of that the food was all cold and the order was all wrong. After going to the front to get my money back for the food we didn't receive, employees we still arguing and after 5 minutes of standing at the counter with no service, we finally got our money back. Wont be going back and would definitely not be recommending this place to anyone.I wrote this review right after my meal last week and although my review still stands, I'd like to point out that the manager just called me after hearing about my complaint and I'm very pleased with how she handled it and I'm happy to say that she is taking care of the problem and is worth giving another chance.

A regularly visitor here if I want fast food in Sandersville. They are always very polite and friendly and the boss also greets customers when he's there. The ice cream is awesome

Great staff never sitting in the drive thru forever like other fast-food in Sandersville McDonald's is the worst for drive thru service running 2 lanes but 3/4 cars will come up after you in opposite lane and yet their order taken and they're served before you. Get it together McDonald's take lesson from DQ😉

Had things on the menu but didn't actually have them inside. Sat outside for 15 minutes waiting for ONE ORDER of potato skins, then went back to window and asked about it where we were then sent back to wait for another 5 to 10 minutes. Finally went inside to ask and they made up some excuse about not having them and just decided to not tell us. Just ended up getting my money back and leaving. Terrible customer service... never going there again.

3/4/18Was greeted at the drive thru menu, placed my order.. she never gave me the total.So, i drove up to the window and waited. I never saw anyone so I left and took my business to Wendy's. (I was on my 30 minute lunch break)

The service here is HORRIBLE... For one once I got to the window I was asked twice what my order was my 2 different people... ( after we waited in line long enough for people to drive away behind us) 1st time by the girl working the window (who was nice and on top of things) and then The 2nd time by the female owner who was lost. The owner was then told by the girl at the window what I ordered... she took my money and then I waited for a minute... at this time the girl at the window asked me to drive down that she would bring me my change... I waited for a few minutes but decided since they were busy I'd save them a walk and just go inside to retrieve it.... the owner met me at the counter asked me for a 3rd time what I ordered and then tried to tell me the reason I did not get my change the 1st time was because I did not tell her what ordered... EXCUSE ME!!! DO NOT BLAME YOURE POORLY RUN BUSINESS ON YOUR CUSTOMERS... NEVER WILL I SPEN MONEY HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Service was ok but young lady at the register did not know how to ring up my special request(for which they charged extra) and then the order(a blizzard) was wrong which I didn't discover until we were several miles down the road. Disappointing.

We were visiting my parents and decided to go to the 'new' DQ between Sandersville and Tennille, located near Walmart. Two in our party chose the shrimp plate and one the chicken fingers. I chose the Sweet and Spicey Chicken. It was very good. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. I encourage all residents of Washington County and everyone passing through on State Highway 15 to stop and support this business.

Went through the drive through and ordered one peanut butter cookie dough slushy, waited several minutes & no one came to collect so I went around to the front of store & went inside, still waited several more minutes before one of three workers asked if I had ordered from the drive through.

They have fast, friendly service and they have some really good specials each month, wheatear you eat in or take your food home to eat!
