I spoke with Jasmine this morning and she was very rude !! She kept trying to hang up and I had so many more questions to ask about our prescriptions. Unfortunately our options here are limited as to where we can go so I am stuck.

Do yourself a favor and skip this pharmacy, you will wait three days, get the run around from very rude staff, who will try to blame your doctor and you, and finally partially admit their screw up, when you call them at it. They will then tell you they can fill the very basic antibiotics for a child, but you can continue to wait or call a different pharmacy.

My prescription was called into CVS Sandersville 31082 on Apr 8th. I have a Good Rx acct and inquired about the pricing of my meds. A young African American gentle had the attitude of "I really don't feel like being here or looking up pricing for you". I insisted on him giving me the prices of my meds and they were different than Good Rx. He changed them and had me wait for 30 mins to receive my meds. CVS needs pharmacy techs that are willing to help their customers, not just look at it as just a job. Most of the people are friendly and helpful here. CVS always has one bad apple.

Update for the Amazon area; I give 2 ⭐️. I drove from Wrightsville yesterday to drop off Amazon returns here. I was then told that I had to print out a label. Which I did and came back today. Printed out the label, and they still didn’t take my items. I am so glad I’m going back to the city. Wasted gas, money, ink, and paper. Very annoyed. Don’t bring your Amazon items here.5 ⭐️ For the pharmacy. Update! Let me tell u I have never seen such quick drive thru service in city our country…Great service, with a nice southern comfort vibe. Visited on Saturday. Pharmacist were quick and pleasant.

There are several people who are in the pharmacy that are very rude, There is a male pharmacist who made the commit all these people just want pills, well yeah it is a drug store, Associates who stand there and talk about the coustomers, the wait time has increased greatly from a year ago. I can say the store is friendly and clean as opposed to the pharmacy.
