Tried for 2 weekends to buy a replacement key for my truck, lost my primary key at work but had my backup. First visit, the guy who can cut those isn't in, 2018 Chevy, OK, I'll come back next week...they did tell me that it will be $100 or more. OK, went back today...well he's busy cutting another customers key..30 minutes, I'll be back after some other errands. Come back, they don't have the key in stocks, I will need to prepay for it...$140+ . I paid, exchanged info, agreed to get the key next weekend(week 3) and went about my Saturday. Then received a call stating that they had accidentally quoted their cost. OK, so another $50? Nope...double the price, $290+ sorry, no deal, had to cut my afternoon short just to get my money back. They are dush9nezt e ought to tell you to your face they want 100% profit

Great staff! Always helpful. I was impressed they knew (over the phone) right away the tool I needed for Shower Diverter Valve replacement. I was able to use the tool and their replacement valve for a quick fix saving potentially hundreds had I called a plumber. This is just one of many examples. This is definitely the place to go if you need help from knowledgeable staff.

We come to Sandersville often and spend several weeks here every year. When I need anything in the hardware line this is where I go. I am always greeted when I walk in and asked if I need assistance, this is the most helpful store I have ever visited.They have a very well stocked store, I generally find everything I need here. I love B&D! Best hardware store in Sandersville. Most knowledgeable staff and most complete selection of products. Except for lumber, you have to get that at SBS.But when it comes to hardware (including paint), go to B&D.

If you need it for a repair they will almost always have it. If they don't they don't mind getting it for you. They can get you in and out in under 10 minutes or you can walk around and look at all the new toys.
